After several emails and a recorded delivery letter of missing or incorrect units, I have now found today that the electric cooker ordered has been delivered as gas and i do not have gas connection or want a gas cooker. Still outstanding missing shelves, corner unit fillet and wrong glass doors. After receiving a call on 11th August, was advised they would contact me with a delivery date and never heard a thing since. This is disgraceful and the units dont even come set with the hinge holes to connect doors. So 2 weeks later still missing several shelves, wrong glass doors, a corner unit fillet and now the cooker turns out to be gas and should be electric. How long is it going to be before they do the job properly and supply the correct goods to all the poor customers who have paid on delivery without having the chance to check until the fitter comes and unpacks? Get me my goods NOW!!!
