Cooking pot
Pot oozing material out of top rim at seal. Sent back to company that claims to have a lifetime warranty. We bought this set 10-15 years ago. They are telling us we misused the pot and will not replace. We have used these for years, no problems. Were using this pan to steam veggies when this happened. Noticed it after I dumped the water and started to wash it. They claim it was stuff on the pan that migrated around the rim. Not sure how water does that, but I am very frustrated. Spent big bucks on these with the confidence that they were made in USA and had a great warranty to back them.

I purchased a sauce pan from Chef Steve at the Sun-N-Fun airshow this year as a gift for my wife. We could not duplicate what Chef Steve does in his show so I tried to speak with him via his email address and his telephone in Mt. Dora. After numerous messages on both numbers I simply gave up with the understanding that his word is worthless and the warranty...

a contract done by konnection india jalandhar branch by mandeep singh. he is doing fraud commitments. nothing has been done after 1 & half year. they didn't pick my phone. no reply so far. contract is done on 30/11/13.my no is [protected]. they said your virtual tour live on the keyword Modular kitchen. but not my virtual tour live on this keyword. i have paid money for this only. they had discussed nothing during this tenure. they are totally fraud person. they said your virtual tour google photography is for life time on modular kithen keywords but nothing is done after 18 months. not my website is open & not ad is live yet. i want strict action against this fraud.
