Kitbag Limited/Change of order is misleading / Misleading and poor customer services
I had made my order on 9:29PM 2 Aug 2011 and ask for changing on 11:37PM 2 Aug 2011. As stated on the web sit: [If you wish to change your order, you will need to contact the Customer Services team as soon as possible after placing your order. This is because we start processing the order as soon as the order confirmation email is sent. This enables us to provide you with the quickest possible service.]. But no one reply to me. And on 12:41PM 4 Aug 2011, their CSR reply me that [Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes, this includes adding any additional items.]. This is already misleading and their feedback on the facebook is [The information that has been given isn't misleading, unfortunately we are unable to amend any details on an order when it has reached a certain point. ]...Very disappointed and poor services.
