Kirsteen Mackintosh review: inverness mountain warehouse

Myself, my little boy and my mother entered your store in Inverness (high street) at 5.10pm tonight (Saturday 20th jan) to which the man hoovering rolled his eyes at, on the sign it clearly states OPEN TILL 5.30pm on Fridays. After entering the shop for possibly 5 Mins, the man with the hoover came up to us saying we are closing in 5 Mins (time roughly around 5.15pm do you close 15 Mins earlier than your sign on the shop door suggests? If so I suggest you change this information. After making 3 purchases totalling £65+ your man at the till continued to roll his eyes, and shake his head making it obvious to us deliberately I feel, while muttering to himself. I found this extremely rude and being a LOYAL customer to mountain warehouse not just for my own clothes but for Christmas presents for family clothes for my partner and now clothes for my little boy who I stated was in the shop with me at the time. I feel totally disgusted at the behaviour and it certainly has left me feeling like I don't want to go back. Which is very sad as I absolutely LOVE your clothing from jackets to jumpers, as they are top of the range yet affordable! I'm sure you will be able to get hold of your cctv and review this behaviour for yourself as I have given you a good time scale and the date to which we were in this shop.
I look forward to a reply from yourself to let me know you have done something about this behaviour as it totally brings your shop down. I am yet to decide like I have stated if I will even go back.
