Complaint About Selling Defective (Access 125 SE).

Dear Respected Managers.

My Name is Usama Sumar, (I bought suzuki access-125 se) from (kiran auto point llp) dated 18.08.2017, delivery date was 30.08.2017.

Well I am very disappointed by suzuki brand. I have been sold defective scooter from first day till now I have been visiting (kiran auto point llp) i can say almost it's been 5 to 6 times i have visited to their showroom, even you can check their cctv camera also.

Well with deepest regrade I am very disappointed by the entire suzuki access 125 performance even dealer also not taking any initiate to replace less than 2 months scooter with new one.

Please find the below issues which we faced during 59 days of driving this pathetic scooter.

Within 3 days back side parking lamp replaced.
Within 10 days safety guard was broken and replaced by Kiran Suzuki
Within 40 days scooter started getting off in middle of the road so we took it to Kiran Suzuki and they replaced spark plug, this has been charged to us 250 INR, by saying this not cover in warranty where clearly mentioned in suzukimotorcycle.co.in/service as follow Warranty claims in respect of proprietary items like Tyres, Tubes, Battery and Sparkplug are warranted by their respective manufacturers and shall be claimed on them directly by the customer as per their warranty terms and SMIPL shall not be liable in any manner to replace them. When everything is mentioned clear in Suzuki official website then why the hell dealer charging money, is this the way to take disadvantage of customer, I would request Suzuki company to take strict action against KIRAN SUZUKI - for the fraud case & return our money back.
Today again scooter got off in middle of the busy highway due to compressor fail to supply, I have returned the scooter to kiran suzuki well i want my money back or replacement with new scooter without this two option I will not compromise at all.
Any repair or replacement of part will take place I will not take old scooter back this is my last and final decision specially for SUZUKI Brand.

I have been using HONDA - Activa & CB Unicorn since 2011 till 2016 not a single day I face any issue or I had to write mail to honda company as I am writing to suzuki.

I must say that HONDA Brand has built good customer service and good relationship with customer in terms of product quality, durability, after sale service, even the dealer is more helpful to end customer to resolve their issues time to time.

It was my big mistake of my life to buy Suzuki Access 125 SE, If I would have bought HONDA Activa or CB Unicorn I would never face such disappointment by third class brand.

Eventually I paid 11000/- INR more to buy Access 125, but problem since day one. I am very surprise about the Showroom staff and Showroom Manager they never ever told me sir we will take your case to company directly without any delay they were waiting for customer to come with problems on daily basis and they solve his issues on daily basis.

I have made complaint against the dealer under consumer complaint please find the complaint No Complaint Number: 486746

I have attached all the documents which we got from Kiran SUZUKI including the bills which we paid for item which is cover under warranty.

Trust me I am going to circulate all this mail across social networking site, Twitter, facebook, Instegram, whatsaap, youtube, many more.

I will advise all my friends and colleagues please don't buy any scooter from Kiran Suzuki Showroom, people are making you fool while selling the product and after that u suffer from harassment mentally and using abusing words which doesn't suit on professional people, after daily follow up and making lots of call they will help you but that help won't be permanent it will be temporary only.
