Kintech, Pda E70-3 / Not providing Customer Support

I bought PDA E70-3 from Kintech for 236USD.
It has TV, GPS, Windows CE operating System but none of the things are working.
I contacted the company for support but they could not solve my problem.
They have told me to send back the PDA for replacement.
I is intimated that I have already paid more than 60 USD as transportation charges. If I send it back for replacement I will have to pay more than 120 USD which I cannot afford in any case.
I can only be benifitted if they return the product and refund me.
I hope you can help me to solve my problem by instructing the company to either provide me full customer support or return my product.

    they do the same to me, send me deffective phones, and now they want send back phones at my own charge, i paid shipping first time, and also want cell phones back, before refund my money, and they answer like i bodering they, they knew phones are deffective...
    and paypal, told me they dont do anything on deffectives items, only in not shipping items...
    i lost $300, is the first bad buy in china... bad experience, but another sellers are good and trusted...
