Kinko's awful service, bad attitude

Usually kinkos has decent service--this time though, it was terrible. I went around 2 am…rude male working there. I asked him if he could burn my pictures to a cd…that I had..he said it costs 10.00...I said usually they do it for 1.00 if you have the CD with you…he rudely said “well maybe you got a Deal”…and again said rudely “it’s 10.00”…monotonous unhelpful rude attitude…I said I’ve had it done many times…and that was strange….normally they are helpful young males who do it for free or 1.00 if you have a CD…he had an attitude and was purposely being a jerk and not helpful….then I stomped off upset..to go put money on a card so I culd check at their computer….I went to put money and the kiosk wasn’t’ working…so I went back to ask the rude person if he could put money on a card--then he went to try…and of course he couldn’t do it…it was taking 10 mins..finally after waiting so long, which already seemed odd, he said “sorry this is taking so long”…again why would it take so long….waiting, waiting..finally..he said he would do it…he didn’t explain why it was taking long…or what was going on…then eh took the disks and then I got worried-- oh great….this person seems like a low life what if he does something to sabotage the disk…or delete files…so he ‘burned’ the cd…so to make sure I wanted to check the files on the new disk…and then he put it in the computer nearby, and the disk was empty….wtf….so then I was upste..and wnted to check the original disk to make sure the files were there….so then he went to put it in the computer and computer froze up..but it didn’t freeze up when he was burning it before…I asked him if the files were in a copied folder that he used to burn….then he said “it burned an empty folder”…then I was upset…and asked if he could put the disk in the computer again…he said “the computer froze”…again his attitude was so rude….he had no intention of helping out or cared….he could have said…he was sorry that the computers weren’t working….and that I cuold come back and check the next day…worse he just kept staring at me in a very rude cold way…constantly staring…as I was getting upset…he seemed as if he wanted me to get upset….I said how can I check on the other computers? He said “u can use a credit or debit card”…that’s it…he had no real explanation or cared to explain why he couldn’t put cash on the kinko’s card….it all seemed suspicious and weird….it could have been legit but regardless the attitude of the person was terrible and just rude….I asked again….then he checked on another computer…and claimed it ‘froze up’ but I wasn’t sure what he was doing… iasked him again and just said I need to make sure the files are on there…I said is there any way you can turn that first computer u used to burn around so I can see the files…then he said “can try the computer in the corner”….then went…put the dvd in….and then he sat there and just stared at the computer-- really weird….didn’t click anything just staring..then asid “it doesn’t read dvd’s” with a rude attitude…again..not caring about a solution…I said what do u do for customers if they can’t use a kinkos card--surely you can get into one of the user computers? You have a password or something…there is no way you can use those computers….?he said they didn’t..again with a rude monotonous unhelpful attitude..said “if a I had a customer I would use these computers…I tried these computers and they froze”…again very odd and suspicious…I had been waiting over 30 mins just to check to see filse on a computer with an idiot of a loser working there….who seemed so incompetent that every computer froze up except for the one he ‘burned the files on’…which I wasn’t able to get to and the user computers were not able to be used unless u had a credit card…I said why can‘t you put cash on the card? He didn’t give a real explanation…. All I can say is--this was a horrible stupid incompetent low life of an associate and I hope that my files are still on my disk…I said I want to make sure the files are there and they weren’t deleted”…he said “it’s a dvd it cant be deleted”…then I asked him that again…to make sure in the end and he ignored me….bad attitude unhelpful night shift creep beware don’t go there at night….

Kinko's Awful customer service

AWFUL SERVICE in this location! I went there a few times and every time I go out of that store I am thinking to myself I will never come back there again. People never offering you a help, and if you ask about it they are being nothing but RUDE, like they are doing you a favor..a few Spanish associates there in particular.
I use Kinko's services sometimes, and I've been in many locations before, usually I go in one what closer to where I live, it's on 9147 Skillman St. Dallas, TX 75243 (location) And it's ALWAYS! just a pleasure to be there, people are friendly and they always greeting you, make you feel welcome and offering to help. I am just a simple customer and usually don't expect much, That's the first time I write about anything like that, ever. I don't even know where should I write and who should I speak to.. But it's just really disturbing. And now, if I am close to that location and I need Kinko's services, I would rather not to! just because of that.. AWFUL! customer service!

I really want to complain about their lousy customer service at the Broadway location in Vancouver. I can't find any email address on their site. I am so annoyed and humiliated by Kinko staff. This is just not right! Do anyone have any contact information that we can send our complaints to? Maybe to Fedex?
