We got our sonic chain in a pretty good time, but it was a Christmas gift and we didn't open it until the holiday came. The person who got it wore it nice and easy, but now, just two days later, the clasp is already really weak and it won't close all the way. We're scared to let the person wear it anymore because the pendant might fall off. The clasp was only opened and closed like three times at the most. King Ice, can you please send us a new chain (not pendant) since we got a bad one? We really want to enjoy this cool gift, but we can't right now. It's a real bummer.

What impressed me the most was how fast the shipping was. I received my order in no time. Now, I'm definitely going back to the site to buy some more. I can assure you that this isn't fake jewelry I'm buying. I'm getting all my bling from King Ice. It's a must for anyone who wants to get iced out for the price. No one can keep up with them. Some stuff is even 85 percent off!

This website is not the best. Some of the things are okay, but most of them are just cheap and not like the pictures. I bought a cap grill that was supposed to come with a silicone mold. The silicone mold didn't fit my teeth at all. The 'directions' they sent didn't make any sense. They were very vague and had bad grammar. It was like someone who didn't speak English wrote them. I'm disappointed and won't buy from the site again. If you do, be careful because you might not get what you want. I wouldn't spend a lot of money here.

My husband bought a chain on the 4th of April. After wearing the chain twice, it has discolored completely. The chain has been worn 2 or 3 times, was not in contact with water nor perfume and has been kept in original boxing for special ocassions. We are very disapointed to see that it has discolored.

Customer Service has informed us we can get a refund but the refund has to be redirected to the same bank account. Since we are living in the Netherlands, we have paid with a prepaid creditcard making it impossible to refund the money to that credit card.
Customer service is not cooperating to find a suitable solution.

I had a negative experience with this store. When my order arrived it looked nothing like pictures on their website and was poorly made. I have purchased a chain and must say that it was not worth the money I paid for it.
I contacted Kingice and explained what I did not like and all they said was how sorry they were and other similar things. I wanted to return the chain and get a full refund, but right after I mentioned that I would like to get my money back they stopped replying. I would not recommend this store, it's not that good as you might think.

Awful company and don’t believe to the pics, which you see on the website www.kingice.com. I bought one bracelet, which looked so nice on the website, but it looked awful in real life. I complaint and asked the seller to take the bracelet back and return full sum. However, the seller refused and told me that they wouldn’t accept already used bracelet. I was shocked and tried to explain that I haven’t worn it, but they didn’t trust me. Be careful, then!

I wouldnt even give these guys 1/4 stars! It was one of the worst experiences that I have ever had with making an online purchase. I purchased a size 8.5 wedding ring on the website. They shipped out the ring to me and it seemed like everything was fine until i tried it on. It was too big. I took it to the stores in my area and they all said that it was a size 9 and not an 8.5. So i called them up and they agreed to send me out a new one, and they even tried to get me to pay the return shipping! I called them once again and they said that they had just received my ring, and that it would take 3 days to process before they could ship me out the correct size. So i waited another week, and NOTHING! So i call them back up, and to my surprise, they tell me that they dont have rings in that size. so i ask them if they are getting any new ones in so that they can ship them out to me, and they again repeated, that they do not have any in stock...###s. SO then I say " so let me guess, I am assuming that because I ordered an 8.5, and you guys didnt have anymore, you went ahead and shipped me a size larger in hopes that I wasnt going to notice?" then the customer service lady says " most people can wear a size larger and not notice"...I could not beleive that they intentionally sent me the wrong size of ring just to save their own ###. So I called her out on it and all she said was " I'm very sorry, we wont get that size of ring for another 4 to 6 weeks, I can go ahead and refund your money...and I'll tell ya what, I will even waive the restocking fee"...! HAHAHAHA I couldnt believe the audacity of this woman...who later turned out to be the manager...and how she was trying to do me a favor by not making me pay the 15% restocking fee for returning an item. They are an absolute horrible company to do business with! DO NOT TRUST!
