Kingfisher Airlines REFUNDS

we are travel agents and would write this complaint in this section about Kingfisher airlines which are cancelling all the flight In India and people are struck with no where to go, Kingfisher know on first place they were going to be bankrupt and still did not inform travel agents not to issue tickets .
This so called regional manager in Singapore has sent us this email and again requested all the travel agents in Malaysia and Singapore to sell tickets despite kingfisher problem . (attached )

EMAIL SEND BY REGIONAL MANAGER

"As a result of the recent suspension of Kingfisher Airlines from IATA’s ICH and BSP platforms, the airline is making alternate arrangements to ensure that the customers can continue to book their travel on Kingfisher, either via our website www.flykingfisher.com or through any of the Kingfisher Airlines ticketing offices and our call centers.
This situation has arisen as a consequence of our bank accounts having been frozen by the tax authorities in India. We are making all possible efforts to remedy this temporary situation.

We would like to emphasize that all our flights will continue to operate normally as per the schedule published on the website."

People have to buy new tickets and except the refunds from kingfisher but all their bank accounts have been frozen (as in email )

so any one who got an issue call this manager or write to him .,

Kingfisher Airlines Stay away from this one

I dont know if this is the right forum to place this complaint, but Since i saw a forum, so updating it.
Last night I was travelling in Kingfisher Airlines flight# IT 0804 from Delhi to Hyderabad. When dinner was served, I noticed, people who are small busy, they are ignored & selectively they are asking people about dinner. I was busy watching movie, but when my co passengers next to me were served dinner, I thought, next they are going to request me. It was a rude shock for me, the crews never questioned about dinner at all… Since they are moving around with the trolley, so I thought, may be they will serve later. Surprised to see, they never bothered to request me if I need dinner or not! By the time I understood that dinner will not be given to me or lets say the ones who are small busy, the flight has nearly reached Hyderabad. Frankly I was not prepared for this… I travelled on Kingfisher Airlines last about 8 mths back & always use to praise about thier service & the airlines itself…

But I must say, in this age of cost cutting, service in this airline is now a shocker, which really surprised me. Moreover, I saw the crews in my flight had loades of attitude which is additionally a reason, why I did not request any one of them about dinner. My question is, when flying in a excellent airline, unlike low cost airlines, why should I need to request or wait when the cabin crews are going to be kind enough to give me dinner… They are supposed to request me at least once… right? Or is it expected that if someone is small busy, thats our chance, we can enter the log book as "Dinner not preferred". Normally, very few people in this case will go & question for dinner, because its kind of a hassle & insult! I have the names of the crews & details with me, if really someone from Kingfisher wants to check on this, please contact me at [protected]@rediffmail.com.
But one thing is for sure, next time while travelling, I need to reckon seriously before buying a costly Kingfisher ticket, because, they are like any other airlines these days.

My brother, Kaustubh Agrawal, resident of Akola Maharashtra, travelled from Bangkok to Mumbai by Kingfisher on the 18th December After more than one and a half hours after clearing immigration at Mumbai on the morning of 18th December he and some fellow passengers were informed by the ground staff that their checked baggage had been off loaded at Bangkok itself rather none of the baggages were loaded in flight and the passengers were not informed about it until they reached mumbai. My brother Kaustubh Agrawal was categorically assured by the said ground staff that his bags would be delivered at his residence in Akola within 48 hrs. The bag had some watches, chocolates, perfumes and his important documents like marksheets and engineering degree, apart from all his good clothes.
Baggage were not delivered even after 6 days after arrival of the said flight in spite of regular follow up.

As the documents were not available with him he was unable to attend an interview.We have to purchase new clothings and other things as the baggage was not delivered for 6 days.Also my father went to mumbai for inquiry where no proper answer was given to him.The Kingfisher officials were too rude to response him also it cost us expenditure of 15000 rs.I request you to look into the matter and grant me the suitable compensation.

In this connection the following points are material:

1. Passengers were told of the baggage off loading more than five hours after departure of their flight from Bangkok
2. No specific information about the misplaced baggage is available with any luggage handling ground person at Mumbai
3. No one from Kingfisher made a single call to him in the 6 days since detection of the incident explaining the true state of affairs and he was completely in the dark and running from pillar to post
4. No one in Kingfisher could provide the phone number of any senior official of luggage handling.
5. No escalation Matrix is available anywhere in the public domain to take the matter up with any higher authority of Kingfisher
6. The Kingfisher toll free helpline could not provide any information on the matter

I had the same experience with Kingfisher and Bangkok airport: My girlfriend and I flew from Kolkata to Bangkok on November 23. My girlfriend's backpack was missing when we arrived in Bangkok. When we asked about the backpack nobody knew where it was but on December 2 someone from Bangkok Flight Service sent an email that the backpack was found. Still when we call Bangkok Flight Service nobody knows anything. Kingfisher tried to call us once and - since we were travelling in Australia at this time - could not reach us, so they asked to call them back. Nobody answers the phone and we get no reply to email - neither from Kingfisher nor from Bangkok Flight Service.
Does anybody have an idea what to do? We know that the backpack is in Bangkok - but how can we find someone who really cares about it?

Kingfisher Airlines Baggage Damaged, items missing and Broken by cabin crew

The treatment I have received from several Kingfisher staff has been appalling and Kingfisher have done nothing constructive about these issues. In fact they have ignored all my correspondence.

On my journey from London to Goa, one case was broken into and some items were missing. Kingfisher staff failed to organise repair or communicate properly with me over a period of 4 weeks, has caused me to miss functions and tours previously organised. They did not collect the case for repair as arranged, however they claim that the case cannot be fixed and offered me compensation of Rs3, 000 (€40), which I refused as the case is new and will cost €300. So they ignored me. What about the missing items?

On return journey a cabin crew broke my laptop by dropping it from the overhead bin right onto the floor, causing it to break. This landed me with problems and delays in completing a very important report which I had intended to complete on board the flight for a meeting in London at 10am the following day.

Due to the timescales and the fact that I would have to spend some 4-5 hrs to redo the entire report, I was mindful of the limited time I would have. I, therefore, requested an upgrade to Club class so I would be able to sleep and be able to complete my reports on my return to my office in the UK at approx 9pm. This request was declined despite there being seats available.

Flight departing Delhi was delayed by about an hour which added to my already stressed state.

It may have been something I ate on board the aircraft or through the stress caused to me, I broke out in a rash on my face and asked for some cream. I was told that there was some in the first class washroom and when I approached there, was told that I was not allowed entry. I explained that I just wanted a bit of cream but was still refused any. Even a small request was refused to me and I am wondering what first aid, if any, is on board Kingfisher aircraft.

On arrival into the UK, I approached the Kingfisher rep and tried to explain my problems, she kept interrupting my explanations about 3-4 times and insinuated that I was lying by saying that I was telling her 'two different stories". Eventually I had to raise my voice above hers asking to be quiet and just listen without interruption. I am offended by her interruptions and rudeness. She refused to give me her name.

On collecting my cases off the conveyor belt, my second case was damaged on the outside. I reported this to the same rep and she told me very rudely that I would not get any compensation from Kingfisher. I did not think it was her decision to make and I reported the damage to the desk dealing with Kingfisher issues.

From the above issues, as a guest using Kingfisher airlines, I paid for a very unacceptable and regrettable experience with Kingfisher staff.

I have already completed 3 comment forms on board the aircraft from Delhi to London, and just in case it did not get to Kingfisher, I complained on their website and also email their [protected]@flykingfisher.com. NO REPLY.

I also wrote directly to the [protected]@flykingfisher.com in greater detail and still NO REPLY.

I have travelled with Kingfisher several times, in fact I was on one of their first flights flying from the UK to Goa via Bangalore. I have always maintained it a good airline and have always recommended it to my colleagues and friends. However following this and several rumours that Kingfisher standards have dropped, I feel my recent experience have only confirmed this.

I feel very strongly about the poor service and/or lack of service from Kingfisher. They have not even conducted an enquiry into all points raised above or to let me know exactly how I will be compensated for each. I have names, times and dates of each person I have spoken to at Kingfisher and what was said.

I explained to Kingfisher that I am traveling back to India to do some charity work in July 2011, December 2011 and February 2012 with other colleagues and friends. I am heading this project and am therefore requesting a response and conclusion as soon as possible for obvious reasons. NO REPLY.

Now I understand that Kingfisher is not IATA registered and therefore my travel insurance may be void. I will give them 2 weeks to respond to my letters and emails and if they do not, I will consult with a solicitor and hopefully gain some compensation and further will tell my story to the media.

Kingfisher Airlines Missed the Flight because of your Irresponsibility

This is Surekha Avasarala from Wipro Technologies, i have to travel to chennai from Hyderabad on 27-Feb-2011 at 6:30 pm and the Flight No : 2475. I missed the flight because the Status of this fight is not displayed on the Notice board. I checked in before 30 min but KingFisher people doesn't allow me in giving boarding Pass. Actually i am going for Business Purpose, because of them i missed the fight and i lost 1 day business and also missed some important meetings. The Customer Care is very bad, they spoke to me in very arogent way. I really disappointed with the KingFisher service and also hospitality towards Customer. Because of their neglegence i was supposed to take another ticket of additional 1500 rupess for 28-Feb-2011. I really felt very bad with this service. Those people said if i arrive before 5 min they might have given me boarding pass, but i came at 6:00 pm, so what is the difference in 5 min. I generally travel through flights, but nowhere i have seen this kind of senario.

I agree my wife and 3 children missed her flight due to miss information, staff not clearly helping and then were very arrogant and dd not care made you wait when they could have tried to put me on the flight as fast as possible. This is in london. STAFF were not helpful manager tried to help but staff were taking their time. Very unhelpful staff has put me off Kingfisher. this would be my choice before air india now it has become bad! try Jet next.

Kingfisher Airlines bad customer service

Respected Sod.
My mother is a cancer patient & every month she has to go to del to get her medical check-up done. Always a member from our family accompanies her. This month we had some engagements & due tothat my mother had to travel alone, so we decided to get her ticket done in king fisher airline so that she gets good customer service. But today I realized that it was not a very good decision & it was the worst day of our life to trust KFA(king fisher airlines) & get my mother booked in the same. The whole incident goes like:
On 30th jan 11, my mother was booked on KFA flt no: IT-3135 from Del-Sxr under PNR :DHLMGB ticket no:[protected]. Our family was continously in touch with my mom through her cell. And all the way we were assuring her that she will not feel our absence as she is travelling in a branded airline where customer service is a motto. At sharp 11:45 my mother reported at the counters & waited in the long queque & there was nobody for her assistance, I mean to carry her bag etc & guide her.when it was her turn to get the boarding card she was not accepted & was declared no-show for the flight. She could not understand the techinical term NO-SHOW & called us. We asked her to go to the staff & they will help you.But the disgusting part is that my mother was left alone there & there was nobody to guide her. We got in touch with your customer service toll free number but they said they cannot help untill staff explains the whole picture. After half an hour of counter closure your GSE Mr. Gurjinder was located by my mother as we were continously on line, we told our mother to make us speak to him. But he said he cannot talk to anybody. I was feeling my mother so hepless, as she was crying & literally begging your staff to speak to us. She did not know how to book another flight. Then I explained my mom to ask him book her on next available flight(that was next day) which she somehow managed. She had a very little money left afterher medical examination & some testes. Then that money she spend on way back to hotel & some hotel rent & next day fare to airport.
Next day when she reported at 09:30 to airport, she was informed that flt is xxld. That was not the least, my mom was asked to go to gate 44 where she was only pax from kfa & actually it was 9w counter there. I still wonder why my mother was send there. Was it to get rid of her.then my mother called me & said that I am lost as there is nobody to help me, I have no money left & I have a very little recharge in my mobile. She was crying & only crying. Even she had no medicines as same were in the bag & she had no idea where the same was & where she was send. We all tried to relax her as she was veryscared with whole incident. Then we tried to explain her to go back to kfa counters. My mother is a house wife & not highly qualified, so she hesitates to speak. When she reached kfa counters, she tried to explain to your another gse Ms Shalini that she has carcinoma, she is not well & wanted her to speak to us. But again your staff denied. I tried to call your del apt single point contact no but I am surprised even in that crisis that number was switched off. I tried to pacify my mother & asked her to speak to GSE Shalini again about her health problem maybe this time she will help. As my mother was holding the line while speaking to your gse I could hear every single word your staff was telling my mother. The answer your staff Ms shalini gave was that we are not here to to attend your personal calls, we are not your assistants. I was very upset & called your customer care toll free number, where they said they cant take complaints & I need to write it down to guest care (same can be confirmed from your cc).
My mother was very tense & she fainted due stress & mental torture by your staff . A pax nearby who was also travelling vy same flt helped my mother & spoke to us.I requested him to take care of my mother. It’s a shame on your part that your staff couldnot perform their duties well & an outsider helped my mother. And it did not end here, the worst part was when my mother was fine & tried to contact manager for hotel accomodation & taxi fare as it was flt xxln from your side, GSE Ms shalini did not allow that stating that she is manager moreover she added that she is not running a langar here. Ultimately my mom was not given anything & she had to sell her gold ring to spend 01 more night at del hotel & buy herself some water and clean food. Next day we decided to book her in some other airline as we could not afford our mother to go through that torture & humilation again. Trust me it was the worst decision of ours to book my moms ticket in such flt wher staff humilates & horifies sick & illerate pax. Moreover tortures them mentally. I will make sure that such mistake is never repeated& nobody from my friends, family, relatives & collouges travel by your airline. My mom is still in shock & god forbid if anything goes wrong trust me I will held your staff and your airline resoponsible. I will also make sure that more & more people get to know your reality. I would like to request your concerned deptt. to keep a person ready for enquiry with a contact source so that people like us can atleast expect some good service & help for our dear ones when they are travelling alone.

We, group of 10 people traveled by kingfisher on 15/5/2017 from Mumbai - Delhi and Delhi - Bagdogra and while return journey on 27/5/2017 from Bagdogra - Delhi and Delhi - Mumbai (IT 3355) though we have booked ticket for Kingfisher Class we were issued boarding passes for Kingfisher Red (Flight no IT 3355) (Seat Nos 30A, 30B and so on. The flight was to much delayed. We need compensation for the same. This request is on behalf of under noted group.

Dear Kingfisher Airlines,
I booked an e- ticket on Kingfisher Airlines flight IT-4571 Kolkata-Guwahati for 21st Sept.2017(PNR: DKZQYE). A few days ago through a sms I was informed that the said flight has been cancelled. Through a contact no given in the sms I contacted someone who was deputed for this purpose and she told me that either I could get the full refund value of the fare or choose any one of the 3 Jet flights (Kolkata-Guwahati) leaving that day in lieu thereof. Originally, I chose this late Kingfisher flight because consistent with economy the timing of this flight met my requirements. The Jet flights offered do not meet my requirements and as such I could not choose one. Instead I had to choose Indigo flight 6E-292 for that day at a total cost of Rs.2804.00. Whereas the Kingfisher flight flight cost me only Rs.1879.00. Thus even with a full refund I will suffer a loss of Rs.925.00. I would appreciate Kingfisher Airlines refunding this amount too along with the fare.

I purchased my airline ticket on 22nd sep 2017 from Delhi to Amritsar at Delhi airport at Kingfisher office by using my credit card. I missed my air India flight due to my lost baggage at Delhi airport and that's why I had to book kingfisher airline. My flight number was IT 4303 and my reference number is [protected].First time this flight was going to take off at 5:10 p.m but then it was delayed for 2 hours and then at 9 o'clock at night it was cancelled due to rain.I talked to some people who were also going to Punjab and we altogether 4 people hired a cab and we came to Punjab.We were miserable because we ask airline to provide us room or food for night but they said no.At last we reached our destination in Punjab at 6 o'clock in the morning.I talked to kingfisher office few times and I went to their office at Amritsar airport. They said they will call me or send me an email about my refund, but I haven't got any phone call or any email from kingfisher airline. I am already back from India to USA but I am still waiting for my refund.Does it happen to everyone or just me?

I had booked an air ticket for my father from Ahmedabad to Hyderabad by Kingfisher Airlines . The booking details are as under:

I received an SMS from Kingfisher Airlines on 17/10/09 at 20:55:22. The message was as under:

Dear Guest, we regret to inform you about the cancellation of your flight 3727 AMD-HYD on 19/10/09. Please call [protected] for details.

Since my father had to be in Hyderabad on 19/10 to meet some family exigencies, this last minute cancellation of flight by Kingfisher airlines created lot of confusion and mental stress to my father who is 78 years old. It was very very difficult for him him to run around looking for an alternate flight at the last minute.

After making several STD calls to his relatives in Mumbai and Hyderabad ( he is not internet savvy and Ahmedabad being a new place he did not know any travel agent) he could manage to get a seat in a Spicejet jet flight ( SG 397 ETD Ahmedabad 4 pm on Sunday 18/10/09 ). Since this flight was booked at the last minute we had to pay a fare of Rs.6683/-. His Spicejet airline pnr No. is N36CDW.

I had written to kingfisher airlines claiming compensation of Rs.20000/- for all the mental agony and extra expenses (on phone calls and flight booking )my father had to go because of the last minute cancellation of their flight.

Have got a response from Kingfisher airlines informing about their inability to take any responsibility for cancellation of flight and also refusing to pay either the difference in fare or compensation.

I am taking up the issue with the consumer court for redressal of my grievance.

I alok mukhopadhyay booked three tickets for travelling from new delhi to chennai in kingfisher airline flight number IT 3802, date of journey:08/06/09.
the PNR NO.for the tickets is:MCWWEW.
the seat no.are:5a, 5b, 5c.
these tickets were booked online.
i have already made innumerable telephonic calls requesting that the copy of these tickets be sent to me but to no luck.
I need these tickets urgently since i have to produce them in my office for re-imbersement purposes..

I travelled on KF flt IT2122 on the 13th of Aug, 2017 from Hubli to Mumbai on seat# 02A and the PNR# GIBFQA. The irony was that some ground staff guys and gals I think are too over reactive to security issues that make them eventually look like bunch of clowns. I declared after scanning on my checked-in baggage that there were 4-5 hotel complimentary match boxes and a cigarette gas lighter. I then informed the person scanning the baggage that I used to smoke till about 2 months ago but gave up and these match boxes and the lighter was there from then. I also agree that the security issue is very important, but shouldn’t be used to just joke or make it appear as funny as is being done by persons lacking insight and identifying targets for focused needs. I was also checked again after leaving the security lounge for the cabin baggage twice in spite of clarifying to the female ground staff that I am not carrying any more match boxes and lighter. Moreover this re-check of cabin baggage may appear to the professional form the state police that they are not capable and vigilant. I have travelled all over the US and then I used to smoke, but was never targeted by their security for any reason whatsoever. There is also a point to note that the match boxes and the lighter was in my checked-in baggage for more than six months and during this period I would have taken 20 flights from Mumbai and back in Jet Airways, KF and Air India.

I know that Hubli being a very small airport do not have persons well trained but they have to rely on their individual abilities and do their best to show their abilities. I also find that their over indulging in areas not in their specialization makes them does look like jokers.

I hope you wouldn’t mind my frankness to having exposed the weakness with your employees in very small airports. But you would look into this matter in the right perspective for better trained persons and professionals employed in positions which involve the country’s security.

Inspite of contionuos follow-up for last 2 months thru phone calls and emails, Kingfisher Airlines has not given REFUND of difference fare as was commited by them, inspite of clear service failure on their part...can anyone please advise how to register official complaint.

This was our first time, we all had preferred your KINGFISHER AIRLINES to travel from Jammu to Pune on 14th May 2017.

I booked two Kingfisher flights from Chennai-Port Blair directly from the airline website on 20 Sep 2017. The airline was grounded on 1 Oct 2017 and I was notified of my flight cancellations only 3 days before my flights in Dec 2017 when I was already travelling en route from Australia (my home country) for my holiday. I was forced to purchase with another airline at the last minute at a premium price. I rang Kingfisher and eventually was told 14 days for my refund. It's now Jan 16 2017 and I've heard or received nothing for my money paid in September. They have taken my money, cancelled their flights but won't refund the money. They ruined my holiday as well.

Kingfisher Airlines Money deducted but not tickets in mailbox

Hi

I have booked Flight IT151 Pune-Delhi(22nd Jan, 2011) and Flight IT154 Delhi-Pune(24th Jan, 2011) Flight at about 2:00PM today(19/01/2011).Trasaction was complete(net banking) and Rs11114 was deducted from my ICICI account, but I did not get the PNR number and the tickets in my mailbox.I have attached mini statement from my ICICI account as well. I have written to [protected]@flykingfisher.com for a refund as told by Customer care department but no replies.Can any one tell me what should I do next...

Kingfisher Airlines non refund ofr ticket cancalled because of company's cancellation of flight

We had booked three tickets for flight IT514 320 from Kolkata to Mumbai scheduled to leave Netaji Subash Chandra Bose International Airport on 12 Sept 2010 at 20:25 hrs. We had booked each ticket separately because we had used your Rs 500 discount coupon and had paid Rs. 3928 per ticket. For your reference, the details are as follows: Ticket no.[protected] Booking Reference(PNR): ISGCPH; tckt no. [protected]- bkng ref(PNR): NAFVYR; and tckt no. [protected]-bkn ref(PNR): MMIODL.However, we got a message from you that the evening flight on 12 Sept was cancelled and that we could be accommodated on the morning flight which didn't suit our purposes. So we requested cancellation of all three tickets and were assured a full refund. When we called on 27 August, we were given receipt no.[protected] and assured the entire amount for three tickets would be credited into out account within 5 working days.However, on getting our credit statement in October, we realized that we had received a refund for two tickets only. We called Kingfisher and were advised to file our complaint on your website which we did. After a month's wait, we noticed in our new statement that there has been no refund for the remaining ticket. Kindly let us know when we can expect the remaining amount. We look forward to a quick settlement of this issue.

Kingfisher Airlines REFUND OF RS.6341 FOR CANCEL TICKET

I got booked ticket No.090-[protected] on 14.08.2010 vide reservation No.Y2HA2Z . Airline confirmation NO.NLYMOG, Flight No.3502 from Chandigarh IXC to Mumbai for 22nd August 2010 with depart time 15.50 hrs. and arrival time 18.20 hrs. through Chopson Travels & Tours Pvt. Ltd., Ludhiana.

I reached at flight time at Chandigarh and it came to my notice that the flight NO.3502 was cancelled and preponed to 9.00 hrs from Chandigarh to Delhi and Delhi to Mumbai.
There was no alternative and due to urgency I had to book through another flight vide Airline PNR ULNDN7, E-Ticket No.ULNDN7.
But so far no refund has been made Rs.6341/- need to be refunded immdly.

When I should expect refund ?

Kingfisher Airlines rusted metal nail in food served

METAL RUSTED NAIL IN THE FOOD
It was an excellent aircraft for the journey no doubt from Dubai to Bangalore and to Mangalore on the 8th March 2010 Flight no. IT046. I was traveling with my family seat no. 3A, 3B and 3C respectively.

It was the first horrified journey experience in my 18 years of traveling with different airlines and this happened when I travelled in your airline for the first time. The food served on board had a RUSTED METAL NAIL in the non-veg dish(rice pulao) which even broke a piece of my tooth with great pain, I realised the standard of your 5 Star service of your flight.

Immediately this incident was reported to cabin crew airhostess and chief steward hostess Miss ADITI and Miss NEHA respectively. Then have seen and checked the METAL NAIL in the dish served and have promised me that the same will be referred to the ground staff for further investigation and report the same to me. Now it is more than 22 days since the complaint was lodged to the staff on board and I was told that the one of the senior staff member will contact me with the details provided with complaint and non of them have contacted me till date.

I hope with this mail you will take necessary action and contact me regarding the incidence. Let me know why should not I report this to the MEDIA when you have not responded ?. And also lodge a complaint with DNATA on my return to Dubai along with copy to the press media.

Now I am really afraid to travel with your KingFisher Five star airline.

Kingfisher Airlines not informed about change in flight schedule

madam,
i wonder the working of kingfisher airlines &their prospects of bussiness promotion seems to me in shambles as is evident from their irresponsible attitude towards clients.I had got booked air ticket for mrs Veena Raina on 21st april, 10 forjorney from jammu to mumbai on 5thapril2010vide pnr no.NMDVZG.SCEDULED DEPT TIME FROM JAMMU WAS12.40&AND FROM DELHI AT15.40.WHEN I MAILED U for the clarification in the evening of 3-5-2010 i called toll free no18001800101 at 9.30pm and on08041979797 at 9.45 pm for the clarification of checkin at delhi i was astonished to know that the flight schedule has been changed& no body from ur concern bothered to inform me about all this & i would have never come to know this had i not called toll free no.and my wife would have met harass ment on the date of travel as she was travelling alone for the first time.all this did not end here i was asked to go for e -ticket for change in flight from delhi as dept time from jammu has changed to 2.15pm reaching delhi at 3.35 pm so u will not be able to catch 3.40pm flight to mumbai.accordingly they asked me to go for 5.50pm flight from delhi to mumbai with the assurance that check in will not be required at delhi, but when i received e ticket receipt they have written check in is required at delhi.
under such circumustances since my wife is travelling for the first time and knows nothing of delhi air port if any thing adverse happens to her king fisher airlines will be responsible & have to face the consiquences.

Kingfisher Airlines Horrible service!

I was recently traveling by Kingfisher Airline to Bangalore as I was really surprised as to how snobbish their crew was. It took me four attempts to ask the crew for a glass of water, the crew were not at all busy and I could see them chit chatting away to glory in the rear of the aircraft, after much fuss, I was given a glass of water as if I was given some alms. When I asked for a feedback form, I was denied for that as well. This is a rubbish airline giving rubbish service, I'd still prefer to fly on Indian or Jet Airways as their service is a million times better.

I recently started using Kingfisher airlines, as I have been using just Jet Airways previously. I feel should go back to my old days travelling in Jet.
As part of the promotions for Gold customers there are some promo codes released, with a lure of direct flights return bookings (free except taxes). If you try using the promo code on King Fisher airlines it does not list any direct flights, do the same without the Promo code, bang there are direct flights available.
These guys are such a cheat, and their marketing philosophy of capturing customers by cheating and then ripping off ...is classic...
Such a shoddy cal center...gosh...
Just be aware of getting trapped into such fradulent lures...

I had booked tickets of kingfrisher red for 15th SEPTEMBER 2010 on flight nos. IT3126(COIMBATORE-MUMBAI), IT3157(MUMBAI-UDAIPUR), and IT4301(UDAIPUR-JODHPUR) on 16th JUNE 2010. And now suddenly when i check your website i find that the UDAIPUR-JODPUR flight has been cancelled.. As soon i saw that, i contacted your customer care and a day after d contact they hav offered me the tickets of 14SEP 2010 from COIMBATORE-MUMBAI flight no. IT3126 and of 15th SEP 2010 from MUMBAI-JODHPUR flight no. 9W2543(jet airways). But now due to your cancellation of flight my one day gets wasted as i have to depart from coimbatore on 14th itself . Also where would i stay in mumbai that night would be an additional expense to me. So i would request you to kindly arrange atleast for the stay in mumbai. please do the needful and reply at ((ambika_luv23@yahoo.co.in))

I was traveling from banglore to lucknow from flight no IT204 at seat no. 34D . when the flight reached at Indiragandhi iternational airport it was announced to switchoff the mobiles. I switched off the mobile since then the lady passenger sitting at seat no 34F going to Chandigarh by your flight travelling till Delhi by IT204 flenched down . As she get down I got to know that my mobile was taken by her and immidiately I told this to airhostess and security staff of Kingfisher and I also told them that let me ask the lady because ifyoo will ask it will be against consumer relations . But not even a single staff of airlines co-operated me nither they let me to ask that lady.
The staffs of kingfisher told me that when you will reach Lucknow meet to our staff since then we will search your mobile but when I reached Lucknow the attending staff of kingfisher airlines behaved very rigidly when I asked about my mobile and told them what was told me by the security staff at Delhi airport.
I felt too much guilty and unbelieving

Horrbile experience

I travelled from Delhi to London by IT 0001 on 17th sept 2010. This has been one of my worst air travel experiences.

The staff on board was arrogant and rude. My personal entertainment system did not work through out the 9:30 hrs journey and they were unwilling to help me.

I asked 3 times for the complaints book but they refused to get it.

Do we pay for this type of service!

That is not the problem of the airline. If they were to even suggest that she did anything wrong they could be sued. Not to mention that she might be a good customer and any such question to her could cost them an important account. You and you alone are responsible to protect property in your possession. Consider it the cost of a lession in life! Move on!

I definetly agree especially when people travel in free tickets from stolen credit cards, they behave badly to the hostess. This bad lingering taste can impact the other travellers also from the crew.

Well Guys i had a good experiance as i travelled from bangalore to pune well my name is aali... the service was good i think so first the lady who was a bit rude.. but the other one was good she spoke to me well treated well we are good friends now i can say we are going around i would not prefer to take her name here but i always get good service not only becuase the air hostess is my girlfriend but i am satisfied with their service provided... over all i can say flying in kingFisher is great and Money is Worth what they provide..

There is truth to your words. Kingfisher have appointed just good looking good for nothing staff. I was stolen off with my Digital camera while coming from leh to New Delhi. This was done with my baggage in custody with the airlines security. They have been giving excuses but are really not trust worthy. Vijay Mallya who so confidently declares his airlines with the best services, is not approachable, with his staffers making all sort of stories. It seems to be now one of the worst Airlines flying. Money does not make reputation the services does.

I totally agree with you, the other day I received an email from one of my friend and I was surprised to see the contents of that email, it had the Kingfisher staff drinking alcohol in front of the aircraft in one of the nights. Everyone knows that the airport is not a place to drink be it staff or be it commuters. If their staff are drunk on duty, who flies their machines then? So I totally agree as the crew might have been heavily intoxicated and didn't pay heed to your requirement.
