Kingdom Management Neighbors 912 churchhill lane st Augustine fl 32092

Neighbor has cars all over the street. Renting rooms. The cars are blocking the neighbors mail box and has a trailer parked in the grass on the side of the house in the front yard. All the blinds stay open 24/7 and somebody is smoking something in the back yard that requires a torch. Lots of activity going on

Kingdom Management Property management/hoa

My experience with Kingdom Management is nothing short of a living hell. We lived in Florida years ago when my husband was stationed in Jacksonville.in all my experience with HOA management companies in Florida and the various states in which we lived, I can confidently state that Kingdom Management is the most absurdly unprofessional.

Issues with Kingdom Management began a few months after they were hired as the newest management company. Our HOA checks would be returned due to Kingdom Management's frequent address changes. Our payments were set to autopay through our credit union so, we would update the information, and a check would be reissued, and months later, the process would repeat. The "guess the new location game" was exasperating; moreover, we were unsure if the payment was made until sometime later. To circumvent further issues, I began to make online payments through the Kingdom Management site via BB&T.
In early 2019, I received a letter from a law firm on behalf of Kingdom Management to collect any unpaid balance. A lien was placed on my property, and I was thoroughly confused. Apparently, Kingdom Management failed to send the end of the year annual invoice and then referred me to a collection company for a bill I never received, which cost me thousands.
We have never received consistent invoices from Kingdom Management. The online bill pay is a very basic site, where a user clicks a box to indicate Jan-Dec fee, which opens another box to impute a payment amount. After a payment method is entered, and submit the transaction is complete. There is nothing displayed on the screen to indicate a monthly fee, nor balances.
Around April 2019, in typical nonsensical fashion, Kingdom Management sending one sporadic invoice for a bill paid monthly. I noticed that some payments were not reflected on the account. The HOA assesses monthly fees and annual fees; both accounts are managed through Kingdom Management and paid through BB&T. I took the fault for this - thinking I inadvertently made the monthly payment to the incorrect account, I contacted Kingdom Management. I was told the account would be reviewed, and any residual payments would be applied to the correct account.
A few months ago, we were victims of identity theft - which made a mess of everything, Our accounts were compromised, and it caused a delay in payments for all of my bills until things were sorted. I began to increase our monthly HOA payments by about $40 a month, which I felt would be sufficient until I could make an additional balloon payment for the residual amount. While I realize financial issues are not the concern of Kingdom management, it's essential to recognize that payments were being made to the account.
Since the 2018 incident, I make certain to remind the Kingdom Management employee for whom I speak the importance of communication since I live out-of-state. I had a false sense of confidence in Kingdom Management for a fleeting second because, although I was not receiving regular invoices, I was receiving letters from Kingdom Management regarding bylaw violations.in fact, on three occasions spanning January - September 2019, Kingdom Management contacted me via USPS - reaffirming that they knew how to contact me - but was selective as to when contact was made. The first notice: stated the tenant was smoking in non-designated areas - for which I do not know to be true or untrue. The second notice sent because a desk chair was left on the porch (while said tenant was vacating the property). The third notice denoted plants were left in a common area - however, the blame was wrongfully placed since the house was vacant at the time.
During 2019- I had contacted the Kingdom Management office, on a few occasions. Furthermore, my property manager also contacted the Kingdom management office on multiple occasions and provided her contact information to them as well. During these exchanges with Kingdom Management, there was never a mention of my account balance or payments. At any point, Kingdom Management could have mentioned my account, sent a notice regarding my account, or made some contact with me regarding my account, and while I received three warnings about violations, not once was I notified about my account status.
Imagine my shock and horror when opening my mail today only to discover that Kingdom management referred our account to a collection attorney. The questionable underhanded business antics of Kingdom Management strikes again! I received not one, but three letters from the hired attorney henchmen.
The first letter specified that my payments are not "timely," and I have 45 days to arrange payments before a lien will be placed on my property.
The second notice was to inform me that state laws prohibit the collection of rent until the fee is satisfied.
The third letter, which was to inform me that my December payment was received and applied to balance, but they will continue with the proceedings. The real sucker punch came with the realization that my HOA fees are essentially put towards retaining the attorney's services, so I am paying to threaten legal action against myself.
Furthermore, it is increasingly unnerving to consider Kingdom Management sent three letters regarding bylaw disputes but never bothered to notify me about taking action due to timely payments Kingdom Management's handling of this situation was purposeful and deliberate. Had the timeliness of my payments been broached at any point, this could have been handled differently.
The asinine exploits by Kingdom Management can only be deduced as questionable business practices. For years I have enduring Kingdom Management's incompetence and indolent conduct, and yet they could not extend some notification. Ironically, the amount that I will have to pay that the end of this miserable ordeal, will be greater than my HOA payments for the entire year while still paying HOA fees to perpetuate this idiotic cycle of abuse.
A community HOA protects and enforces rules that residence view as the status quo. When the HOA power is used irresponsibly, it creates a dangerous environment. It is not an easy topic to discuss or admit publically. Beyond the hair-trigger response of sending someone to collections, this threatens my family and the family that is renting my property, which is reprehensible, and unnecessary.
Consider my experience as a cautionary tale for those who are considering this company to hire. If there are lingering doubts as to my experience, I would suggest visiting the BBB site; I am not the only person who has endured maltreatment at the hands of Kingdom Management. The BBB site list multiple reviews that parallel my experiences with Kingdom Management. I will be adding my experience to the list, in hopes that others may avoid the nightmare for which I am living.

Kingdom Management Hoa management

I called in and had a conversation about the pool keys and spoke with a diana. She was the rudest person I have dealt with in ages. She spoke over continuously. I have been a condo owner for several weeks and they promised me pool keys the following week when I went in to their offices. I have called several times and they keep telling me they are switching to a new system. I demand keys because I am paying for this amenity and they tell me they can sell me one for $25 but it may stop working tomorrow. This is very poor management. They are rude and don't know what they are doing. I will get on the hoa board and get this company fired if it's the last thing I do. It won't be the first time i've done this.

Kingdom Management Steal property

I have lived in my home for 11 years now and 3 years ago I lost my job and they said I could make payments instead of one lump sum. Well here we are 3 years later and now I have an auction date set for OCT. I have paid them in full and they hired an Attorney Crabtree law offices. I went to court when they put the lien on my house and I told the Attorney I had proof of payments and he said bring them by the office and show me and it will all go away. Well it didn't and last week I got a notice for a public auction. They gloat on their website http://kingdommanagement.com/ about how much money they make well pretty sure it's because they steal people's houses. Kingdom Management needs to be shut down. I do believe that they need a class action law suit.

They did the same thing to me. My family is military, and we were not in the area when they changed management companies. They didn't have the right address, refused to find our correct address, and then said I had no recourse to fight them due to incorrect address on my statements. Then they sued me for 'back association dues' plus legal collection fees of $1800. We had to borrow the money from kids college funds, to cover the lien. Crabtree is a little punk who thinks he's found his golden goose with this management company. He is a heartless, cowardly little boy who, I believe, is the owner of this company, and making not only legal fees on all the poor, souls he is fraudulently suing, but also collecting properties, via the letter of the law that says, 'if you are in default with your homeowners dues, they have the right to place a lien on your property and foreclose on it, within a year!' (Mind you, in most cases they are getting a property for a few hundred or a few thousand dollars! Great way to steal from those who don't have much and can't fight back)...I pray this company and crabtree get what they have dished out... they so deserve to both be ruined...they are fraudulent and need to have a class action law suit filed against them for illegal activity. Its awful and it needs to stop!

Kingdom Management is the property management for my neighborhood and I was not aware of when it changed to them. My homeowner association dues for 2010 had been scheduled to be paid to the old property management company. I do not live at the property and only became aware of the property management change when I was forwarded a letter from Kingdom...
