Machine exploded and left a huge mess my wife has a swallen lip and a black eye I'm not happy at all the machine shot metal parts out of it and the cordial went all over the place I will be spending at least 4 hours cleaning it as for my wife that's we're i draw the line no machine should explode like this thank god my children were not using it I want a prompt response from you or I will escalate this

King.com candy crush saga

I have purchase quite a few boosters (I had 50+ of each). Tonight while playing level 2076, the game continually froze and I would have to close the app. After 10+ tries, when I signed in they all disappeared. I usually play on my phone, but signed in through Facebook and sure enough they are all gone! I purchased these and would like them all restored. What can you do to remedy this situation.

I am on level 1467, and have beat it three times for it to not allow me to pass. I have used power ups that I paid for with actual money, only for them to be lost because of a glitch on your end. I have also used all three power ups at the beginning of the level ton lose them as well. Please return my power ups and fix the glitch. It is unfair to lose dollars for no reason. I don't just throw my money in the garbage on a regular basis, and this should be no different. Thanks.

I'm on level 1190 and it just took 16 of my goldbars. I would like them back? The "Play on" button is so close to the "Give up" button. I'm sure I'm not the only person who has complained about this. Those buttons are too close together. Please reissue my gold bars to me. Put more space between the buttons - some people have fat fingers not like myself but I know they exist. I'm an avid player and genually like the game.

King.com 15 gold bars purchase

Hi hope you can help me, I'm on level 424 on Candy Crush Soda. I was stuck but very close, so I purchased 15 gold bar for £1.99. I was successful and spread all the jelly, but game shut down. When I returned to it I'm still on level 424 but my gold bars have been used. I find this very unfair as I payed for them and completed level, but the game has not moved me on but has taken my money. I find this terrible. Hope I can be refunded, thanking you Mrs J Chittenden.

King.com starting a level over, even after completing it

Good morning,
I completed level 1829. I used quite a few of the extras, that I paid for to complete that level. Once I did, I shut my phone off to get on with my day. Later that afternoon, I reopened Candy Crush, only to find that it was still on 1829. This is not the first Time, that I have completed a level, only to come back and find that it did not move to the next level. Please investigate this complaint and either move me to the next level, or give me back all the money that I spent to finish level 1829.

For many months I have been playing level 80 on candy crush soda. Tonight I finally won the game. Or so I thought. It said I had found all the bears and it did the usual thing when you have won. I wanted to see what the next level was like. To my surprise, it went right back to level 80! I was quite upset. I have spent a bit of money trying to win! So what is going on here? I should finally be on level 81! If this is what king does, then I need not play their games.

King.com entertainment - game on android

This game is rigged. IE: The Spin Wheel will ALWAYS AND ONLY stop short of selecting the Combined Prizes. ALL the other times you spin, and I've been playing for years on and off, it will ALWAYS hit the "tick " in between the prize wheel or go just past it. I've won on every one of the single prizes BUT NOT ONCE in the combined prize. So the odds are never in your favor for that one prize?

Also, you will "win" specific prizes but never see them. Or while in play, your combined candies that you set up, will disappear.

This game is totally created to force the player to spend money. Even the coins you win, you eventually have to purchase one it totals 60. 3.99 everytime. So in essence, this isn't a free game is it.

Then, as shown in screen pics I've taken, I needed to get rid of 1 more gel and went to use my coins to purchase a candy crusher. Well th the game was stuck to contact the store, and I eventually had to quit, losing the game. The timing of these things is inconstant.

King.com pet rescue & candy crush soda

I changed/ updated phones. I transferred apps originally from 1st phone via Facebook. Next phone I transferred via a 'smart switch app' - supposedly all apps transferred exactly as they were. Before transferring candy crush soda was stopped at a certain point & I couldn't get back to the level I was on. Now transferring to my new Samsung galaxy S9+ both games have gone back to very beginning- so frustrating for all the years I've put I to get to the levels I was at. I have to been able to work out how to get back. Other times when I changed phones I could do this. I am a valued customer that deserves respect & assistance. I have spent much money on your games!

I have purchased twice the 1.95 deals and got a malfunction with the wheel. The wheel would turn but the button to stop the wheel did not respond.
Please refund twice $1.95
I play Candy Crush often and thus us frustrating.. since it did not allow me to complete this pottion of the game.

I was on level 717 and I had 60+ of every sweet booster. It's taken a lot to collect. Logging back in to save my progress it has put me down to 667 and with zero boosters. I'm so upset about this.

When I completed level 3089, I collected enough "c" candys to receive 2 free "switches ". The 2 free switches did not show up, causing me to lose level 3089. Please resolve. By losing level 3090, I lost my collected stuff by winning 3 games in a row.

Dear Candy Crush Game Masters,

Help pls!

It seems there is a glitch in the game at my level.

I am supposed to release 3 cherries but at this point, there are no more cherries in sight.

I am in Level 1203 of the game and for some time now I have been working on this but it seems the 3rd cherry just disappears from sight.

So the upper right guide says I need to release 1 more cherry! But I have wasted so many turns and done this game over at least 4 times but there is an error in the game program itself as the cherries, once visible have been eliminated but the game just goes on and on.

I can send you the screenshot if you wish to understand my complaint better.

That's s has happened TWICE now. I successfully finished the level with all the cherries and nuts falling in, but the level thinks I still have another cherry to get. Since there are only two of each and all disappear/ fall like they are supposed to this is obviously a hack. I wasted 4 candy hammers, two wheels and gold bars for more turns all to no avail. I would like a way to get credit for this level and restore the hammers, etc and /or equivalent gold bars.
Very frustrated!

I play this game sinds last year. I complaint a lot of times and i used profanities because they ignored me . They dont answer to my messages, They are rude people . I just defend my self. I know i crossed my limits because the game is terrible to play . Now they ignore me . They are horrible people sorry for say this . But is true. Same repeat messages. I am done.

King.com made payment, did not receive gold bars

I made a payment of $2.99 for my full piggy bank to receive my 60 bars of gold. They took my payment (I have proof that it went through) but I never received my gold. This is twice now! I have clear my cache (as suggested) and also reinstalled the game (as suggested) but I still have not received my gold bars. Like I said, this is twice now so I am filing a complaint.

King.com I bought a combo package but didn't receive my whole package

I just bought one of the combo specials to finish a level in my game and paid $15.99 charged to my card. I needed lollipops to complete it. So I bought the bars lollipops etc package. It put my bars in my account but not my lollipops or anything else. I ended up having to use my bars to buy 3 individual lollipops package for 19 bars which defeated the purpose! My account was not given what I paid for. I either need to be reimbursed or put the items on my account.

Customer services still fobbing me off with automated replies sending me back to the resolution centre, its been going on for weeks and weeks now my e mail largely go unanswered and theres no sign of a human being which by this point surely somebody needs to just step in and give me what I earnt and won fairly and squarely im a good loyal paying customer and this is how you treat your customers there is no service at all here
