Kincade lied to me on many ocassion and i have the emails to prove it, in 1 ocassion he told me on a monday if i don't have 1500 by friday you need to find another lawyer for the trial, i ask when is trial he never answer after he received the money then he answer ..judge posponed the trial after looking at the docket there was never a court date, he also told an account i had had to be trial separated and was xtra $5000

And charge fir triall fees even tho we never when to trial, after paying him 10k he drop me but i finish te bankcrupsy on my own and was told by the judge on how to obtalin my money back from my lawyer,i don't need his money i need license to be VOID..FLORIDA BAR I TRUST.

Above is information i found out after hiring mr. Kingcade. It was all clear to him that i would win my foreclosure because i am a 76 old disabled widow. The initial payment was made and then a bunch of charges including one of $150 to settle with my bank as i was very worried about loosing my house. After 2 months, my bank had not received the letter and i could not make my payments directly thru my bank branch and had to go thru their bankruptcy department. I spent hours speaking to the bank with help of my daughter. The bank kept telling me to speak to my attorney. When my daughter wrote to him via e - mail he was very sarcastic and rude, making silly statements such as "i can't get into the bank's computer" and "banks lie".

After many e - mails back and forth, his paralegal sent me some paperwork that i was supposed to again call the bank and send the that information myself. I thought i paid this "attorney" to follow thru with my bankruptcy case to the end. He left this issue hanging because he could not charge me the $150 again.

He is self absorbed, rude and highly unprofessional. Find someone else!

Timothy Kingcade is a fraud and a thief. He is the lowest of the low, preying on the vulnerable. He advertises massively and preys on the Latin community. Beware he says he has an "open door policy" but don't try to come in to the office because he has a mill to run and schmucks to skim. He devotes 20 minutes of his "free" consultation (which is a tailored pitch to your situation offering to solve all your issues) to get you to fork over whatever he can that same day, and then he's got you under his control. He states he will charge only one flat fee for all work--but lo and behold--that only applies to "standard" cases (which none are) then there is a fee for absolutely everything, And I am talking fees starting at $500 for writing a simple motion that takes one of the para-legals all but 3 minutes.

I ended up in a much worse situation than what I began, even more in debt and having to turn over my life to the trustee and the courts.

Please avoid at all Costs!

They were the WORST! In the end, they became the enemy. They actually went to court after I fired them to try to hurt me! Awful. DO NOT TRUST! ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY!

The client becomes part of a herd, shuffled through with not direction. He has these 'just above minimum wage' paralegals run the show. They are not knowledgeable, but worse than that! They don't care!

I cannot emphasize this enough! DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR FINANCIAL FUTURE!
