King Soopers Service

I went to king Soopers to grocery shop. I used the scan and go and bagged my items. In the fresh veggies I bought multiple items. It wouldn't let me scan them on the scan and go so I put those items in the back of the cart. Among checkout I was confronted by a sales associate she told me that it didn't look like I had 20 items in my basket it looked like more. I proceeded to tell her that it was the fresh produce that I didn't scan and pay for yet I was getting it after I checked out my bagged items so I know what I've paid for and my total left on my card. She then made me take ALL items out of my basket and told me to get away I'm lying and I'm just a dumb black child. I tried to tell her what was paid for and what wasn't then she started taking my paid items out and rescanning them crushed my bread and wouldn't let me return and crushed my eggs. I left a lot of paid items behind because she didn't believe me and wouldn't let me check. I told her I just moved here and was trying to help my sick mom and She proceeded to rip my receipt and said I'm quitting anyway I only have the middle and bottom part left

King Soopers Management

I was here purchasing flowers and a few groceries. The floral clerk was very nice and professional, but I saw a manager by the name of Mike, grab the young clerk by her face. I was astonished! It was clearly unsolicited by the young girl, and it was a very uncomfortable situation, even for me as a customer. Is this how they treat their employees? Disgusting.

King Soopers Truck driver

The driver of the truck number #0313322 driving from Colorado springs north towards castle rock on may 17, 2019 3:00pm needs to be addressed or fired for his agression. Almost caused 2 accidents and doesnt use signal when switching lanes and cutting off drivers. Looks as tho a 20-30 year old Hispanic Male driving the vehicle. This driver should not be operating a vehicle this size in this aggressive manner on a busy I25

King Soopers Private use of bath / stupid manager!

Im 60 yrs old veteran. I had an "accident" in the bath. I washed myself off w/ clothes on, & a witch decided to get the male kid mngr! & tell him abt it! I was in shock, when I got out of the bath! That the male whos known me for 10 yrs was pissed off!& I showed my army tatoo [censored] made fun of it! & I showed my v.A. Id! & she stated she "didnt care that I was a veteran!". Kid mngr did nothing! But let her abuse me in the asile!& I told her I have body "issues"ive had cancer 3 times since the gulf. She made fun of that too! This is against the law in col & the usa! To harass the handicapped! Wtf?!, & I told her it was the bathroom it was "no bodys business what I did to clean my vajayjay in there"! Its a bathroom! She then toted that she "lived in the area" & looked down on the top of my head! Like my 5'3"body was scum to her! & she flipped her eyes at the manager! I repeated" its the bathroom & no ones business". & I walked away, she then taunted the manager to have me arrested! & tossed from the [censored]y uintah st col spgs store! That ive gone to since 1991! I walked faster than them, so they couldn't keep up - but they followed & even watched me get into my handicapped parking spot later! Thats called: predator stalking & its a jail offense! & civil harassment! Im going to look for an atty to sue!

King Soopers Unprofessional manager

I am a driver for a vendor who delivers to King Soopers. I witnessed a manager whose name is Tony talking down to his employees as in a condescending way. He also is very confrontational when questioned as if he is superior to others. I can see this person thinks being a manager is being bossy because that's exactly what he displayed and I witnessed. I said I was going to report his unprofessionalism so here we are.. I couldn't get his last name as he was very confrontational! Hope this helps some poor employee being yelled at for no reason. Guys a real mean spirit

King Soopers U-scan device person store location at hampton & tower

Employee James moved my walker away from me and grabbed my reusable bags from my hand, luckily I was able to grab my walker back or I could have fallen down due to spinal issues and balance problems. He also was still aggressive towards me when I was bagging the groceries as my husband handed them to me as he scanned them. I moved the chips from the one bag to another causing the machine to react and that was my fault but the machine continued to say scan item before placing them in the bag. He was hovering over us and told me to stop moving the bags even though I was not, nor did I move anymore product from any bags. When he pulled my walker away from me and my grip on it, I told him not to do that. After we were done he turned to my husband and laughing he told my husband have a nice day. I told my husband that James was an [censored] and left. This happened today (12/04) at around noon. This employee was way out of line. I surely hope that your company doesn't encourage this type of behavior.

King Soopers Free coupons

I don't like complaining when someone is doing something nice, but twice lately when I've used the FREE coupons that were received in the mail, I've been charged anyway. Of course, I brought it to the attention of the customer service dept and they rectified it with no argument. It's just not convenient to have to go back to try to settle the record. Not sure why this is happening, but I'm afraid to continue using the Freebies. Thank you anyway.

King Soopers Click list credit due

My loyalty card number is [protected]. On October 12, 2018, I picked up a clicklist order for which my Citi Visa card is as charged $179.03. When I unpacked my groceries at home, I realized that several items for which I had been charged were missing I called the store and was told a credit would would be issued to my Citi Visa in the amount of $18.56. No credit has reached my Citi Visa account, so I contacted the King Soopers Customer Service line. Big mistake. After well over an hour during which I was transferred five times, I was disconnected. At one point I was given a case number 1065079, but had been transferred twice after that so don't even know if it's helpful at this point.

King Soopers pharmacist

I dropped off my prescription on Friday. They informed me that they needed more information from my doctor so I had to wait till Monday. Come Monday I spoke with my doctor office and they spoke with the pharmacist. The pharmacist then told me that she refused to fill my Perscription. She also informed me that she made sure that no other King Soopers pharmacy would fill it either. I'm not sure if all this is because I'm disabled or because I have Medicaid or both. Now she is refusing to fill another valid Perscription.

King Soopers Truck driver

I was driving down the freeway today around 1:30PM (give or take 30 minutes) (September 3, 2018) on I-70 which runs a little north of Denver, CO. A King Soopers semi-truck with the number 0307159 was driving in the fast lane slower than much of the traffic in the other lanes. At first I was patient with this as there was no chance to get over, but after multiple big openings on his right were available and he chose to drive without regards to the other traffic and stay in the fast lane, I became upset. Eventually I was able to get around him by going to the next lane over to the right. As I was passing him (he looked to be a male), I noticed he was driving while looking at his phone. This is a very serious thing to be doing, especially with a huge truck like that which can cause significant damage in crashes. I hope this information is helpful.

King Soopers Employee

An employee of the name Pablo was at my truck this afternoon with his arm inside my vehicle giving my dog water. After exchanging a few words he decided to tell me to meet him there at 8pm, because that's when he gets off. Inside of going inside and telling management to announce over the loud speaker that there trying to reach the owner of a black truck with a husky inside, because of his concern he took matters into his own hands and threaten the customer, I have every right asking why his arms were inside my vehicle. 102 w 29th st pueblo co 81008

King Soopers How we were treated by manager and service clerk

We recently went to King Soopers (June 26, 2018) at 1150 Hwy 287 in Broomfield, Colorado to purchase a western union money wire to my wife's son in Putney Australia as a family Business transaction (we're on a regular basis have a direct What's App with him.) We realize it was a sizable amount but felt confident with Western Union. When we went to the service desk Deanna
was the one working and we attempted to explain what we wanted she shook her head and took off for her manager Lisa! They both came out and started saying it was a scam! again we tried to tell them both it was my wife's son and a direct contact they saw the bank info and again insisted it was a scam. (in my wife's face repeated this). They both would not listen to our confirmed info wouldn't stop saying it was a scam, as we walked away stressed and overwhelmed Lisa the manager heckled us again its a scam hope you get your money back laughing at us (We realize from other workers Lisa and Deanna are best buddies so no doubt will back each other to what they want thru there version of) While we appreciate the world of scams out there we are very careful with any outside of Family e-mails, texts messages and do not take any not recognized. This was a business transaction of Family already prediscussed.
We did not appreciate being treated this way and feel belittled and harassed. We left there and went to our bank at Wells Fargo Broomfield and we were treated with respect and in no time the Transaction was complete and my wife's son had the money in a short time, no issues implied of a scam and her son was in contact with Wells Fargo thru us. It impacted both of us both beyond words. My wife was stressed badly. We have been regular customers with King Soopers since they opened over 20 years ago and never have been treated like this by anyone.
It was totally unacceptable behavior and poor business ethics and feel we deserve their apology but doubt it will happen being their attitude. We certainly will never deal with the service desk again. We honestly feel it was a form harassment by both Lisa the manager and Deanna the coworker. It was not their place to deny or intimate us as it was our business need. We appreciate your attention of this matter.

i am 78 year old and a semi invalid. Two horrible freakout jerks came to my home to deliver groceries. They dumped them in my doorway on the floor. I asked them to pick them up and put them in the kitchen which is 3 feet away. It was done grudgingly. I shut the door and then heard a sound and opened it again. They had vandalized my summer wreath on the door and ripped it off. What kind of monsters do you employ that would do this to an old lady. This isn't the first time i had problems with a delivery man. I am giving my business to sprouts as much as possible.

King Soopers Pharmacy

So my mom needs her prescriptions especially for her hand I was aware that closed at 6 I got there 603 after work three mins late there was 5 employees and they were ready for pick up not omly is 3 mins late ridiculous there were very rude especially the guy manager this just happen at 603. You know people need there medications woukd if it was for her heart or something they just slam the gate and say we're closed 3 mins late

King Soopers Truck driver

Yesterday while I was driving home, I noticed a truck coming so fast in my rear view mirror. He proceeded to change lanes and was going well over the speed limit, while going around a blind corner. He then cut a large group of cars off, going from one side of the highway in one motion, to the other. I tend to drive fast, but could not keep up with him to get his plate number. As he was dangerously driving closely to other people, I had seen enough! Then I noticed HIS LICENSE PLATE WAS BENT UP! Convenient! I pulled up next to him, on his truck was this number 23375. Stop him before he kills people! If he was my driver, FIRED!

I was getting onto I-25 north from Arapahoe road when a King Soopers truck driver cut me off, didn't use their blinker and started yelling at me. They were making rude gestures with their hands and I could tell that they were yelling profanities at me. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years and was even at the store last night but this driver was so inappropriate that I am questioning my grocery store choices. It was an Illinois plate with the number T469096

King Soopers Money orders

We bought a money order from the KS in Denver for 1000.00 and we didnt need it so we took it back and she made my husband fill it out to King Sooper and they wouldnt take it back and now my bank wont take it because it has King Sooper filled in. The clerk was wrong in the way she processed the refund. So now we are having problems cashing the order. She had no ideal what she was doing at all and is causing us much frustration.

King Soopers Returns

I was returning WITH the receipt, however the MC I paid with was stolen so I no longer had that. They refused my return, despite my receipt. Wouldn't even do store credit. I'm trying to get out of town to visit my sick father. I've worked for king Soopers. There is no reason to deny a return with a receipt. Especially since the purchase was only 7 days old!

King Soopers Your online floral department!!!

Online Floral Order number 0295664, placed Mar 22, delivered Mar 23, attempted repaired Mar 24 by local Stroh Ranch King Soopers.

I got home from work to see this pathetic "restful" pillow for a funeral we had the next day (25 miles east of here). I called the Online help, they said to call Florist. I called Veldcamp's in Lakewood (25 miles WEST of here) who apparently handled the order. When I sent her a picture of the dying daisies and dying roses, she replied "yikes, that's horrible" and wanted me to bring them back for a repair. This would have been grossly inconvenient, which is why we ordered online in the first place! I decided to take them to local King Soopers, who were mortified at this dying pathetic thing. Devon, the floral manager replaced ALL of the daisies, added/replaced roses and it looked much better (certainly not a $233 piece though). It still did not stay upright on the stand though, so we had to lay it down on the alter and no one saw it anyway. Great.

I attempted to resolve this issue with your [protected] (floral) department. The first non speaking English employee gave me the wrong email to send a picture to, after I attempted to send off a complaint. The next one gave me the correct one. I sent a picture of the flowers. We got a call to call them back. I called them back and the person (no idea who) who was 'handling this" was out to lunch so some other person decided to help. She informed me that Erik, their floral expert said that the daisies were just leaning forward from being pushed by the ribbon and there did not seem to be any problem with it. The reason it was so expensive was because of the orchids, which she pointed out, I had not even mentioned in my email (should they have been long skinny non open orchids or beautiful OPEN ones?). This woman was talking over me, basically telling me that there was nothing wrong and I had no right to complain. Really? Then why did Stroh Ranch take it apart? Why did they go to so much trouble to correct online/florist's gross negligence?

I attempted to contact corporate [protected] and after 24 minutes on the phone (most on hold), she did not have any contact info for me (as I was asking her to write it down) as she was allegedly transferring me to a manager at floral...so no help there either.

Is it because your corporation is so big that no one cares and no one takes care of messed like this? Clearly, Floral doesn't care...the florist mentioned to me that she got $233 for that order (we also had an outrageously priced $96 bouquet -- it was only a bouquet for all that money!) so for a total of $356, the florist got $233 --- there is something grossly wrong with this.

i would attach a picture but all of that is on my phone -- if you email me back, I can send it to you (but seriously, why would the local store replace so much if it wasn't a piece of junk to begin with)?

I hope you can provide some resolution to this; if I don't hear by tomorrow night, I will contact a local news station. What a disgrace.

Gee, I don't see contact info for this form either...Yes, I would like a refund for the $224 that we wasted on Restful Pillow (I will never order online again, I would go to local store instead).

King Soopers Starbucks management

The reason for this complaint is against the manager of the Starbucks at king soopers on Fillmore Rachelle Rene Romero. I've had to file a police report for abuse and other miscellaneous details in said report. Also ive received complaints from friends and associates that she was incredibly rude to them and her working at your location and managing the Starbucks is not acceptable
