Kimberly Anderson / can't access dashboard nor buy/sell

For weeks I've been unable to access the dashboard and buy/sell web pages. Through an e-mail from coinbase (regarding a rate increase), I can get to some of the other web pages.

So, I have no access to use my bitcoin. Can't buy more and can't sell any of it. Why hasn't there been an e-mail to customers explaining what's going on. I've searched and have found people all over the planet having this problem. Some had it starting in early October. The postings I've seen say the customer service has been rude. The few that posted an explanation from customer service were told it was a dos attack.

We need to be informed on the issue and need to know what's being done to fix the problem. This isn't acceptable.
