To whom it may concern
I phoned on Tuesday 29 November and logged a complaint about money that needed to be refunded into my FNB cheque account. My reference number is 1/[protected]. I was told that someone would get hold of me within 24 - 48 hours. It is now Friday 2 December. I tried all day yesterday and all day today to get hold of someone to no avail. The service has been absolutely shocking and my money of R550 has not yet been refunded.
