    It's easy to say it's the breeder on a complaints board. see it so many times. it is easy to do especially when you are upset. it is the type of manner the situation was handled would make a good or bad breeder. was breeder willing to take puppy back? did the puppy have a proper health certificate? if it was shipped it would have required a clean bill of health. seizures are produced by many factors including things in its environment. eat something toxic, reaction to topical treatment etc... I would have to say I would need a substantial amount of information before assuming this was a bad breeder. sorry for your situation.
