Ordered a dress and a top from Everything I received was lovely and high quality, but unfortunately I received an incorrect dress. So I contacted the company and sent them a picture of the dress and asked for an exchange.
Later they contacted me and said that they'll send me a return label. Waited weeks for my label and nothing. I tried to contact them again but they did not reply. Very poor customer service.
