Kiki La'Rue Exclusive Club Mentality and Unprofessional Owner: My Experience at [Store Name]

This place is just ridiculous. I used to be able to buy clothes that I liked and looked cute in, but now it's like you gotta be part of some kind of exclusive club to even get a chance to buy anything. It's like high school all over again, where you gotta be in with the popular crowd to even have a chance. And don't even think about giving any kind of feedback that isn't all sunshine and rainbows, because the owner can't handle it. She'll come back at you with some snarky comment and then her little minions will jump in and attack you too. It's just not cool.

I mean, seriously, the owner needs to take a chill pill and realize that not everyone is going to be 100% happy all the time. That's just life. And when someone has a problem or a question, they shouldn't be made to feel like they're less than because of it. We're the ones paying the bills here, after all. And it's not like we're all just here to worship the ground she walks on and fawn over every selfie she posts. Some of us just like the clothes and the convenience.

But I'm done with this place. I can't deal with the mean girls and the drama anymore. If I have a problem with something, I shouldn't have to worry about getting death threats or anything like that. It's just not worth it. So I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Kiki La'Rue Kiki La'Rue: Overpriced and Disappointing - A Review

I've been shopping with Kiki La'Rue for over five years now and I gotta say, I've been pretty happy with my purchases. The prices have always been a bit steep, but I was willing to pay it because I couldn't find those items anywhere else. However, lately I've been noticing that some of the items in the "Rebecca: The Label" line are just overpriced items that you can find at other boutiques. I mean, come on, what a joke!

Last night, I saw a maxi dress on the KLR website for $59.00. I did some digging and found the exact same dress on Hazel and Olive's website for only $39.00. I was curious about the differences between the two dresses, so I posted on the KLR Insiders page to ask. But instead of getting an answer, I got attacked by Becka's "fans". They were quick to remove and block me from the page. Talk about rude!

To make matters worse, I recently placed an order with KLR on 3/31/17. I tried to log into my account to check the status of my order, but I couldn't. When I requested a new password, nothing happened. I'm starting to feel like this boutique is nothing more than a scam. Becka claims that she designs these products, but I'm not so sure anymore.

Overall, I'm pretty fed up with Kiki La'Rue. It's disappointing to see a boutique that I used to love turn into something that's just trying to rip people off. I'm not sure if I'll be shopping with them again anytime soon.

Kiki La'Rue Kiki La'Rue Review: False Advertising, Blacklisting, and Locked Accounts - A Frustrating Experience

I recently had a pretty bad experience with Kiki La'Rue, and I'm not the only one. I had to file a complaint with the Texas Better Business Bureau for the second time this week. It's really frustrating when companies don't deliver on their promises, and that's exactly what happened with Kiki La'Rue.

I purchased a February BOXed by Becca in order to get my hands on the hot pink butter sweater that was advertised as a box exclusive. I was so excited to receive it, but when I opened the box, I was disappointed to find that it came with chap stick, a coozie, a phone charger, and a vegan leather pepto bismal pink baseball hat. I didn't care about any of those things - I just wanted the sweater.

To make matters worse, the sweater is now being sold on the same site. Even the employees admitted on Facebook that it's the same sweater. When I complained about the false advertising, I was blacklisted from the site. It's not a big deal to me, though - I won't be spending any more money there.

The problem is that the company only issues refunds in the form of gift certificates. I have a gift certificate for a refund, but I also have over 2000 bonus points that I earned and should be able to redeem for gift cards. However, the company locked me out of my account so I can't use my points or gift card. It's really frustrating to feel like I've been cheated out of my money and my rewards.

Overall, I think the owner of Kiki La'Rue is a liar, a cheat, and a thief. It's really disappointing to see a company treat its customers this way. I wouldn't recommend shopping there.

Kiki La'Rue Disappointing Experience with Kiki La'Rue: Rude Behavior and Poor Customer Service

So, I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with Kiki La'Rue. I mean, don't get me wrong, I was excited to order from them - they've got some cute stuff on their website. But when my package didn't show up, I was pretty frustrated. And when I reached out to the company to ask about it, I was met with some seriously rude behavior.

I get that Kiki La'Rue is all about the social media game - they're always posting on Instagram and Facebook and whatnot. But lately, it's just gotten weird. Like, they're so obsessed with their "brand" that they forget that they're actually a business. And when customers have questions or concerns, they get all defensive and start acting like bullies.

I mean, seriously, who does that? If someone asks where their package is, you don't snap at them and tell them to leave you alone. And you definitely don't go posting about it on your public sales pages, making it seem like the customer is the bad guy. It's just not a good look.

And it's not just me - I've heard from other people who've had similar experiences with Kiki La'Rue. It's like they're so focused on being "cool" and "edgy" that they forget that they're dealing with real people who just want to buy some clothes.

Honestly, I'm pretty turned off by the whole thing. I don't think I'll be ordering from Kiki La'Rue again anytime soon. It's a shame, because they really do have some cute stuff. But I just can't support a company that treats its customers so poorly.

Kiki La'Rue Kiki La'Rue: The Ultimate Destination for Boutique and Online Shopping

KLR is the ultimate destination for anyone looking for a top-notch boutique and online shopping experience! As someone who lives far away from their physical store, I was initially skeptical about shopping online. I had a hard time finding clothes that fit me well without trying them on first. But then, I discovered Kiki La'Rue, and my shopping experience has never been the same again!

The owner of KLR, Becka, is very active on social media and engages with her customers regularly. Her staff is like a family, and their dedication to customer service is unparalleled. They are always available to offer real-time sizing and styling suggestions, making it easier for me to find the perfect fit. The sizing and measurement information for each item is listed in great detail, and the models are KLR employees with real bodies, which is incredibly helpful in determining what will work for me.

The clothes themselves are made of high-quality materials and are very well-made. I have never had any issues with ordering, but if I did, I know that the responsive and friendly warehouse staff would be there to help me out. It's rare to find a company that values its customers as much as KLR does, and it shows in every aspect of their business.

What I love most about KLR is the confidence that comes from feeling good in my clothes. Every piece I own from them makes me feel amazing, and that's what keeps me coming back. The customer experience, community, and high-quality clothing are the perfect recipe for creating a loyal customer base, and KLR has nailed it. I can't recommend them enough!

Kiki La'Rue Kiki La'Rue Review: Disappointing Quality, False Exclusivity, and Poor Customer Service

So, I gotta tell ya about Kiki La'Rue. Becka Clark, the owner, said that this pink sweater was gonna be super limited and only available in this Boxed by Becka thing in February for $75. And let me tell ya, people were goin' crazy for this sweater. I mean, I didn't even want the other stuff in the box, like that crappy chapstick (seriously, Burt's Bees is way better) and that ugly pleather baseball cap, but I was still willing to pay for it just to get the sweater. And then, on Tuesday, they released the exact same sweater on their website for anyone to buy for only $42! Can you believe that? It totally ruins the whole idea of the box and the exclusivity of the sweater. If I had known that was gonna happen, I wouldn't have wasted my money on the box. And when I expressed my disappointment, they blocked me from the Insider's And BST Facebook page. Like, seriously?

And that's not even the worst of it. I've had other bad experiences with Kiki La'Rue. One time, I drove over an hour to go to their store, after I had called and verified their hours for the day with one of their staff members, only to find out they were closed. What a waste of my time and gas money!

And let's talk about the quality of their clothes. I bought this black dress that faded so bad after the first wash, and I've had other things from them that either fell apart or shrank like crazy after washing. And once you take the tags off, they won't take anything back for any reason. It's ridiculous!

Honestly, this company is a mess. Becka acts like she's the most popular girl in high school and expects everyone to just follow her blindly. And if you dare to have a different opinion, you get blackballed. Save your money and shop somewhere else.

Kiki La'Rue Great Service and Unique Drinks at Kiki La Rue in Roanoke

I recently went to Kiki La Rue in Roanoke and was a bit nervous after reading some of the reviews on this site. But my wife and daughter had mentioned a special sale where you could get up to 4 items for a fixed price, so I thought I'd give it a shot. When I walked in, it was packed! But I was greeted by a friendly girl at their coffee bar and decided to try one of their unique drinks - a coconut latte. It was delicious!

As I started to look around at all the items, I felt a bit overwhelmed. But then a big, bearded guy who was helping out with the clothes came over and asked if I needed any help. I told him what I was looking for and he knew exactly what I was talking about. He warned me that those items were popular and might be sold out in my wife and daughter's sizes, but he went to check anyway. And he came back with exactly what I needed! I was so grateful.

I decided to grab two more items to fill up my bag and went to check out. The young lady behind the counter was very calm and collected, even though it was a madhouse in there. She checked me out quickly and told me about some upcoming sales events. I left with two gifts each for my wife and daughter, and I still had plenty of money left over.

I can't speak for the other reviewers on this site, but I had a great experience at Kiki La Rue. The three employees I encountered were all friendly and helpful, and I couldn't have asked for better service. If you're in the area, I definitely recommend checking them out!

Kiki La'Rue Kiki LaRue: The Ultimate Boutique Experience, Online and In-Person!

Kiki LaRue is like, totally amazing! I mean, everything about them is just top-notch: their online store, their physical store, their clothes, their staff, and their owner! My friend added me to their "Insiders" group on Facebook and I was like, "what is this Kiki LaRue thing all about?" (I'm a total boutique and shopping lover, btw). So, I just kinda lurked for a while, trying to figure it all out. After a few months, I started asking questions about sizing and OMG, so many people in the group were super helpful and supportive. They were all like, "Kiki LaRue is the best because they cater to EVERY shape and size!" So, I finally took the plunge and made my first purchase from their online store. I ordered my usual size, but it was too big! I couldn't believe it! I had to size down and it made me feel so good about myself. I returned the item (for online credit, which is basically like giving myself a present to buy more stuff!) and ordered the same item in a smaller size. It was like magic! I was totally hooked after that.

Their physical store is just as amazing as their online store. The first time I visited, it was perfect. I got to try on all the items I had been stalking online and the store layout is just great. Plus, they have a coffee shop with seating upstairs and on the porch. I spent over an hour browsing and trying on clothes and I wasn't bothered by any annoying salespeople trying to make a sale. Instead, I was greeted by a super sweet girl who told me to come find her if I needed anything. I felt so comfortable and not pressured to buy anything (but of course, I did because I love Kiki LaRue!).

I could go on and on about how amazing the people who work here are, or how high-quality their clothes are, or how great the atmosphere is, or how genuinely kind and attentive everyone related to Kiki LaRue is, but I think the best way for you to understand how I feel is to just give them a try. Seriously, they have an amazing social media presence, so it's not hard to find them. Just search Kiki LaRue on Facebook and be a fly on the wall. You'll see how truly amazing this group really is, both online and in person!

Kiki La'Rue Terrible Customer Service and Poor Quality Clothing at Kiki La'Rue - Stay Far Away!

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with Kiki La'Rue. I mean, all those other bad reviews you see? They're totally true. The first time I went there, they had this sale where you could fill a bag for $65. Sounds like a good deal, right? But they only had ONE person working the store, so the line was crazy long. I had an appointment to get to and a busy day ahead of me, so I asked if they could hold my items for me. I came back hours later, and some of the same people were still in line! Can you believe it? I would have had to get back in the line again, but I called the store three times before I could even reach anyone. Finally, I asked if I could just give them my credit card and pick up my items the next day. But they said no! Can you believe that? So I explained my situation, but they still wouldn't budge.

Finally, this one worker who had been there all day said I could come back at closing time. But when I got there, they told me the "rules" of the sale had changed. Apparently, they weren't making enough profit, so now you could only have four items total. I had to give up three or four additional items! Meanwhile, if you were one of the lucky ones who made it through the line early in the day, you could get as many items as you wanted. Some people even got up to $1000 worth of stuff! How is that fair?

So I made a comment on their Facebook page, and the store owner, Becka, blasted me. She told me I wasn't allowed in her store anymore or to purchase from her again. Can you believe that? I mean, sure, I was frustrated when I talked to the salesperson, but I didn't complain when they changed the rules in the store. I didn't say anything to the girl working there, even though she was really snotty about it over the phone and in person.

I've been in hospitality sales for 15 years, and I used to be a small business owner for 10 years. I know a thing or two about customer service and how you're supposed to treat people. And let me tell you, this owner is a narcissist to the extreme. Stay far away from this place.

Oh, and by the way, the clothes I bought were pretty poor quality. Some of them had stitching on the inside that was really itchy and uncomfortable. I've never experienced clothes like that before, and I usually shop for higher-end brands. I don't need to brag about it like the owner does, though. And those stories and reviews you see about her raising prices once an item is popular? Totally true. I've seen it myself. And that thing about her trying to make plus-size girls feel better? It's just a manipulation tactic for people with low self-esteem. Don't fall for it.

Kiki La'Rue Buyer Beware: Kiki La'Rue's Overpriced Products Exposed

I've been shopping at Kiki La'Rue's online store for a hot minute now, since way back in 2012. I used to be all about it, but lately I've been feeling some type of way. I ordered the Greyson Double Tassel Necklace and when I got it, I noticed something fishy. The price tag from the manufacturer was still on it, like someone in the warehouse forgot to take it off or something. And get this - the tag said $16! But online, they were selling it for $32! That's double the price, y'all.

I ain't gonna lie, I was pretty ticked off. It's a real shame that for all these years, folks have been getting ripped off by this boutique. I mean, who wants to pay more than something is worth? Not me, that's for sure. I'm not gonna be shopping here anymore, and I suggest y'all do the same. Don't let them take advantage of you like they did to me.

Kiki La'Rue Kiki La'Rue Review: Overpriced and Poor Quality Clothing with a Terrible Owner

So, I gotta say, Kiki La'Rue's clothes ain't worth the money. They're cheaply made and fall apart after just one wash. And let me tell ya, I've seen the same stuff on other sites for way cheaper. It's like they're trying to rip us off or something.

But that's not even the worst part. The owner, Becka Clark, is a real piece of work. She's always attacking people who don't agree with her, and she thinks she's some kind of celebrity or something. Like, girl, you're just selling clothes, calm down.

And don't even get me started on how she treats her customers. She calls us her "fans" like we're some kind of groupies or something. It's so condescending and rude. And she's always bragging about how much money she has, even though we all know she's just fronting.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Kiki La'Rue to anyone. There are way better places to shop that actually care about their customers and don't treat them like garbage. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Kiki La'Rue Kiki La'rue: A Disappointing Experience with Shady Business Practices and Nasty Owner

This boutique ain't worth your time, honey. The lady who runs it is a real piece of work and her business ain't much better. If you got a problem with anything, she'll come at you with her words like a mama bear protecting her cubs. And don't even get me started on the clothes. They're cheaply made and cost twice as much as other online boutiques selling the exact same thing. It's like they're preying on women with low self-esteem, telling them they're beautiful and then selling them clothes that are way too big or small. Listen, you're beautiful just the way you are, but don't go to Kiki La'rue for validation. Trust me, just Google them and you'll see what I mean. There's pages and pages of people complaining about the quality of the clothes, the shady business practices, and the downright nasty owner. Save your money and your self-esteem and shop somewhere else.

Kiki La'Rue Disappointing Experience with Kiki La'Rue: Poor Quality and Unhelpful Customer Service

I recently had an experience with Kiki La'Rue that left me feeling pretty disappointed. I've been a loyal customer for a while now and have always loved their clothing, especially their jeans. However, my recent purchase of the Heather Jeans was a total letdown. After only three wears, the pocket ripped and I was left feeling frustrated.

I reached out to their customer service department, hoping to get some assistance with the issue. Unfortunately, they were not very helpful and told me that I needed to take the jeans to a seamstress to get them fixed. I was taken aback by this response and couldn't believe that they wouldn't do anything to help me out.

Feeling frustrated, I decided to reach out to Becka, the owner of Kiki La'Rue, directly. I sent an email on January 2nd and have yet to receive a response. I even reached out to customer service again and was told that Becka tends to not respond to emails. This was incredibly disappointing and left me feeling like my business didn't matter to them.

I understand that mistakes happen and that sometimes products can be defective, but the way that Kiki La'Rue handled this situation was unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and to have my concerns addressed in a timely manner. Unfortunately, that was not the case with this experience.

Overall, I would not recommend shopping with Kiki La'Rue anymore. It's a shame because I've always loved their clothing, but the way they treated me as a customer was unacceptable. I hope that they can improve their customer service in the future and make things right with their customers.

Kiki La'Rue Kiki La'Rue Review: Overpriced "Boxed" Items and Poor Customer Service

This company, Kiki La'Rue, has some pretty good customer service... until you run into a problem. If you complain or say something negative, they'll ban you from buying anything else. But hey, I guess I can always go to one of those "boutiques" that sell cheap clothes. The owner, Becka, is a real piece of work. She's always trying to be like the girl who owns Red Dress Boutique, but I doubt that lady treats her customers the way Becka does (sorry, I mean "fans", not customers).

But let's get to the real issue here: the "boxed" items. They're way overpriced for what you get. The February box couldn't have cost more than $30 to put together. Half the stuff in there was just promotional items that you can order for 50 cents each in bulk. And then they say the sweater is exclusive, but then they go and sell it anyway? Do they even know what "exclusive" means?

I'm never shopping there again. Not that they need me to, they've got plenty of brainwashed "fans". It's just not worth it when you can get better stuff for cheaper elsewhere.

Kiki La'Rue Terrible Experience with Kiki La'Rue: Poor Customer Service and No Refunds

Hey guys, just wanted to give you a heads up about my experience with Kiki La'Rue. I gotta say, it was not a good one. If you're thinking about shopping here, you might want to think twice.

First of all, if you're expecting to get your money back in the original form of payment, forget about it. That's not gonna happen. And if you used a discount code on your order, don't even bother trying to get any kind of credit. They won't give it to you.

But the worst part of my experience was the customer service. I tried calling the online customer service number, but all I got was an automated message saying the voicemailbox was full. So I called the store front number, and they told me to text them because it was just an iPhone. I mean, seriously? That's the best they can do?

Anyway, I texted them and asked for a call back. Two days later, I finally got a text back. And what did they tell me? That my store credit was no longer valid because they transitioned to a new system in April. And get this - they had no record of my previous orders! When I showed them my old email order confirmations, they told me I shouldn't have received store credit because I used a coupon code. Can you believe that?

To top it all off, the person texting me was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I mean, come on. That's just unprofessional.

So yeah, needless to say, I will never shop at Kiki La'Rue again. And I suggest you don't either.

Kiki La'Rue Avoid Kiki La'Rue: Terrible Customer Service and Sizing Issues

Went to Kiki La'Rue on my vacay and let me tell you, the owner was not very nice to her staff or the customers. I mean, come on, we're all just trying to have a good time and shop for some cute clothes, right? But the sizing of the clothes was a total joke. I could buy the same exact thing at a boutique back home for way less and have it fit better. I asked one of the salesclerks for a smaller size in a dress and she took it to the owner, who was a brunette gal, and she told her to tell me that the dress 'just fits loose.' Like, seriously? No thank you, I'll take my business elsewhere.

But that's not even the worst part. My cousin tried to return a top she bought a few days before and it still had the tags on it and the original receipt. The salesclerk said she couldn't process it because her register was down, which is understandable, but then she said it was because the sale was 'over 30 days ago' when it was only 3 days. And then she said it was because it was worn, but my cousin only tried it on at home and it didn't fit! The owner refused to come over and help with the return, so my cousin just ripped it up outside and threw it in the trash can across the street. What a waste of $14.

Honestly, if you're thinking about shopping at Kiki La'Rue, save your money and go somewhere else. It's not worth the hassle or the rude treatment from the owner.

Kiki La'Rue Kiki La'Rue: A Toxic Mean Girls Club with Poor Customer Service

I recently visited Kiki La'Rue for the first time a few months ago, and let me tell you, it was not a pleasant experience. As soon as I walked in, I noticed boxes scattered all over the floor, filled with clothes that I assumed were going to be put out on the racks. It was impossible to even get to five racks because of all the boxes, and to make matters worse, the store clerk was just sitting on her phone, not even acknowledging my presence.

The term "mean girls club" is a perfect description for this business. The owner and her little minions do not take criticism well, and customer relations are severely lacking at this boutique. If you're a member of their insiders club on Facebook (which I'm sorry for you if you are), it's complete chaos. The group is filled with brainwashed women who think they're paying $40 for a quality item that probably only cost the owner about $6. But if you dare to leave a review or ask a question that isn't 100% positive, you'll be met with an army of Regina George wannabes and the god-awful owner herself, attempting to put you in your place.

Overall, I would strongly advise staying away from Kiki La'Rue unless you want to kiss the ground that they all walk on. The lack of customer service and the toxic atmosphere created by the owner and her minions is not worth the hassle. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

Kiki La'Rue Kiki La'Rue Review: Overpriced and Poor Quality Clothing with a Toxic Work Environment

Let me tell you about my experience with Kiki La'Rue. To start off, the owner is a bit of a tough cookie. She may seem nice to your face, but I've heard her talk trash about her staff behind their backs. It's no wonder there's a high turnover rate. The models don't stick around for long either, probably because of how she treats them. It's a shame, really.

But let's talk about the clothes. Kiki La'Rue caters to women with all shapes and sizes, which is great. However, I have to say that the quality of the clothing is not up to par. I've had items fall apart at the seams after just one wash. And don't even get me started on the prices. Some of the items are marked up so high, it's ridiculous. I've even seen the same items on Jane.com for a fraction of the price.

Now, I know some people love Kiki La'Rue and swear by their clothing. But in my opinion, it's just not worth it. Save your money and check out another boutique. There are plenty out there that offer better quality clothing at more reasonable prices.

Kiki La'Rue Kiki La'Rue: A Clothing Line to Avoid - Sizing Inconsistent, Poor Returns Policy, and Disappointing Stock Availability

I gotta say, I'm pretty much done with Kiki La'Rue. I keep going back to their website like a fool, hoping that maybe this time the clothes will fit right. But nope, it's always the same story. The sizing is all over the place, and even when I order a medium (which is usually my size), it's still too big. And don't even get me started on the returns. You have to pay for them yourself, and all you get is store credit. You can forget about getting a refund, even if the product is damaged.

It's like they don't even care about their customers. Every time I try to order something in a smaller size, it's always sold out. And it never comes back in stock. I've been waiting for years for some of these items to come back, and they never do. So not only am I stuck with clothes that don't fit, but I'm also stuck with store credit that I can only use on more Kiki La'Rue clothes.

I must be crazy, because I've been doing this for three years now. But today is the day that I say enough is enough. I'll use my store credit to return the clothes that don't fit (again), and then I'm done. I'm not giving this sorry excuse for a clothing line any more of my money. Good riddance, Kiki La'Rue.

Kiki La'Rue don't order from them if you don't want to risk your money

I would like to support all of those people who ever left bad reviews about this company because everything they said is true. It's a shame to admit I am one of them, the one who never reads reviews before dealing with companies.
Now I know I was wrong.
I got a defective dress. Clearly saying, it was torn. I paid 80 dollars for it and I didn't want to keep it to myself or to bring it to a tailor. I contacted them several times but got no response.
I don't know what to do and hot to get my money back, Something tells me I will lose this fight, but I will keep trying anyway.

Kiki La'Rue Very poor customer service

Ordered a dress and a top from www.kikilarue.com. Everything I received was lovely and high quality, but unfortunately I received an incorrect dress. So I contacted the company and sent them a picture of the dress and asked for an exchange.
Later they contacted me and said that they'll send me a return label. Waited weeks for my label and nothing. I tried to contact them again but they did not reply. Very poor customer service.

Kiki La'Rue Double price

I have ordered some stuff from www.kikilarue.com and received my order in reasonable time. When I opened the package and saw my clothing I was very happy because everything looked great. But then I noticed an additional hidden tag! I took a look at it and realized that was a manufactures price! It was 2 times cheaper that I paid! What a scam. These people sell stuff for double price and that is not fair! I will never order anything from them again!

Ive always been extremely pleased with my purchases. I am not sure why someone is complaining that they paid double the wholesale cost. That is how retail works. Usually, the markup is far greater than double. (As a furniture sales rep, I can tell you that our markup gets up to 4-5x). This company has always gone above and beyond for all of us customers and its evident in their sales and order counts. 6 bad reviews with no names and hundreds of thousands of orders means Im coming back daily. Sad when one mad person tries to spoil it for everyone.

Kiki La'Rue Terrible dresses and awful services

I bought dresses from the company www.kikilarue.com. I received the dresses with holes and they looked like pieces of rubbish. I tried to return the dresses, but the lady in customer services was rude, unpleasant and atrocious. I argued with her within several weeks, but he refused to return money. As well as her English was so poor and it was strange for me. I want you to be careful if you order from them.

Kiki La'Rue Seller doesn't provide discount. Problems with delivery as well

I ordered dress from the website www.kikilarue.com. It was shown that the dress had 30% discount. When I proceeded to pay, there wasn’t any discount at all. I paid, but contacted the seller. This jerk told me that they would return money back, ‘coz there was some technical problem. After that this jerk didn’t reply. As well as I still haven’t received my dress. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.

Hello! We received a notice of this complaint and would love to handle the issue as soon as possible. If we offer discounts, we offer them with discount codes that you provide at checkout. Discount codes are not automatically applied due to the different ones that we have! Once you login to your account, you are able to then enter the discount code at checkout and receive your discount. If you would have contacted our offices and asked for a manager, we could have solved this as soon as possible. If you never received your dress, we also do as much work with the post office as we can in finding the location of your package, but packages do come with insurance and you can simply file a claim with the post office for your missing package. We have a 97% satisfactory rate on our customer service and stand strongly behind our employees. If you need any further help, we would love to get this fixed! Kiki La'Rue They charged me twice for one order

I placed the order on the website www.kikilarue.com. After that the seller charged me twice for the same order. I filled several forms on the website as well as sent them emails and asked about money, but the reply was horrible. No apology and no promises about refund. Stay away from these scammers and post comments about your experience with them. The worst company ever, so avoid these ### and post comments about your experience with them.

They charged you twice and your bank didn't refund you? You do understand that a company cannot charge you twice for the same order, correct? It sounds like you just want people to post mean comments and you won't get that from me. Never been disappointed.
