KidsFurnishings.com / Stay away from them
We ordered a bunked from Kidsfurnishings.com. The company failed to delivery the bed when stated -actually early, which was a huge problem due to the fact that it was gift for a five-year-old and I was out of town and the bed had to sit for three weeks before I arrived home to put it together. (Torture for a five-year-old.) When it arrived, several of the pieces were scratched - actually marked with masking tape so it was shipped with the company's knowledge of the scratches; several of the side rails corners were chipped, the safety rail did not fit properly short by more than an inch; and several of the cam bolts broke during installation due to poor quality. We contacted the company (first in late May) via e-mail and phone more than 8 times (as late as mid-July) with Bob - the owner - who stated new materials would be shipped. In the end, he never followed through and quickly blamed his shipping office. Eventually, he stopped returning our phone calls and e-mails. We would not recommend purchasing from kidsfurnishings.com and we have filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Florida.
