new saints wallet
My name is Lionel a few weeks ago I ordered a saints wallet and I never got anything.It kept showing that the money takin out and was pending.It was like that for a week in my account and all of a sudden the money went back into my account.it said I could track it and never could.They said I was going to get updates and never did then on the 13th of this month they take the money out of my account.I tried calling and nobody answers the phone I sent emails and they never replied back to me.All I want is my order cancels and the full amount of my money refunded back to me.
chargers watch
On january 17th I order a chargers gladitor watch and on january 19th a recieved an email saying that the watch was out of stock and the manufactor was discontinuing it. since they were unsure if the watch was gonna be back in stock (since it was being discontinued, probably not) they were gonna start the refund process. However here it is Feburary 2nd and I have yet to recieve a watch (that was discontinued) or my refund. I have reached out to the company numerous times and have not had anyone return any forms of communication.. what's frustrating is not having anything to show.. you don't have the item fine, but do what you say you're gonna do and return my money!
doesn't deliver orders
On Aug 20, 2017, I ordered a NY Mets umbrella and a Mets Christmas ornament. I received a receipt that same day. The next day they e-mailed to say that the umbrella's price changed, and I'd get a reimbursement. OK, great.
Aug 30, getting worried about the order not arriving yet, I e-mail them. After e-mailing twice, they respond. Now, they change their story - the umbrella is not available, and they say that they had already advised me of this—not true. They don't answer my question about the rest of the order, or about a tracking number.
Sep 3, they tell me that the entire order is cancelled. My wife's birthday present won't happen, and she's disappointed. They say they changed warehouses and things got "out of sync".
Avoid this seller. They say they've been in business since 2003, but they haven't shown they have any clue what they're doing.

Ordered ravens crossbody bag
ordered Ravens Crossbody bag which i paid 48.83 received a tote bag which he paid 19.99 for...opened paypal complaint which in hind sight i should have escalated as i haven't gotten my money back and i did return the tote bag with the shipping label he sent to me...please refund my 48.83 as promised! pictures below. the first one is what i bought and the second one is what i got...he told me they look alike to him...THEY ARE NOT ALIKE!

Waste of money
Ordered a shirt from www.kickoffshirts.com website. 5 days later I received a payment confirmation, another 5 days passed and they sent me a notification stating that my order was shipped. I sent them a message asking for a tracking number but they did not reply.
It is now almost six weeks and still no sign of my order. I can't reach anyone from customer service. They ignore my messages and don't pick up the phone! Better stay away and save your hard earned money!

The seller promised refund and still nothing
I ordered a t-shirt and hoodie from www.kickoffshirts.com. I got the horrible quality t-shirt and hoodie as well as the logos were peeling off and there was a big stain in the front of the t-shirt. OMG. I emailed the seller that I wanted to get full refund and he asked me for photos of the order. After he got photos, he assured me that money would be returned. 6 weeks passed and still no refund.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Update : Kickoff shirts did send my shirt ! Plus they sent a sweat shirt! Yes, it was an excessive wait but product was good. I would give this company a second chance.
I also was not given an order confirmation . Shirt never arrived. After many calls and emails the owner said it shipped. It never arrived and the replacement shirt never arrived. They stole my money!
Please do not spend your hard earned money on this site! I placed an order, for a t shirt on May 25th for a Father's Day gift on June 19th. Never received a tracking number or any kind of follow up email. When I emailed asking for some information all he said was..."It will be there by father's day." Father's day passed and no shirt. I sent another email on June 25th telling him it had already been a month and I still hadn't received anything. All I wanted was a tracking number. He simply responds by saying that the XL shirt was out of stock but it had been shipped. But still did not give tracking number. So on June 27th I send an email explaining that is been over a month, he never sent tracking info and at this point the item I ordered is of no use to me. I tell him to issue a refund, since my order seemed to be such an inconvenience to him. I get no response until July 1st when he sends somewhat of a "professional" email in comparison to the previous ones he sent, explaining that my item had been shipped in full! But still did not provide tracking info. So he clearly LIED in his previous email to me that it had already been shipped. I am not holding my breath that I will even receive this item. The guy is a total jerk and will take you for your money. Please learn from my mistake!
This company is a scam. I ordered an item on December 13, 2015 and it is March 7, 2016. I still have not received the item. It was a $40+ hoody. I am so pissed, it was a Christmas gift. The owner assured me that he mailed the item two times and never provided a tracking number when requested. This company basically stole my money. I made multiple phone calls, which always go right to voice mail. No one has called me back.
