Kia of Selbyville / Very Rude General Manager
Hello my name is Shalise Marshall and i would like to report the general manager of holly kia of selbyville. I went into the kia dealership of Selbyville so that i could see what i could have done about my temporary tag situation and to see about getting the necessary parts fixed on my car so that it would pass Maryland inspection, at which the car has failed twice now. I asked to speak with my original salesman Steve, just to find out that today was his day off. So i was directed to speak with Christopher Mckenzie about the issue but he wasn't able to help so he said he had to get the general manager. As soon as he walks over to me i try to explain the situation to him and he cuts me off as i was speaking...says "ok when your ready to let me speak ill talk to you then" and walks away. Once i get to the front desk i once again try to explain this situation and he told me that he would talk to me after i finished "running my trap". I have never been so insulted by a GENERAL MANAGER!!! Marty Cannon handled a simple situation in the most unprofessional manner i have seen in my life as a customer. I expected differently from a general manager. He was very rude, disorderly, and definitely disrespectful in the ought most way and does not deserve his position if he cant even have a decent conversation with customer. I was very unsatisfied with my services..or lack of services the i received today. I believed that holly kia of selbyville was a very respectful establishment until today...Mr. Cannon was a very bad reflection on the company!
