KIA Motors unethical behavior of the kia salesperson

I am from Kuala Lumpur and I brought KIA Sportage in October 2017.

There are 3 Points which I need to bring to your notice.

1) The Sales Person of KIA PJ Branch, gave me false promise that I will get 3 years of free service. But its been more than 15 months since I brought my KIA Car.

2) Till now I have not even get the free gift which the Sales person promised me.

3) He said I can pay for the car service and then claim within 2 weeks. But its been 3 months and I have not yet received my car service money.

The sales person lied to me that he has escalated my issue to the Branch Manager and they will be getting it done for past 1 years. I met the Branch Manager 2 weeks age and spoke to him, but he said the Sales Person did not inform anything about this issue to him.

When I called the sales person and asked him why he lied to me and said that he has escalated to the Branch manager and to ask for the 3 Years of free service and to check on the claim of my 20, 000Kms service, but the Sales person spoke to me so rude and scold me in abusive language and cut my call.

Is this how KIA treat their customer.?

KIA Motors spoilt bonnet latch

I am still waiting for more than a month for my warranty replacement for my Kia Cerrato bonnet latch from Sing Kwung Kia service center Malacca. It's so inconvenient for my big family when shopping for goods. Imagine...no boots or bonnet to use.
Was told by the mechanic from the above service dealer that the small plastic hood in the latch was broken. Made of plastic?
What kind of service is Kia providing now?
Maybe I will put my complaint in social media for all to read.

Dear kia korea,
My name is jeremy from koka enterprises in uk we bought a kia morning in korea and want to register it in uk. The dvla authority in uk is requesting for official letter of date of manufacture of the vehicle which we need before we can register the car. The vin number is knabe511act027476. We contacted kia in uk and was informed that the details of the car manufacturing date can only be retrieved from kia manufacturer in korea? This is extremely poor for kia uk not having information on kia products!
Please send us the official letter confirming the date of manufacture and vehicle information urgently (preferably by email)

KIA Motors kia service in poland refusing to serve american cars and extremely unprofessional

Dear United States Kia,

I'm reaching out to you in regards to the failure of Kia Poland to provide me solutions, and they protecting their dealers with all the nasty and bad service provided to Kia cars owners .
I'm an owner of Kia American car specification, and I'm facing extremely challenge to do service and recieve basic service for my car.
One of the main Kia dealers in Warsaw " Mitcar" are refusing and not bothering to do any car fixing for American specification cars recently and the stuff there is extremely racist and don't want to serve non national citizens.

Short and not long now, I've raised an official complain to Kia Poland about this dealer service and gave them facts and timings of the bad service I received from their dealer, where stuff didn't bother to request American parts to fix my car and left me with broken tyre and no temporary solution even during new year holidays. In addition to the aggressive behavior of the service manager of this showroom towards me when he put his hand on me and pushed me from his office for the fact I'm trying to complain about his stuff service.
I'm not able to reach the headquarter in South Korea and can't find their address to complain about this situation l, so I do look forward your help and assistance on my situation. I do have all the written communication with Kia Poland and how they didn't even deliver and kind of aplologies but rather stood up to their partners side and obviously don't care about Kia cars consumers.

KIA Motors sportage sxl 2017

I bought a Sportage SXL Dec 2016, the sunroof isnt closing and the diagnostic of the dealer says that the complete system has to be replaced, this is a major fix wich I consider is not fair to be covered by me. I consider this fix should be covered by the warranty but seems that will be very dificult to make the warranty valid.
The warranty doesnt tell about any limitation so this is my argument to make the warranty valid. you can contact me at 521 [protected].

KIA Motors complaining about dishonest customer service promise

I purchased a 2019 Kia Soul last October. Because my flip phone wasn't compatible with my new car, Danielle in customer service instructed me to purchase a new smartphone and send her the receipt for reimbursement up to$750.00. I have faxed my receipt for $150.00 and my case number, # [protected] multiple times to Kia Consumer Affairs and I have also called customer service several times to speak to a representative. At first a Kia representative told me that my faxes never went through. Then a supervisor told me that all of my faxes were too blurry to read. He told me to fax again, to his private email number, and he would call or email me as soon as the fax came through. I have never heard another word from Kia. I have been pursuing this matter since last November, 2019.
I would like an apology from Kia and a check for $150.00.

I recently purchased a 2015 optima from kia of irvine. And what they do and what they have done is completely unacceptable,! 1st it's totally unbelievably that on the service and maintenance contracts they fraudulently forged my signature on both contacts, in which I had never seen and was not aware that I was even being charged for them. Same thing for the theft deterrent (except I don't have a forged contract in my hand for that). This whole ordeal on 11/29/18 buying a vehicle at this dealership is very disturbing and totally unacceptable on the methods being used on customers when purchaseing a vehicle. The vehicle that I was wanting to buy I was told it was to much car for me, was fast talked into a vehicle that was $4000.00 less than the one I really wanted. Only to uncover that the vehicle I had to purchased they fraudulently jacked the price up on it $5495.00. Which put it almost $1500.00 more than the nicer vehicle I went there purchase. Now that part just makes me sick, that worse than the $5495.00 that I was scammed out of. Even with these forged contracts in my hand I still am having one hell of a time trying to get my money refunded. How in they hell and why are they even able to conduct this type the business practice.in my eyes the folks there in the sales department are nothing short of being thiefs! And to be honest I don't like theifs.

KIA Motors maintenance and spare parts

My car is Kia Rio 2017, chassis 6683156, my truck door locker needs to be replaced as advised in the certifieddealer center.

I'm waiting the local dealer in Egypt for more than 2 months to get the spart part.
How come I can't use this important car part for all of this period.
Not sure why they don't have stock or even can't get as fast as possible by a courier.

Really this is a bad disappointment and experience that I didn't expect. I will post the same bad experience on all social media on daily bases till getting my right.

KIA Motors my dealer - cole kia in bluefield, wv

Told Finance Mgr (Zack Frame) 5 times I did not want extended service ... He put it on contract anyway ( I had the Mercer County Prosecutor office investigate this approx Jan 8th 2019 ...the dealer tape of this was recordered over by then as this occured May 7, 2018 at 2.06 PM) $1352. MAX PROF charge of $2445 that can't be explained, Cash money to Mgr Brandon Goins not dealership in my guess. ( I believe this should trigger a Cole Kia dealership AUDIT) My 1st oil change...Wanted MOBILE 1 oil...crooks used regular oil...that's a Service Mgr move. There was a Voluntary Service Campaign SC166 Paint chip/flake on edge of hood 1" long ... Cole KIA also repainted the whole rear bumper E-mail from KIA in Irving, CA said the paint "DID NOT MATCH" I believe there was nothing wrong with the SUNSET YELLOW color paint used by the ORIGINAL shop that painted my KIA Stinger ...Just FRAUD by Cole Kia to get $ from KIA USA They kept my 2018 yellow Limited Edition in the body shop for 3 months 4 days, From Oct 3, 2018 until January 7, 2019 WOW and it still has a paint over spray on the roof that I have not taken back to have removed yet. (today is Jan 10, 2019) Cole Kia gave me a 2018 Subaru Legacy with approx 500 miles to drive...returned with over 3100 miles. VIN is 4S3GTAB67J3724166 S3208 IS THE Cole rental number. I'm sure they charged Subaru by the mile for this car to make more $ on this whole mess ... Cole is widely know in the area as No 1 crook ...now I know! And YOU.

KIA Motors generation kia

My daughter, stephanie belkin, purchased 2011 honda pilot pre certified from generation kia in bohemia along with an extended warrantee from premier warrant and i, anna belkin, cosigned the loan to help my daughter. A little over a week after my daughter drove the car out of the lot, she was involved in an accident and the vehicle is considered a total loss through. The insurance company reimbursed to key bank 100% of the cost of the vehicle, with the exception of the warrantee. However, due to the loss of the vehicle and the non-use of the warrantee, premier warrantee reimbursed 100% of the cost of the warrentee and a check for the full amount was forwarded to generation kia in bohemia on aug. 9, 2018. They in turn was supposed to send this check to their bank where the loan was taken through generation kia to pay it in full. As of today, jan. 9, 2019, the bank has not received a check from generation kia and with all the phone calls my daughter and I have made to them and the corporate office, I have yet to receive a call back or a resolution to pay the remaining amount of this loan. We spoke to ray garcia in generation kia and we also have contact with the corporate office and spoke with charlette at ext 27232. She gave us a case # [protected] but claims kia is not responsible. Your name is on company letter head and on the paper work that was signed by me and my daughter so yes, you need to get involved. My daughters and my credit is ruined due to the failure of generation "kia" to forward the check from premier warrantee and reimburse key bank where the loan is. We have contacted consumer fraud, the attorney general, and a private attorney. We will file monetary suite due to the stress put upon my pregnant daughter and myself and the credit that has been destroyed by one of your "kia" branches. I expect this loan to be paid in full, which includes any penalties and interest charged due to lateness, a letter sent to both our credit bureaus to fix our credit, plus a reimbursement to my daughter for $357.00 paid on aug. 20, 2018, while generation kia had the check since aug. 9, 2018

KIA Motors Kia nero 2018

Dear sir/madam,

On (6/12/2018) I purchased a motor vehicle from jordan free zone, the vehicle details are: (car details: nero 2018). Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because the the transmission is broken and doesn't work at all.

I would appreciate it if you could organize a mutual agreement to fix the issue with my car. I truly rely on my car for transport and apart from the inconvenience, this problem has also caused me to incur additional cost.

KIA Motors gear box

Dear Sir
Good Day to you
I have just bought KIA Certo vechile.
but I am suffering from a manufactering defect.
The gear box transmit from gear 1 to gear 3 automatically and stay on this gear unchangable even when I stop with the car. It requires me to shut off engine and begin again.

I ask your company to ask your agent in EGYPT to repair this problem to me because it is a manufactering defect

KIA Motors kia cerato 2019 issues

Dear Sir / Madam,

I bought Kia Cerato 2019 brand new 2 week ago from agency dealer under company name The dealership Reliable International Automotive LLC and Am writing this to get an advice or solution form KIA manufacturer.
I would like to raise a complain against the dealer in Oman since i bought a brand new cerato 2019 just 2 weeks ago driven on 1000KM and am facing few technical problem in the vehicle which the agency dealer are running away by selling for me car with issues.

1) The headlight not aligned and the light in at night looks curve .The dealer here they are unable fix this issue also they are saying this vehicle light made from manufacture in this way. I see this not professional at all and they are trying to run away from it.

2) There is a noise in from suspension which i believe KIA its a professional brand and suspension with this issues again they are very poor technically and they dont know how to fix those stuff.

3) paint issue in front bumper

Am looking forward your urgent support against the agency dealer in Oman and this not acceptable at all selling brand new vehicle with issues keeping the customers in bad situation.

It occurred on: 13/12/2018

Please support me to get Compensate from dealer with this issues which took 2 weeks otherwise i request to replace the vehicle by other new vehicle without any issues.

KIA Motors kia service in poland

I have the worst experience of service ever in Kia Mitcar dealer, they don't have any solutions and don't care as stuff and no customer service at all.
I already hate my car now because if then and never going to buy Kia in Poland.
Just the fact that my cat is American specification, they rejecting any extra solution or service of my car, and only able to change oil and filters?!
Looking forward for global help and support to help on solving few light issues in my car.

I bought a wrecked 2012 kia sorento, fixed it up and have been driving it. I recieved a recall in the mail, i made an appt, took my car there to find out it had 4 recalls on it, I left the car there and received a call to puck up my car they can not to the recalls because it is a R title. What kind of bs is this? I am very dissatisfied and I want this remedied.

KIA Motors kia referral bonus/ethics

In July of 2018 I referred 2 friends to Kia of Auburn. I was told then I would be receiving 2 referral bonuses because there was 2 cars purchased and 2 loans. And to my understanding it would be an additional $50 because they used the same salesman I referred; Arsenio Thomas.

In October I too purchased a vehicle from Kia of Auburn. I traded in my car (2011 Sorento)which was to be paid off by Kia. My payoff on my trade in was $16, 000. However, $4, 000 was to be deducted from that for an extended warranty and GAP insurance, which left $12, 000.

As of December 17, 2018 I still have NOT received my referral bonus. When I asked about it I was told that my former loan company (Bridgecrest) had not sent them the check for the $4, 000. They told me that Kia had paid the full $16, 000 to Bridgecrest to pay off my Sorento, and could NOT give me my referral bonus until they had the check for $4, 000. This was all a lie. The amount they paid was $12, 000. I have contacted Bridgecrest and was informed that I had been lied to. Bridgecrest also sent me documentation to confirm that Kia of Auburn paid the amount that was due, minus the GAP/extended warranty, which was a sum of $12, 863.08.

My issue is this... I am a customer who has brought customers to this location, and those customers have brought business as well. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. It has been 5 months and I still do not have my referral bonuses, and have been lied to. And to top things off I wasn't just lied to, I was lied to face to face.

I will be contacting the BBB to file a complaint if the issue is not resolved in the near future. I understand that a referral bonus is a privilege, however, if Kia is not going to honor it then they should not advertise it. What really makes me angry in this situation the most is being lied to and being given the run around. I called Kia of Columbus and Montgomery and was told that referral bonuses are usually processed with in 2 weeks. I have waited 2 weeks 10 times now.

KIA Motors ecu problem (kia forte 1.6 sx 4 speed)

I am using Kia Forte 1.6sx model since 2009. Lucky for me because most of the other forte owners had confront same issues regarding ECU Problem. This problem had occurred for about 4 years, and already consider as normal problem toward Kia Forte Owners, service centres, and workshops, which a bit irony for me to swallow. Up till today, I still didn't see any Service Centre call up the owner to find the root cause of the problem and this goes to KIA Korea also, which never have stated any withdrawal regarding to the ECU problem. The ECU suddenly burned without any warning to most of the car that 7-10 years' ages.
This have been a series of serious issues that need to be take care off. I love my Kia forte, but looking on how Kia Malaysia treat/ handle this problem jeopardize KIA image to most of the users. My advice, please start to investigate, inform and solve this ISSUES!

KIA Motors warranty service

I have a car from KIA. I reported a problem in my car on 18-Nov-2018. It should have been covered under warranty. The agency accepted my case and provided me a job card with the number 10508.
Now it's about one month now since the company has not replaced the part in my car. They are making excuses that the car is out of warranty now. The fact is that I reported the problem when the car was under warranty. This is very bad behavior from the agency.

KIA Motors kia sorento diesel 7 seater purchased in trinidad

EPB and Auto Hold Display.

The above captioned both contributed to a complete standstill of vehicle which is very unsafe for any driver depending on time and location of a complete [censored] down.

Previously in 2017 about October thereabout I had this same problem and it seemed it was not rectified because here almost again. I've waited here for almost three hours to be told that it will be fixed tomorrow and no courtesy provisions for my loss of use due to no fault of mines.

I'm Also told they will not charge me
For the part. However this problem showed up the first time Before my warranty was up and I should do a service even though it's not quite due to be able to save the cost on the part. After spending approximately $64, 000 US for this vehicle to face these problems in three years is disheartening. My vehicle is only doing under 62000 -km.

I feel my safety is being jeopardized for my son and me and those whom I may traverse with from
Time to time. This is a braking problem.
