I recently got married and moved out of the Brooklyn area. I called to cancel my contract. The person answering said the only way was to send a letter by Certified Letter to the new owner in Webster, TX. I called back and got the same response from the next customer service person. This is outrageous! My membership costs $10 per month, billed to my credit card. There should be a better and easier way to cancel.
