KFC workers

KFC, one of my families favorite places to eat, and still is, but on July 3, 2011 at approximately 7:20 pm, we went to eat at KFC in New Ulm, MN. We were trying to decide if we should order separate meals or a bucket, and decided with a bucket. I asked what all came with the bucket, he told me and I said fine, that's what we'll have. When we finished and I went to throw my trash away I noticed a cicular ad stand showing that a bucket on Sundays was $10.00 for 10 pieces. I just paid $18 some dollars for my 8 pc. bucket. I went up to the counter, they were not busy inside and just asked this worker why no one mentioned the special to me. I said I could have gotten over twice the chicken for half the price. A younger gal, not the one that even took my order, then preceded to tell me in a very condescending (actually snotty is more like it), "we don't have to". And I said well that is not very good c.s. and if you have specials they should either be on the wall where you can see them as you come in, this stand is after you order past the beverage fountain. You don't see it until after you order. I just politely said, "well, don't you just think it would be the right thing to mention the special if someone is actually ordering a bucket?' She told me, "the manager said not to unless they ask". Well I did not believe any manager would say that, but then the manager on duty that night came up and asked me if there was a problem and I just explained the situation to him and all he did was look down at the cash register. I stood there for about 30 seconds with him still looking down at the cash register and then he just walked away. Didn't acknowledge me or anything. I have worked in the fast food business, on their side, and also at Target and would never, ever have treated a customer like that. I never raised my voice, I was very calm and just wanted to be treated like I was a good customer. We eat at KFC at least 4-6 times a month. This is the place we go to most of the time and never been treated like this before. There were also some older women in there that, as I went up to talk to the manager told me that they were very disappointed in the service and lack of respect.

KFC discrimination

Last month my daughter applied for a job at the new KFC in Bishop Auckland she filled in the form on-line and the next day they had e-mailed her back and said that she dosent have any experience for the job, how can she get the expericence when places like this wont give her a job. She has the qualifcations to do the job.

We have just visited bishop auckland kfc, i had to clean my own table with a napkin to then sit on crumbs, opposite me i was faced with dirty tables and chairs, also they got our order wrong so they had to start again, also the very young staff were not washing there hands inbetween cleaning a machine, swinging a tea towel around, drinking their milkshake and serving customers, we were in there for over half an hour and not one member of staff came to clean tables which every one if them were dirty, the bins were full to the brim, when i finally got my food my burger looked like it had been theough a bush backwards so i had to take it all apart and rearrange it and my fries were cold, not a pleasant neal at all, and i will never eat there again, im a chef snd im aware of all legislations of cleaning, customer service and quality control!

what do you and your daughter considered experienced? could the problem be, she is overqualified? what is your daughters employment history? employers want someone that will stay for the long haul. overqualifieds usually demand more money or easily become dissatisfied with the job in a short while. also there is a difference in applying for floor sweeper/counter cleaner or supervisor. floor sweeper/counter cleaner doesn't need experience, but managerial employment requires experience.

KFC bad service

I will never buy anything from kfc thabazimbi, the food is always far over holding time and never hot & fresh. Especially the hot wings and pops. At two different occasions I bought chicken and ask for the keel that they just put in something else and ignore my request. After waiting 40min on the 29th of june for a variety bucket I left. When I got home all the pieces wasn't there I phoned and the manager asked for my adress to send the chicken... I'm still waiting. I will rather drive 140km to ellisras kfc if I feel like kfc again.

KFC small pieces / rancid food in order

July 2, 2001 - went thru drive-thru - odered a 4 pc meal - they used to come with 2 sides - thid only came with 1 side - was supposed to be 2 drumsticks / 2 thigh pieces. the chicken drumsticks were very small pieces - 2 bites and you were done - the thigh pieces were also very small and had part of the spine attached - i bite and you were done with those. The side was mashed potatoes and gravy - wow! maybe tablespoon and half og potatoes covered with gravy - i also order a side of coleslaw - took 1 bite - it was rancid. No i didnt go back - i paid cash - $13.01 - i asked for a receipt - she said being as i paid in cash i didnt get a receipt. Being on a limited social security this was to have been wnough for 2 meals for me - so much for that - it all went in the garbage. I will not go back there and i will tell everyone i know never to go there. You DO NOT get your money's worth anymore from this particular franchise restaurnat of KFC.

On 3/8/14 09:32pm i called up KFC delivery call centre made a order. I received my order 09:55pm, once i wan to enjoy my dinner. I saw my the order item wrong sending to me, i call up KFC delivery centre again. Let the call operater know, he check with the order branch manager. Then he inform me that will resend me the replacement item. I was waiting for a hours call again(3/8/14 10:59 pm) the centre, the call operater told me their should be on the way send to me. At last i did't receive my replacement item, wan to call up double oso can't do it. Because KFC Delivery Malaysia call centre only operation 11am -11pm daliy.

What happen to your promo on the Doraemon Pillow? I just saw the advertisement on my facebook last week and today I went to KFC at Setia Alam and the manager told me that the pillow offer is over. If your offer is only for a week please state the date of duration so people will know. Another thing is your outlet in Setia Alam always don't have free gift for drive-thru purchase with KFC car sticker. 8 out of 10 times my purchase is without free gift, excuse given "NO STOCK". This is so lame. It never happen to other fast food outlet. Why KFC is so poor in maintaining their stock. If KFC are can't afford in giving free gift for 24 hours outlet please don't provide car sticker and follow what other fast food are doing. I have found that KFC staff attitude are very poor. When customer ask the manager question on the air-con not working properly, they will just answer "em, ah, oh". What type of standard is this. Did KFC management send their managers for training or they just appoint "TOM, DICK & HARRY" to be manager. Can get cheap labour. Please answer this complaint and don't be a ostrich.

Upon viewing the youtube on the KCF icity outlets incident. It's disgutsing, unnessesory & tanished the KFC Malaysia image 2012.
When sudden in demand arise and long Q from customer, the leader incharge and manager shall observe the stock availability and decide to make a cut-off order to those affected, so that customers is inform an advance of the limited stock, with this innatiative taken in first place, the customers is more than happy to accept . I opinion the icity outlet Manager shall take the responsibility and accountability for failing to act inadvance and also intervence the staff behaviour.
I would suggest KFC Malaysia to re-look the current recruitments policy for the middle & entry level staff, there is needs to redefine the current policy where the new staffs shall be trained on customers services with basic knowledged of handling sudden crisis through the courses and examinition inorder to qualify the staff competency with the job requirements. this will enchance higher standard of the KFC staffs like Mc Donald & others.

I will not go to KFC, i will tell my family members to tell their friends and relatives about this video and don't ever go to KFC and i will tell my friends and let them spread the news to their friends, family members and relatives that KFC is nothing but serving low quality and low hygiene of food. The video in youtube will be shared worldwide. Unless KFC do something for it because KFC mistake is: They hired staff who have tarnished their own reputation.

KFC promised the customer with quality assurance. After watching the video from youtube, I don't think that KFC keeps their promises. I'm a regular customer of KFC and now, I don't think I will stop by KFC for my breakfast or lunch anymore. It's disgusting seeing it and it's sickening after imagining me eating the dirty chicken. Where is the quality? Personal cleanliness, well, I don't see it. I really do hope that the management of KFC search these guys and sack them out of this F&B field. I also do hope to hear from the management of KFC..

I agree! Totally agree! After watching this video I am so hesitant towards KFC service! The youtube video has been removed. But i just saw this from facebook maybe its the same. KFC manager

I recently visited the Taco Bell / KFC location on, 4727 N. Midkiff Drive, in Midland TX & there was a meal left out of my bag. The manager was a female with tatoos. She was on the tom boyish side kind of look. I explained to the gentleman who took my order that a meal was left out, then this manager approached him & asked what was going on. He xplained & I gave her my prrof of purchase. She then stated that I was lying. That was so offensive. I'm not the typ who is out looking to rip off cmpanys. I invited her to my table to look at my bag. She then rolled her eyes & walked away. She did nothing to fix the issue. The poor gentleman is who went above & beyond to fix this issue, which was only fair, since I payed for each meal fair & square. I will no longer visit this location. I will start going to the one on Midland Dr. They are always willing to be nicer at the one on Midland Dr. I don't mind driving the extra mile for good service. It hurts to be called a liar by a total stranger, when you're even showing proof of honesty.

racist comment by manager from hamilton east branch. i will take complain to higher level. also on tv news. juz as we left, she called out my son "nigar" and started laughing! was a female staffs so we didnt do anything. told another manager about it.

Disgusted in whakatane kfc they r so useless. Always forgetting food in orders, forget to give change, burgers taste like the cleaning solution they wipe their benches with, gravy on its own is all lumpy, always getting wings instead of the other pieces, so so so slow, workers r so rude especially the manager AMO. Add up whk kfc. Am so gona spread the word about ur bad service on face book, twitter nnd all other social networks at least mcdonalds, and bks can add up everytime. Neva goin bak to whk kfc.

we gave extra money to get a thigh pieces in our meals, we ordered two different orders and got no thighs what so ever, the lady assured us that we will get thighs in our meal and said we didnt have to check it because it was already done. We are very disappointed because we came a distance to see her, this branch was at the Mangere Town Centre.

KFC cold food

hi my name is mohammed and i got a complaint against kfc merry hill, on saturday about 7pm to 8pm my kids went to merry hill kfc to get a 14 piece family bucket and when they came home and opened the bucket the chicken was soggy and the fries were cold the next day sunday 26 june i rang the store and spoke to the store manager abbas i told him what had happened he asked me for a recite and i told him we didnt have one i think the kids must have thrown it away the manager abbas said he cant do any thing and was very rude on the fone i told him that i have worked for kfc and i am a regular customer and i know the you shud not talk to me like that, i asked for the fone number of the area manger and he did not give it to me igave him my number to give to area manager but nobody has contucted me i was very upset and my kids didnt eat any thing that day and was very upset too and know they dont want to go to kfc please can you do something about this it is not right plus when we go to kfc some times we dont get a recite my fone number is [protected] and my email adress is [protected]@hotmail.com thankyou

KFC £9.99 bucket

The bucket only contained 2 drumsticks, 2 wings and 2 legs, thighs was no chicken breast and the meal was cold for the second time running, we are travelling nearly 300miles to visit my granddaughter probably twice a month and the only food we really look forward to eating is the £9.99 bucket meal on our journey, this is very disappointing and frustrating and I would like something done please or I will be taking this matter slot further and higher. KFC delay in delivery and error in order

I placed my order over the phone on 1st June 2011 at 4.40 p.m. and received my delivery in two hours at 7.15 p.m. after making endless calls ...at the universal number and also at the branch...i was told first that the rider could not find the house, then after calling several times, they said another rider was sent but due to the rain he slipped and the food got spoilt so he got back and soon it would be delivered but there was no sign of him...i would call their branch but no response, finally spoke to them and insisted on talking to the rider so I could explain him the house but he wasnt inerested and kept saying he was familiar with the area and did not require any directions...I kept waiting but he did not show up...
My 11 yr old son had his friends over who were almost going back without eating anything when finally the food arrived at 7.15 p.m. after two hours! and on top of that they charged me extra for upsize when I had not ordered any upsize!
I was very disappointed with their behaviour as no one was taking the responsibility to ensure timely delivery and no body to respond and give any information regarding the order status ! They could have informed me if it was not possible to deliver so I could think of an alternate instead of waiting and expecting it would be arriving any minute!
Very poor and unprofessional attitude of the customer service!A bad experience!

KFC kfc complaint

Hi,

Would like to share my bad experince in KFC @ RT Nagar / Bangalore on above mentioned date, after i finish my berger & started having Pepsi in between i just opened the cap of that Pepsi cup, i found flies inside the Pepsi cup. I was really shocked and went to the counter and showed the cup to the counter person. And the counter guy was very cool n he said it's ok will get one more cup for you, then we have asked him to call the manger to meet, first they din't bring the manager out and introduced another counter guy who take order, but we shouted and asked for the manager to come n give us an explanation on this issue. Then Mr. Sachin came to us and said that will make sure it will not occur again.

Even though am your regular customer travelling different state and visit KFC we trust the quality of food and cleanliness, but it is not true. Quality and cleanliness is not maintained properly. After this incident we are not visiting KFC as we can't trust the quality of food. Many people are visiting KFC with family & children and never know what was the quality of food served.

Pleas make sure that this should not happen to anybody as there is a value of money and people involved.

KFC service

on the 24/05/2011 @ 10.45 i visited KFC - Gateville and ordered 4x 4 zinger wings, the lady Beulah told me that it will take 7.30 minutes and she asked me if i will wait and i said ok and paid R 47.6 with my credit card . After 12 minutes she call me and told me that they only got 3 x zinger wings and that the lady at the back was at fault . She than tell me that i must wait for another 7.30 minutes if i want the other wings . At this point in time i was already 20 minutes in the store . So i could not wait as my lunch time was over . i ask for a refund and left .

KFC smoking cannabis

On the 01.05.10 Saturday after 10pm I was walking my dog and I walked through the Thames KFC drive way and could smell the presents of cannabis being smoked so I went by the back gate and saw a guy in a blue shirt with curly hair smoking cannabis there were 2 others but I could not see them only heard them. I then walked away disgusted. This should be taken seriously because what could happen if they were to serve a customer and they were to see them like that it wouldn't look good for your company allowing your workers to do this kind of thing.

KFC food was terrible

yesterday 2011-05-22 my boyfriend went to kentucky in grassy park victoria road.
he purchased a streetwise five with mash and gravy and a zinger burger.
the mash and gravy only consisted of gravy, the fillet on the burger was like rubber and definitely not edible.
the coating on the chicken was so hard we couldnt enjoy our meal.
it wasnt the first time that we experienced this from the same kentucky, but the first time we let it slide but we have bought there several times to experience the same thing.
i am not happy with the way they make there food. the srevice is great but the food aint.

KFC no hotwings & lying reps

I have submitted a number of complains on the KFC website, but thus far nobody has responded to it. I have complained about the non availability of hotwing in kfc carletonville on hello peter and within 24hrs the kfc customer service called me to say that the will look into the problem and they also promised me a voucher, needless to say, the voucher never came and the hotwing are still unavailable. Where should one place his /her complain, if the complaints are never looked into or resolved?

KFC rude employee, order mixup

After a long day day at the doctors office, my sister & I decided to grab a bucket of KFC for our dinner. The young lady on the earphones was short with my sister telling her to repeat our order.After several minutes my sister said just give us the 8 piece.Our home is in the next town of Groveport 20-25 miles away.When we opened the bucket when we got home we found 6wings & 2 thighs, since it was late, although diappointed, we ate our dinner.The next morning I called the store & asked to speek to a manager, & was told I was speaking to her.I gave her my complaint & she said to come inat our convience & we would get a free bucket.I went out of town for Mothers day & came home on Tuesday.Weds.afternoon I went into the store to get what was promised to us.The mtgr on duty informed me that she is the only female mtgr.at that store, & my name was not written anywhere.She did give me an 8 piece bucket but not before all in the store thought I was conning the store.This KFC has lost a loyal customer, & I plan to use another company from now on. i think you should of gotten a whole meal with the sides lol...i hate kfc everytime i go into a kfc its always full of rude staff and dirtyness. ive never saw any white people working at the one in my town its like they are against whites working there. my town is mixed greatly and still its staff is all one race.

KFC cold food

Me and my boyfriend went to KFC today (Fri 13th May 20011) we qued for a good 10 mins before odering i had ordered a wicked zinger meal plain. After ordering our food a member of staff came to me after a good 5 minutes and stated that there was no burgers left even tho i new there was because i heard them saying they messed up my order and beacuse the man who ordered after me got his burger. I then sat down to eat my food to find my gravy and chips were stone cold. I didnt like to say anything because i dont like to complain. A few weeks before hand my boyfriend found a feather in his chicken i want this matter dealt with. I will not be in that kfc ever again!

My name is aziz, I was doing work in kfc. I had complete my 3-days shift, but the manager told me you will be come next day. But next day I cant go because of my college. So he told me your job is finish.

Honey, Chickens eat their own crap & Each others as well & your worried about people smoking around them? Would think you want them smoked to get rid of the taste & to kill the bacteria from that life time of turd eating they enjoy doing.Unless of course you think their turds are in some way healthy? Brenda Honey you keep working the moderation thing & i will keep trying to work on the life insurance policy, easier said than done he's also over age 50, So would have to have another Life Insurance Policy on somebody else to be able to afford the premiums on his. lol.You keep doing what you do you sure give this old lady something to laugh about appreciate that more than you know.

No Molliewollie i never did read the jungle, but can imagine that would be alot of animals killing & eating other animals as a form of survival, as humans we are at the top of the food chain & humans just buy their meat at the grocery store. And gkenigmatic, theres people who cant even boil water & you really dont want to trust them to cook you any meat Or, do you? Brenda, i got a friend that eats nothing but meat & taters rinses it down with a soda pops & candy bars, he's 300 Lbs.of Stupid & cant imagine why he has high blood pressure & Diabetes.Kinda hope that iam mentioned in his Will.Since i have seen him eat 6 Pcs.of an 8pc.Bucket of half cooked KFC Chicken. Saw another friend stoke up his grill, open a pkg.of chicken, did'nt clean it, threw it on the grill & then licked his fingers with raw chicken still on them.If i do eat a steak now & then i cook my own & share most of it with my old dog, but i really do like fruit&veggies so eat alot of those.Is that wrong?

To be honest was sorry that i watched it, those people should be jailed for animal abuse. Think i will just become a vegetarian so that i wont be contributing to any form of slaughterhouse abuse of any animals.Theres some sick people out there that should'nt be around any living things of any kind.Makes people with a brain wonder how they treat their families? Or if they are taking out their anger on these poor animals because they are angry with somebody else?

KFC not enough chicken made

This is the second complaint for this Business, the first was to KFC Corporate. I got a call from the manager that this would not happen again at the store we do our business with, well it happened again, Visited las night 05/02/2011 No chicken was made. I had wait 10 to 15 minutes for the chicken was made. My time is worth a lot, just like everyone else's. I can be reached at [protected] or [protected]@yahoo.com I feel the manager lied to me also.
