I went to eat with my wife who is 7 months pregnant. The air conditioner was set at a very uncomfortable 55 degrees on a 90 degree day. The lady in front of us asked why it was so cold and the manager told her it was to make sure that the staff was comfortable. The manager said that she felt it felt fine to her. I placed an order and she wouldn't raise the temp when I asked either. By the time we got our food, the food was cold because of the A/C. I would not go there again, nor would I recommend that anyone go there. There are much better places who know the meaning of the words "Customer Service".
No white meat. And still charge ME same price.. For 20 pieces. Bs 17th and federal. Denver colo Tuesday last week. NEVER EVER go back again..ill try Popeyes chicken
I am been a loyal customer to KFC for more than 10 years. I asked for extra ketchup and the cashier said I had enough. I asked her who is she to say I had enough she replied saying "you [censored] cracker". I hope she is disciplined on this matter because I can spend my hard earned money somewhere else.

Went to KFC on Murtland Dr. and purchased a 10 piece wing and thigh bucket along with sides. They did not put 1/2 gallon of ice tea as advertised. We should have looked before we left the property.
I order KFC all the time. I went to KFC at great southern in Columbus Ohio on Saturday the 13 of oct. I ordered 20 dollar fill up after working a 10 hr shift. I understand mistakes happen however I got all legs and thighs. I hate dark meat chicken. It was quite greasy and salty. Was very disappointed.the line was not long at all.
The service was good they were busy. I order wing share box for my son when he got home hungry the wings were bloody still.
We bought some chicken sending you pics and info didn't like the batter wasn't the same. We go to KFC all the time we love the hot wings and buy popcorn chicken and most of the time its a bucket?
We are seriously thinking on not going back to the store to buy the chicken?
Food on floors and tables everywhere.
Wait time was extremely excessive.
Flies all over the place.

Food was lukewarm. Environment was disgusting.
My husband had ordered for delivery but it still haven't reached after more than an hour. Very dissappointing serviced. One more thing, i've ordered cheese wedges but it came without a cheese. No bun for my snack plate. Very bad management😡!
I purchased a dinner meal from Wetheril Park Stockland store and the chicken was over cooked a very dry . Was not nice at all
Waited 50 minutes for cold food, watery gravy and delivery man did not have right change. Bill came to $16.88 and he gave me $"1.30 change from a $20.00
2 weeks prior to this when I received a 9 piece of chicken it was really salty.
I may not order anything from them again.
We ordered kfc yesterday(28/9/18) at 10.50pm and after 2hrs also it has not been received. And we called about 5 times for the follow up but we didn't get any fruitful response from the staff as they were telling always that they are trying to contact the driver. We didn't expect such a lazy response from a company like KFC.
To whom it may concern:
I live inLovington NM I was wondering why this store #C975054 does not offer any other sides besides corn, coleslaw, Mac and cheese. And why can't they switch the 20 dollar fill up with all dark? And they do not have any livers or gizzards on the menu. I would love to see more choices.

I ordered a grilled wing and breast. I should have looked in the box. Drove home and opened the box to discover two very small and dried up pieces that looked like it came from a pigeon. They were so dry that I could not eat them. I will not be going back

The chicken was dry and tough. The biscuits were basically dough still. The service was perfect but the food was awful. I spent 40 dollars.
I went to a KFC in Fremont, CA and ordered a Pot Pie. I preceded to go home and when I was home began to eat it. Pot pies should not have bone pieces inside them and I found a piece of bone inside mine. This is unsafe food practice and something needs to be done to prevent this from happening again. I am requesting a refund for my entire order.
On 9/20/18 around 9:15 pm I ordered, well several times b cuz they were out of everything, the fryer went out then flat drinks, but after it was all said and done what I received was disgusting I would not even feed my dogs this food, I would like my money back. mcintosh73@yahoo.com
I wentered to KFC in Bedford Indiana got a 20 piece meal got home to find my chicken was sitting so long it had begun to dry up. I called the store and made a complaint but to no avail. This is not the first time that my service there was really bad. Employees have been rude and Un professional.
Absolutely most disgusting restaurant I've ever seen filthy just filth I cannot belive food is prepared in this barn. No actually I take that back. A barn is probably kept better because people who have barns are hard working people who don't live in filth. Just sickening. Not a single employee could be bothered to clean I suppose.
Not only did they forget my 12 tenders my crispy 8 piece bucket was under cooked breading still wet blood inside of chicken. Managers yelling at customers. Managers yelling at employees. No wonder they're not doing there job right. Poor management

My Sister who is disable and on oxygen became faint as we entered the door. Dakota quickly came to offer assistance. Not only did he assist us in our moment of need, he continually checked in us to see if we were doing ok.

The lady refuse to serve a paying costumer because he thought I'm a gay man.
I already pay and all the crew cooperated not to serve me the meal.
It took an hour to get an 8 pc dinner. It was so greasy I think they fried it twice! Didn't ask sides, but wanted Cole slaw and got a poor excuse of Mac & cheese from 2 weeks ago! Never go back
Assisstant manager at work drunk and smoking marijuana with other employees at the store and on the clock. Fraud with employees time cards pay and hours worked altered by the gm. Bullying and physical abuse by shift leaders. All around chaos and retaliation.
We usually get corn on the cob fresh here. However this experience was awful. We got a side of corn which was 4 cobs. Took it out of foil and smelled it before we got to bite it. Had been reheated more than it should. Or reused. Just wanted to let someone know that could have made us sick.
I live by KFC THIS IS CONVENT FOR MY FAMILY But worst store ever the mangers are rude and disrespectful and everyone working looks unclean and has bad teeth

The chicken was old it was horrible the service was bad its very much so dirty in that store.. I went to south reilly rd... Fayetteville nc28305... The employee Are very rude they never have any help... That store needs better people with better MANAGEMENT
I ordered a 20 piece hot wings box and the entire box was complete raw. I ordered near my home went all the way across town and when we got home Is when I realized they were raw. I want a complete refund of my order.

The lobby was closed, it was supposed to open until 9:00. I requested grilled chicken no grilled chicken was possible. This is the third time this has happened. We have three locations if I choose to eat at KFC I go to the other locations as I did tonight. It is sad because this is the closest location to me. Thanks for your time.
I'm a senior and get a free drink when I order, I love the chicken pot pies but when I order one I don't want the cookie and I should get a free drink but I'm charged the same amount as if I took the cookie and did not get a free drink.
Why cant I just get the chicken pot pie by itself, with out the cookie and get my senior drink.

The Chicken is not fully cooked. It's not pink but still under cooked. And doesn't taste like KFC chicken. And they usually mess up the orders.

KFC-f10 branch have always delivered me unfresh and cold food. I requested kfc helpline to examine kfc-f10 branch for quality assurance but nothing happen. Still, today, its 10th time, i am getting cold food. So, i decided to leave kfc for forever. Because, KFC is failed in maintaining food standard.
