KFC review: Cold food, rude customer service 464

The chicken was old hard turning green been sitting way to long tasted like old grease got shorted 1 gravy and 2 biscuits

This was advertised online with two large potatoes and gravy and four biscuits for $19.99. When we got to the store, we were charged $18.99 for 10 pieces of chicken and No sides. That is false advertising. We will never buy KFC again.

Your prices go up and up. We love it but can't afford it anymore.

When I received my meal as you can see the biscuit is bigger than the chicken manager was in cooperative, I am submitting receipt and photos if meal, they told me that the would submit another roll but that is the way the chicken is,

I went to the KFC is n Cleveland TN on Keith street.the food was old and had to wait almost 30mins for old bad food.not worth the money .

Called ahead for my order. Was told the root beer would not be ready for a hour. Told them that was okay. We would wait the hour.

I ordered a $20 fill up chicken wings raw and I was missing two of my side orders that I ordered extra I did call and speak to the manager about it I was supposed to receive something through the mail or a credit please get back to me

The worst chicken I've ever had overcooked greasy very disappointing should be embarrassed at this outlet where is your integrity doesn't anybody check these places I have many friends and businesses throughout and will be glad to follow my word forward

Delay the delivery almost one and half in hour until now and I received a call from the delivery said they delivered to other area, the family all upsets and I think last time I will order thru kfc online .

Just came from Aerorand Middelburg KFC just to hear that they have no chicken. They are closing soon and therefore not cookiong anymore chicken. It is 9 o clock. The closing time is 10 o clock. Rose just confirmed that she couldnt help us. Manager is charge is called Maggie.

The chicken tasted old and over fried. The meat was hard and dry inside and the crust was old and tough, couldnt eat it. Tried to call and no one answered. The mac and cheese was overcooked and ended up being a glob of glue. Biscuits were hard and cold, crumbled when we tried to open them. Gravy was cold. Coleslaw and mashed potatoes were fine.

I visited KFC Trinity Village shopping center, I waited for 10 without being served (order).. When I decide to leave the Queue they is shouting, are u leaving 🙄🙄🙄😠😠😠😠😠..

Paulpietersburg KFC is terrible, it's either you close it or you improve your service. Even their customer service is bad, i once ate their meat and I felt sick and the meat is not well cooked, it's not the same KFC that I always have on the other places. It's either you do something or I will take this further.

I bought two streetwise two's today at KFC Cosmo City Kaya sands, when I got back to work to eat I found mouse turd on my meat. I am very disgusted by this.

I am finally done with KFC. The past 3 times I have eaten their fare its been terrible and from 3 different location, Edmonton, Calgary, and Toronto.
I am/was a 40+ year customer and clearly remember what it used to taste like. We ended up throwing out 3/4 of the family meal because no one wanted to eat it.
