KFC review: Cold food, rude customer service 464

I use to love the fried chicken but the last three times it is not the same. The original recipe was always the bomb. I have been so disappointed. I have been a loyal customer for 40 years. Please just do what made you famous. When it perfect don't mess with it.

We order a steetwise 5 With thighs and drums and Recieved 5 pieces with white meat and no chips.
This was not the first time we have to drive back from home because our order was incorrect
We use to get perfect service and excellent quality here but the last few months their service and food are realy bad.

They removed hot wings from menu unless you ask for them, it's like they no longer sell them but they do, on top of that the price went up even after having to wait 10 minutes and I love the wings such a shame

I went to get original chicken but couldn't get because the frieder was not clean and broken. So I got crispy 3 pieces and it was very dry. I will never go to another Kentucky fried chicken again. So disappointed.

My kids like mac n cheese not mashed potatoes why did they try to charge me an extra 75 cents to swap them in my family fill up when they both cost the same amount on the menu truly disappointed with KFC in New York only in new york

They shut down their fryers an hour before closing and said they were out of certain chicken because they couldn't cook any more.

Its too much salty, i asked for oreo shake vannila she gave me chocolate one.

Ok what happen to the chicken? We got extra crispy it was the driest chicken ever and I miss the old chicken. There should be a choice. And dessert HAHA rolls with frosting even our dog wouldn't eat them. NASTY Who would try to sell that ? Only KFC. I grew up on KFC but I'm so disappointed I wouldn't pay to eat there again.

When into KFC drive-through on July 21, 2019 ordered pot pie and number eight took home They did not give us any of our dipping sauce for the number eight and as I was eating the pot pie it had two or three different places were ahead bones in it.

I placed order online order number [protected] it showed will be delivered in 1 hour but it is more then 1 hour exactly 2 hours now I called customer service he said because lot of order today delivery is late when I asked to speak to manager he hung up on me

When I returned to the store a cook in the back looked at the chicken and said "Okay, and the timer went off."

coupon for chicken, the young man said he was a store manager in that they didn't have anything but dark meat for the coupon that said mixed. He then recanted and said he was not the store manager.
This is not the first Occurrence at this location. I'm just really tired of horrible customer service and no product available prior to closing hours.

I got 2 combos at 6.79 each the picture and commercial shows cheese sauce and what i got was a powder cheese on 2 chicken strips definitely a rip off of what cost me like to know why commercial is false leading i believe i should be something refundable to me i always eat kfc and would hate to quit over something like that

Why did you guys take away the cinnamon rolls and replace them with a generic brand (dessert biscuits) they are DISGUSTING by the way! Bring the cinnamon rolls back! And the cheeto sandwich that was really a bad idea, it's disgusting. Someone must be new in the company doing these weird menu changes! KFC use to be good years ago, but now...

Wing size of butter packet. Potatoes were brown...both tubs. Will not be back . Everytime they serve old food or just not get it right.

Although it was very tasty, I must let you know that I almost swallowed two bones in the pot.

Food was not edible looked like the chips had been coked for few hrs. This is not what you expect when you are paying for quality food. These had to be thrown away

I went in your KFC restaurant in Apex North Carolina on Highway 55 and US 64 for Crispy chicken sandwich I wouldn't feed it to the dogs.

24th may 2019, 3pm ..Kedah, Amanjaya Drive through Branch, Infested with flies. The staffs were not bothered, they didn't even have work to do as there are no customers, but none wiped the tables clean.. food scraps were just swept under the chairs.

Ankeny, Iowa KFC on May 23rd. I ordered the tenders meal with the menu board said 12 tenders, 2 sides, 4 biscuits, and drink. Employee informed me that the menu was outdated and the drink was not included and they wouldn't honor the difference.

I order the fill up meal for my family and I when I got home and my wife went to take out the chicken she noticed it was burned I took a bit and it was very dry it taste like burn I couldn't even give it to the kids the Cole slaw didn't have taste sadly I wasted $21.40 and couldn't even eat our dinner

Lately we're noticing that the chicken pieces here in the Morristown, Tn Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant are getting smaller and smaller! Today I received two chicken that were so small and dry I couldn't/wouldn't have even attempted to eat them in fear of breaking my teeth out! Something needs to be done! On May 5th 2019 at 8:32pm i went through the drive through and ordered 30 hot wings and potato wedges. I get to my destination and find that the wings were under cooked. i attempt to call the Store and as of yet have been unable to speak with anyone. It keeps saying a voice meal has not been set up. I drove 10 miles one way I order 8pc meal box I got home and there was a hair and something stuck to it in my chicken leg not to mention thay let a truck pull in front of me and I had to set there 15 mins when he was behind me

I ordered a breast and thigh xtra crispy, potato wedges and Cole slaw. What I got was breast and wing, mashed potatoes and cole slaw. Then at the window I asked for butter and jelly but got honey and jelly. I did not open the bag until I was home since I assume that it will be done correctly. It doesnt seem to much to expect that.
