I went to eat with my wife who is 7 months pregnant. The air conditioner was set at a very uncomfortable 55 degrees on a 90 degree day. The lady in front of us asked why it was so cold and the manager told her it was to make sure that the staff was comfortable. The manager said that she felt it felt fine to her. I placed an order and she wouldn't raise the temp when I asked either. By the time we got our food, the food was cold because of the A/C. I would not go there again, nor would I recommend that anyone go there. There are much better places who know the meaning of the words "Customer Service".

I was not asked or informed of KFC's policy to round up donations to the KFC Foundation...KFC just charged me an additional $0.44 on my order.

On Sunday 7/30/2023 We went to the KFC in Neenah, WI #K071218
1st they only had Crispy, chicken, then the only soda was Dr. Pepper and Starry.
Then we get the total l drove around to pay my husband hands her exacted change she says no cash. We would like to eat inside. Very frustrating!

i ordered a 3 piece combo with extra side only received 2 pieces and no extra side. was charged for the 3 piece chicken.
I ordered extra biscuit with third meal, was charged but never received the biscuit.

I bought streetwise 4 yesterday at 16:11 in Durban workshop branch and it was half cooked even the blood on the chicken couldn't finish it. I was so disappointed as I attached the pictures of it and the receipt.
On the 28th June 2023 around 08:00 am I purchased 3 Brekkie box meals of which the chicken was raw.
Jst picked up 12 pc NUGGETS at Massillon OH store. NUGGETS must have been laying around for a while - cool and dried out! Also too salty. 11:35 AM. Probably won't order again😕😕.

I am situated in Namakgale, phalaborwa limpopo province in South Africa and all I'm asking for is for our KFC branch to have delivery service, we really need it please.
Every time I ordered the breaky crunch and cappy I never received the cappy reason no stock. got Capuchino instead and do not drink that so am verry disappointed in KENTUCKY. IM FROM BRAKPAN.
I ordered the 3 piece meal, the chicken was over cooked and if the pieces get any smaller I expect to see the egg in the box.
On May 18, 2023 I had a coupon for a 10 piece bucket for 14.99. I bought 2 buckets for 29.98. When I got home they were both 8 piece buckets. I emailed and asked for a coupon for the 4 pieces of chicken. I female responded a week later and asked for the store info. I emailed it back and now I sit here and still wait. I just want an answer.
This is the third time we come to Lynwood street KFC at Gift Acres and they are out of stock with coleslaw.
Just take note this is the only healthy vegetable KFC offers. Why can’t they get the planning right?
We have never come along another KFC in Pretoria that is out of stock, but this one is the closest to us.

The last two visits to KFC in Coffeyville, Ks have been unsatisfactory. Friday May 12, and Sunday May 6. The service is unprofessional, unfriendly, and SLOW. The prices are high and they always substitute dark meat and claim to be out of white meat unless you want to wait another half hour.
06/05/23 I orded a streetwise via uber eats, when I had to eat the meat, I found out that it's not normal done and I couldn't even finish the bite I tool

I ordered original recipe but got hard orignal recipe as i remember its supposed to be soft and juicy and the cole slaw was dry this was in Cincinnati , Ohio at the Norwood store and when I asked them to fix it they told me they dont do refunds its on the door coming in , but gave me some more hard chicken. Wow

I placed an order for a zinger burger, two kids boxes (one burger, one popcorn) and one fillet box meal. It took a long time for the order to be completed. When opening the bag (back on the motorway) everything was there except for the fries and burger from one of the kids boxes.
By burger was cold . My chips and my popcorn chicken wasn’t in the bag! And my my krushem was aero nor oreo

Seems like I got old cold food due to them shutting. Kfc expresses fresh food will be served but my food was far from fresh!
Collected food from dearne valley Barnsley mighty meal for one hot wings small strips small and received 2 legs over cooked seen a steady decline in food over last couple of months please sort it quickly

Showed up to order some chicken management unprofessional he said he's here he's here I said excuse me what's your name he didn't want to give me his name I asked for a manager he said he is the manager and he's still not going to give me his name I told him I would not be doing business with him today because he is unprofessional
Taking hot wings off the menu and leaving customers with the inability to purchase FRIED CHICKEN WINGS at a CHICKEN RESTAURANT is asinine. You people need to stop with all these new menu items, that are inappropriate and unnecessary, and get back to serving the food that customers actually have been purchasing for decades!
I just ordered the country fried chicken dinner and it would have been perfect except for the fact that the utensils that you are providing are so flexible that I couldn’t cut the chicken.
We went to this kfc at 11.55am on 31.3.23 The Staff are hopeless, no hot drinks, chicken burger half grizzle should have been fresh as it was 12pm but wasn’t staff didn’t have a clue.3 people needed to serve me and my daughter. I will not return to this kfc again.
