KFC Offered marijuana

This is a horrible company. Every location i have been to is beyond filthy inside. First off, they are dirty, second, even if they were cleaned they would be nasty. I thought that decent restaurants were renovated every so often? The last one i went to had booths that had to be over 15 years old and i had to move to a different one because the upholstery had a hole in it with a spring shooting through. I washed my hands and then felt like they were cleaner before i walked inside.

Oh and to top it off, when i went to the drive through the cashier offered to sell me marijuana. Where do they find these people?

KFC Distasteful and dry food!

I went to buy Kentucky and to my disappointment they had a mash and gravy shortage, so I had to order something else. I then ordered 2 streetwise burgers; it was so distasteful and dry.

The burgers were made with ordinary buns that you buy in shoprite, because they had a shortage of the normal small buns as well. The buns are so big that you don’t even taste the piece of chicken-patty and mayo in between. I thru the burgers in the dustbin. They should wait until there is stock before they continue to sell the streetwise burgers again.

I am very disappointed in thee service theat we receive at thee Springs Selcourt KFC! Yesterday on thee 5the of December 2012 at 18h48 we ordered two Box master meals and two Colonel Burger meals. When we received thee package we looked inside because of previous experience of which chips was missing we saw theat thee chips were all over inside thee package and not in thee chips packages! Which is also very unhygienic is thee fact theat when theey rectified thee problem theey used theeir bare hands to therow thee chips back in to thee packages! It doesn't help to speak to thee manager in charge because thee only theing he will say is "sorry" ? This "new" branch is patheetic and will eitheer drive furtheer in town to Springs Gate to buy from theem, at least we never had problems withe theem in thee past. J Stapelberg [protected]

i have bought numerous dinners from the hartebeespoort dam branch, and since we loved having a piece for breakfast we would of course buy a bit more than just for dinner. what a horrible supprise the next morning finding live movement inside the meat, little worms having their merry walkabout inside. juk! how many people might have eaten and never saw what was going on.
on calling the kfc i was told that its a fast food outlet and should be eaten when bought not kept for later. what utter rubbish.
we have bought from other kfcs and never come accross worms in our meal.
and then he still wanted me to come around for a free meal? no thank you.

On 25 November O8 I went to 17 Quarter on William Moffet Rd, Port Elizabeth.I arrived at 5.55pm to place an order for an 8 piece family feast. There were 2 chicken wings in the display oven. I should have realised then that there was a problem. The lady who served me told me that there would be a 12 minute wait for chicken .I was prepared to wait and so paid and waited, and waited. In the mean time other customers were becoming irate and the drive through was growing longer and longer. One customer ordered a coke and was told that they had none in stock. We all know that coke is the fastest seller ( so there go your G Ps down the drain), but as it is a franchise you would think that the manager would think to loan stock from another franchise ( stock transfer) or replace it at a later date.
I realise that Coke is a difficult company to deal with as they have no competition and no one at coke really cares .The staff then went into a panic ( no sign of a manager ), but I believe her name is Margaret as we did ask for her but she never materialised . The staff were frantically running around with family feast containers full of chicken ( greasy and not properly drained)
and trying to portion it out at the front counter instead of putting it into the front ovens and serving it from there. Needless to say 45 minutes later I walked out of KFC with supper. This I believe is fast food .
Nobuhle who served me did apologise and thank me for waiting . I did notice a training schedule up in the kitchen but clearly it has failed . On Sunday the 24November08 we went through the drive through and ordered 4 ice creams and recieved 3, so when I saw the trophy that said Drive through award for 2008 I had a quite laugh to myself . This store has been open for a year now and every time I go back it is still as bad as before. These staff clearly dont know what they are doing, are not yet competent and are in dire need of training . Shame on the you KFC management and area managers . Sort this store out before the xmas rush.

The best KFC branch is forsure - Oudtshoorn! We have NEVER bought something there that wasnt satisfactory. It's the first and only KFC where the burgers match the ones on tv, the right amount of everything. Also the piece of chicken you get on your burger is as big as the burger, you dont bite into dry bread before you get to the chicken.

For the 2nd time now we've bought from KFC-Pretoria North and all of us who ate the chicken had to run to the toilet. Thank God that we have a house with 2 bathrooms. It sounded like a pregnant Elephant who's water broke, every time one of us went to the loo. Runny tummy and vomiting. The sad part is that my brother went to school (Grade 7) and the brown water just ran off his legs. Now, there is NO amount of money that can erase that image from the rest of his classmate’s minds. They will make fun of him throughout High school and one day they will tell their children about the boy who had the squirts in class.
It is sad to say, but everybody doesn't have the same standards as I have. I won't eat anything if I saw a fly on it, but here in Gauteng you'll find that some nationalities sells meat packed out on a used cardboard box, on the dirt road, with flies zooming about. That is why they sell the KFC even if it wasn't so clean, because they see nothing wrong with it.
People, this happened twice! The ### and the vomiting.

I WAS IN QUEENSTOWN DRIVE-IN KFC FOR A COUPLE OF ZINGERS AND THE GAVE ME VERY BURNED CHICKEN FILLET WITHIN THE BURGER AND WAS DIFFICULT TO EVEN BITE!

I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH TO ANY ONE WHO PASS BY AND HAPPEN TO BUY ONE, PLEASE CHOOSE THE SIT IN KFC FROM THE OTHER END OF TOWN IF YOU INSIST USING A KFC IN QUEENSTOWN, EASTERN CAPE, SOUTH AFRICA

The Owner Kentucky Fried Chicken.

Hi it’s a known fact that if you want to purchase quality Fried chicken you will drive those extra kilos and go To Durbanville Kentucky.

Even the Kids at the surrounding schools know this, and we have been only coming to you since your inception, when you bought out Uncle Joes Fish and chip Shop.

Well sad to say on the 29 th Dec 07 @ 19:18 Chk number 9420 served by number 22 Rikhotso the quality packed chicken and twister meals was not there.
We were third in the q @ the drive way, therefore there was no need to rush and put in rubbish horrible pieces of Kentucky which we threw away: Including the twisters.

It is not the size of the order that you should give of the best
I have bought smaller portions and received great quality from you.

Incidentally I have bought buckets of chicken from you over the many years.

If you have a high staff turnover contingency plans must be put together to ensure quality the service we are used to getting from you.
I am saddened by this break down in communication from your branch.

The service at Bothasig and Canal Walk is terrible. At Bothasig you always wait for about 40 minutes (drive through) for your food and at Canal Walk it is even worse. The workers are lazy and you can see that they don't really want to help you. At Somerset Mall branch you get a worm on your burger and you don't even have to pay extra for it!

We bought a barrel Kentucky pieces on Saturday night the 3rd of November. We went home and placed the barrel on the coffee table and everyone took a peace... when we eventually reached the bottom of the barrel with only three peaces inside we found that the bottom of the barrel was filled with till slips and filthy used napkins. I took photos and would like to have it published in our local newspaper.

KFC Badly cleaned, buffet line is filthy

I think someone needs to take along look at the kfc (kentucky fried chicken) - pryor, ok located at 2 s. Mill street. I and my wife used to eat there, but whole place isn't fit to eat at any more. Not only is the personnel slovenly, but the cafe inside is badly cleaned, the buffet line is filthy. Food slopped into other food serving bins and looks like little children has played in them. Personnel standing around not trying to at least clean it up or having a talk fest with others in kitchen. I and my wife have never seen a k.f.c. Buffet dining place, as poorly ran, or cleaned & we've been eating at k.f.c,'s for over40 years. But we will never eat at another one of your establishments again.

As a KFC lover for 25 years now, i have never seen such poor service as at the branch in Marlvern Jule street Johannesburg. I've decided a while ago not to go there anymore but today was the last! I ordered a hawaiwan burger and payed for it, only to find out when i got back at the office that it was in fact a regular rounder. I can not go back cause my lunch time is so to say over. The personnel there is half asleep, theres so much oil in the chicken, basically when you take a bite the oil squirts all over the place , a few times already when you get there you have to wait ten minutes as the chicken is not ready yet, theres always a shortage of something! PLEASE GUYS! MAKE A PLAN!

My wife and my family eat a lot of chicken from different places in new york from kentucky fryed chicken but in middletown ny the chicken does not taste like kentucky fried chicken it does not live up to its name and thats really sad somebody should do something. Im sorry i wrote this but i love the real tasting kentucky fryed chicken please do something they are not cooking it right i would like to hear back po 538 pinebush ny 12566

KFC Poor service and presentation!

I am 52 years old and I have in the past and up till yesterday always enjoyed my K F C food however all that has changed,I was doing some shopping in Avignon (France) when I had finished, I thought it would be a nice surprise to take home some KFC I went to the drive and ordered two items One. tender pieces six. and Two Spicy wings five pieces, I was asked what sauce I would like, I replied One sweet and sour and One barbecue, moved to window two to collect my order paid and left. When I arrived home and opened the cartons .in the first carton were five tiny pieces of Kentucky Fried Cardboard, small. hard. dry. and cold with no taste whatsoever unless cardboard is counted as a flavor (warm would have been normal I don't live far) the second carton there were six very small and very dry pieces of wing, the sauces remember one sweet and sour one barbecue, wait for it two curry, You will no doubt process this complaint in your own way,But Remember this the drive through is a thing of trust (unless we have to verify ever package we by on the spot) Its no big deal but it spoilt my night. You have brought this product from the USA with great publicity I have eaten KFC in more than one country, don't let your quality and reputation slide Keep the food hot and fresh and ask your staff to really pay attention when they take an order I will return once more to see if this was just bad luck, but do not forget this is KFC you are not supposed to get bad luck, just good finger licking food.

I ordered a family meal last friday and i recieved the most horrible service and food.I intially ordered 8 pieces of chicken (build your feast)with coleslaw and chips at the drive through.I had to repeat my order atleast three times before the correct order was taken because the person assisting me was not able to understand.This was highly fraustrating to begin with!I proceeded by paying for the order and collected my meal.When i got home and opened the packet, there were exactly five pieces of chicken which looked like it had been left in oil for far to long, cold over fried chips and no serviettes with sauce!i cannot understand this level of service.Needless to say more i had no time to drive back but this is very unexceptable!

To whom it may concern, I am extremely disappointed as yet again we received 5 chicken wings out of 8 pieces of chicken, and they forgot to give us coleslaw which we asked for.This has happened on a number of occasions and has left me with a very bad taste in my mouth.I will never go to Wodonga East Kentucky again.

K F C in general is sliding down hill just yesterday I went in to a store in Murray Bridge in South Australia and to my surprise there was flies every where, there was no way you could even sit in there, there was less flies out side but try and sit down out side was a chore on it's own. Rubbish was every where the tables not even wiped down.
I think all the franchises in the world are far too busy making a profit than to worry about customer satisfaction...

tried cashing on the oprah winfrey unthink kfc free offer, and was denied. notes were posted all over intercom and window indicating that they were non-participants of the promotion. i wound up paying $5.34 for a 2 pc. grilled chicken meal.

I just came back from a KFC in RI..and I feel dissapointed the way I was treated...I'm Hispanic and speak English without problem. But this lady (cape verdean) made feel like I was from another planet...My son was the one who made the order. He never buys food at KFC so he wasnt familiar with the menu...so when he started asking what kind of sides they have the lady got upset and screamed: Oh my God! well too bad she was there to let him know the sides and the chicken styles they have.
That board they have outside has small letters and it's hard to read; Also, they don't have enough light at the board...It's papetic. When I arrived at the window I told her that we don't usually buy food at KFC and we are not familiar with the menu..she kept stearing at me like I was a ghost when she gave us the food I asked her what kind of sauce they have...she didn't say a word..my son didn't want any sauce anyways..
I love to be well treated wherever I go. Since I got my customer service representative certificate I've learned how important is for a company to provide an excellent customer service. IT MEANS "MONEY FOR THEM".

KFC Big problem with their mashed potato bowls

The KFC on AZ Ave in Chandler just north of Galveston Rd. has a big problem with their mashed potato bowls. It's the only thing I've ordered there so far. Twice now I've been ripped. The first time it was half full and the second time the chicken was missing, there were only pieces of fried breading. YUK!

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

KFC kfc was nothing but rude and disconcerned!

I placed an order through the drive thru for a small order of livers and gravy. Now, the livers are listed at 3.99, so when I am told 5.82, I am wondering why? I asked the guy running the drive thru.

He said that gravy is 1.50. a dollar and a half for a little thing of gravy. I let him know that his menu does not tell customers that gravy is an extra charge. he didn't seem to care. So, when I pulled out, I called KFC to talk to the manager. She got on the phone and explained very rudely that it has always been this way. I explained to her that Lee's Famous Recipe gives people gravy with their livers. She said, sorry that is the way it is. I asked her if she thought it should be on the menu, she said she didn't know and that was it. She did not offer anything.

Well, I got on KFC's website and apparently they either don't care or just don't check their guest complaints. I was a restaurant manager with Applebee's for 10 years and when a guest complained about something, we bent over backwards! KFC was nothing but rude and disconcerned.

Stopped using KFC recently when I discovered it had changed to an
Islamic fast food outlet. No one asked me (or any of my multitude of friends) if I minded being served torture-killed halal chicken.
So now KFC have missed out on about £200 a week takings just from my little circle. Also I am spreading the word about this.
Another beef. Have you tried to contact KFC 'customer service?'
Non existent. Sincerely hope they end up bankrupt. Will do all I can to speed up the demise of this once decent company.

Today is 27 May 2009. we went to the KFC here in Orangeburg, SC at approx. 8:30 PM. After all this hype about GRILLED, i HAD TO TRY IT. We've been less than satisfied with this KFC before and for only God knows the reason, I thought this time would be different, WRONG! This has got to be the stupidest, laziest, not give a s++t people on the planet. The crap they served us must have been under a lamp for the better part of the day- probably yesterday. I told the incompetant that I could not eat cole slaw, fine! we'll give you 2 mashed potatoes. Get home- cole slaw! Where does it break down between what I ordered and what I received? With the flippin" IDIOT behind the counter.

hello my nane is nancy i went to store 3387 on october 1st @ 8:07pm and the employes that were working with food were not wearing gloves even the managr by time i realizes it was to late to say something there was a line and i charged my food . the food was not fit to eat! i would like for some one to call me on this issue thank you [protected]

i have just returned from my 2 weeks holiday to marmaris turkey, on departure from dalaman airport we decided to visit kfc and ordered a combo for one which cost £10 english pounds, what i received for my money was 2 chicken wings & 2 chicken legs & 1 fillet & i was disgusted at the size of the portions because not 1 of them was the size of my pinky finger, and when i complained about the size of the portions i was told that i would have to take as it had already been seved to me.I like going to kfc but them portions really put me off, so i would advice anyone going to dalaman airport not to visit kfc as you will be seriously ripped off.

I recently ate at KFC Meadowhall, in Sheffield, I ordered chicken fillet tower meals, which is a family favourite.I took my order to the table and first of all the fries were not even warm, I returned them and they were exchanged.On opening my fillet it was falling out of the bread the lettuce was slimy, we removed the lettuce on eating the bread bun was dry around the sides.I know that at meadowhall it can get busy, however that is no reson to let standards slip.The customer care is a priority, I do not feel that it is a priority to some of your workforce.Please repond as to the standards in this take out.

I was in k fried c and was there 20 mins and i ask the manager how longi had to wait to get food and she said that she was the only one there and i said that since she was the manager she should hire more people to help and she said nothing and i ask for her manager's name and she ask why and i said i wanted to complaint and she said you just did and also said that she wasn't going to serve me, and with that my mind was made i am 42 and ate my first bit of kfc in the very early 70's but as of 3/29/07 i have eaten my last piece, all kfc restaurants has gone down over 50% from what i remember and they are very raciest to match, 25093 michigan ave dearborn mich. Mgr and attendant jeannene very sad
