purchased this spa in feb 2008. remote radio control is not working at all. unable to contact manufacturer (keysbackyard). can you help with a phone number? are they still in business? we purchased this spa through costco

    We bought a Keys backyard spa through Sam's Club. The radio/CD player only worked the first day we had it. We weren't able to get the Key's people to fix it properly, despite the warranty. Keys is now out of business- they were bought out by Infinity spas. You can google them and get a number for customer service, but they are even more difficult to deal with than Keys were. It's a decent hot tub, for the price- it's just frustrating that the music system has never worked properly.

    keysbackyard spa - under warenty and it got all waterlogged so I had to throw it again I need to get compancited for it being I am still under warrenty who do I go to?

    I ordered my spa and cover and bought it from Home Depot. after 3 yrs the cover got water logged and I have been trying to find who ever is responsible for this warrenty need help I had to throw the cover away because it was all mildued and mold growing from it I need help in finding out if there is a law suite going and if not there should be one
    I do not have photos but I purchased the whole thing bran new from home depot and they have records along with me

    and why have you not taken this up with home depot? that is if the warranty hasnt EXPIRED!!!
