Ginty negotiated purchasing of goods from various suppliers for his business First Aid Express Limited under credit terms and good faith.

Large debts are now significantly overdue and several legal final demands have been issued. He has made many promises to pay his supply chain, but fails to do so on every occasion.

Despite taking receipt of the goods, his businesses show as having no assets. He is allowing his latest two businesses 'Centonis Limited' and 'First Aid Express Limited' though to Strike Off on the Irish Companies Registration Office. However, his businesses are still physically active and his key staff, including Teresa, are still available. Once the businesses are on Strike Off, Ginty walks away with the loot and the many companies are left unpaid and at a significant loss.
