Keurig Green Mountain keurig coffee maker

My new machine makes any size cup it feels like. I called to complain and customer service tells me to use bottled or filtered water or will clog. Now that's all well and good as I have a filter on my main water but how could it be possible I clogged a brand new machine
I have had about 10 machines over the years but the last 2 are horrible
The girl I spoke to didn't seem to care at all or attempt to do right by me. I know other people who have also had problems with new keurig not lasting. Maybe they bought nespresso and are trying to up there sales

Keurig Green Mountain the taste of the nantucket blend medium roast coffee-weak

I purchased a 72 box of Green Mountain Nantucket Blend Medium Roast Coffee C150 184 from the Commissary at Fort Gordon, Ga. Several of the Kcup were very weak in flavor. I added the same amount of water and cream, and the coffee just taste like water. I tried different coffee kcup and the flavor was stronge.
I have been drinking Green Mountain for over 5 years and never had a problem before.
The coffee is just very weak taste.

I request a refund for the box of $28.00. Then I can purchase another box of Green mountain and hopefully the box will be great. Or you can just send me a box of 72 kcup to replace this box.

Keurig Green Mountain green mountain bagged dark magic

I just bought a 12oz Bag of green mountain dark magic coffee and tried it this morning and I have to tell you it was the worst coffee ever, it was so sour I had to dump the
whole pot. I did notice it smelled sour when I opened the bag so I added little salt for bitterness and that did not even work. I will tell you I will never buy again or recommend it to my friends.

Keurig Green Mountain employees and employment

If you working for temp service in Keurig Green mountain in Knoxville Tennessee you will not have a chance to get hired because... to much favouritism and racism in the company... I work there for a year and put application since October of 2017 to October of 2018 ... there no equal opportunity in this work place ... they always want to find something negative so they will not hired ... to many people telling on each other and it's sad smh ...

Keurig Green Mountain keurig carafe 400 series

I am so frustrated to discover the only option to use the carafe is to purchase the pods for that size. Why can't you manufacture a reusable pod so that I can use the coffee I grind myself? You have a reusable 1 cup pod. Now, I have an expensive keurig machine and can't make a pot full of coffee only 1 cup at a time! If you can make a reusable 1 cup why can't you make a reusable carafe pod? Please answer-Coleen Shirley-[protected] or [protected]@yahoo.com

Keurig Green Mountain green mountain 12 pack of half-caff k-cup pods pl080 8032

The pods leak grounds into my cup and does not fill my cup with the amount of coffee I request. I have used four pods trying to see if there was a defect is in one or all of the pods. All four pods have done the same thing. I checked the K-2 machine that I own, but it works properly as all other pods used in the machine are fine. I would like to receive a refund or replacement for the box of pods I purchased. Has this complaint been issued before?

Keurig Green Mountain mcdonalds coffee pods

We purchase 70 packs and 30 packs of McDonalds coffee pods. We are pretty much fed up of paying for 70 pods and we only get to actually use 45 to 50 of them. The rest explode into your coffee cup leaving my coffee cup full of grind. When we purchase the 30 packs, we are lucky to have 20 cups of good coffee. The rest have grind in them. I love McDonalds coffee, but if I am going to get only half of what I pay for, because the pods don't work right, and I refuse to drink coffee full of grind.

Keurig Green Mountain keurig mini

I recd a keurig mini for Christmas, 2016. The pot stopped working on June 13, 2018. It no longer takes the water from the reservoir into the machine to make the coffee. Had to go buy a new one already! Keurigs are pricey and I would expect them to last longer than 1-1/2 years. I'd be better off buying a knockoff that is much cheaper if I have to replace this often.

Keurig Green Mountain decline in delivery and overall service

I've done business with Keurig, Green Mountain Coffee, Keurig Green Mountain etc for a number of years. Initially they were the only place where you could get keurig pods at a reasonable price with reasonable delivery prices. I have, for most of the years, purchased coffee in sufficient quantity to qualify for "free" delivery - which was sent by FedEx and arrived pretty quickly in WA State. As pods became more available in the local area at reasonable price and variety it seems that the "service" from Keurig/GMCR declined. I recently ordered coffee pods Keurig that were about the same price as in WalMart and other stores even though I got a "discount" by using my accumulated "points". Product availability at the discounted offering for points was quite limited - but would be okay to have on hand for visitors. I just checked on the delivery status and was shocked to see that the estimated time for FedEx was 10 calendar days. I realize that business profit margins have gotten more difficult to maintain with the market growth, but this is crazy. Selling for near equal prices, limited selection when using what should be preferred customer discount point options, and totally unacceptable delivery times tells me that Keurig/GMCR does not value it customer base. That combined with the unexpected elimination of the Rivo 500 Latte machine (which left me with a large amount of product with no way to buy another machine and no provision for refund or alternatives) causes me to say Keurig/GMCR simply is not interested in my business.

Keurig Green Mountain mccafe coffee pods

I am getting very frustrated with McCafe pods inferior design. Time after Time I have read the same complaints about how a hole blows through the side and spews coffee grounds. I have thrown out too many of these pods. As of yet I have not seen an answer to the complaints. Has this problem been fixed and if not, why hasn't this product been recalled? At some point if they haven't already, McDonalds will be questioning your quality control and customer service.
I kindly ask that you reply to my concerns.

You are among many people who have in the past and now in the future, the safety issue of K-Cup Pods bursting and exploding.
We at Topmakketing have addressed these safety issues with a new safety design feature to the K-Cup Pod.

In fact our design Incorporates the same suggestions that Keurig advises customers to do to their pods before use.Our safety design is now available to all distributors and K-Cup manufactures to use to address these safety issues

Keurig Green Mountain customer service

Purchased a K200 brewer and had problems with an interrupted brew message weekly. Finally was able to get Keurig to replace the brewer under warranty. I was asked to send a part of the broken brewer back and Keurig wanted me to pay for the shipping, which was not right. They then offered me two sample packs of coffee for my trouble. I tried to use the email coupon they sent, but it was not valid. I called customer service and they offered to place the order for me. The customer service representative was very helpful and friendly, but she could not get the order to work either. After being placed on hold a few times, she apologized and offered to send me two regular boxes of pods for my trouble. She still couldn't get the order to process so she had to transfer me to a supervisor. After a lengthy hold, the supervisor (Jay) went back to the original offer os sample packs. When I told him I was offered two full boxes of pods, he was rude and told me he wasn't doing that. After explaining my troubles with Keurig for a while, he told me he would send me one box and continued to be rude about the entire process. I've had my share of issues with the Keurig brewer and the customer service team had always been helpful. Jay on the other hand, was rude and not at all helpful, nor did he seem to care about my inconvenience. Will be calling back tomorrow to speak to someone about Jay. Very disappointed with Keurig at this point.

Keurig Green Mountain keurig 2.0 coffee maker

To Keurig,
As a Christmas gift for my sister I gave her a Keurig coffee brewer. In the last weeks it stop making coffee with the pods. It wouldn't pierce the bottom. On investigation the We noticed the piercing mechanism had broken off. This shouldn't happen to a cffeemaker less then 1 year old. I have nicked pictures of the pot and the part. Please advise how this is can be solve. They enjoy the coffee the pot makes but are disappointed in the quality.

Keurig Green Mountain kuerig coffee maker / green mountain coffee

I realize there are a lot of liberal pukes up in Vermont but the majority of the states in America are in line with the fact based comments of Sean Hannity and he stands for everything that made America great. Keurig and Green Mountain are wrong to pull ads from his show. You'll now lose more money from lost customers. I just tossed mine in the trash chute today.

The machine really makes lousy coffee too. I tried almost every brand of Green Mountain coffee in the machine and they all suck. The problem is with the ground coffee and the simplistic nature of the machine. It's basically like instant coffee which we all know is low quality.

I'm going back to grinding quality coffees, not low quality crap that has mouse turds and other pesticides ground up in it like Green Mountain. With my organic freshly ground coffees I'll pay a little more and get a good healthy, great tasting coffee experience.

I'm done with your company.
I'm not even a Hannity watcher, but your political nonsense is well noted.

You seem to want to intentionally hurt your brand.
Maybe you could hire Roger Goodell to help speed up the demise of your company. Why not stay out of politics and sell your wares instead?

Keurig Green Mountain cancellation of hannity radio program sponsorship

You cancellation of sponsorship based on the show's opposition to a politically generated issue of unproven allegations reveals your company's left wing political position which is unacceptable to me and I can no longer stomach your product, which I have used for many years. I will do all in my power to advance the growing boycott of Keurig products.

Keurig Green Mountain k cup cappuccino

I was so happy to find boxes of 9 rather then the 6 cup packets only to find I was missing a Froth packet. I live alone so I know I didn't use it and was so shocked. I've been hooked on the cappuccino for about 1 year now and was very upset to find that your quality is not as good as I had thought.
Please understand my sadness at the prospect of being ready for a wonderful cup of coffee only to find out you can not.

Keurig Green Mountain pulling ads from hannity show

I was very saddened when I heard you pulled your advertising account from Mr.Hannity's show. I was in the market for a machine for my fiancé but because of your recent decision, I decided to look at the Nescafe Dolce Gusto. I like the Keurig machine and the availability of kcups better, but I will not do business with a company that gives in to political correctness from the left. Thank you for your time,

Keurig Green Mountain stopping all purchases of keurig due to pulling sponsorship of sean hannity

I was planning on buying 3 Keurigs this Christmas for my adult children but will no longer do so due to your pulling sponsorship from Sean Hannity show. Very disappointed in your trying to shut down free speech.
In this country people are supposed to be innocent until proven guilty. You chose to go with the left's suppression of any dialogue that does not match their talking points. Shame on you.

Keurig Green Mountain keurig 2.0

I had the original Keurig for about 3 years and it worked great every day however I wanted to replace it because I wanted one that could also brewed a pot of coffee as well as pods so I purchased the Keurig 2.0 from Bed, Bath and Beyond in Pensacola, FL. However, it really never brewed the k-cup well, but since I really wanted it for the pot, it didn't seem to bother me as much. However, after a few months, it decided it didn't want to brew the coffee. Every time I would go to brew the pot, it would indicate I have a k-cup and vice versa. It did not recognize the carafe. After playing around with in for about 20 minutes each time, it would brew the pot, but it is frustrating and time consuming. Also the LCD screening is going out. I have only had the Keurig for about 10 months. This weekend I decided to go look at other coffee makers because I am so upset with the Keurig brand. I noticed there are a lot of complaints about the Keurig 2.0. I would like to have it replaced with something else or my money returned. Please respond. Thank you.

Keurig Green Mountain k150 & k70

I purchased the commercial series one for my home thinking it would last a long time, I was wrong. Had a backup one stored in my closet still in the box, open it after my commercial Keurig went on the blank and it don't work. Both are out of warranty even the brand new one still in the box. Go Figure, please people, don't waste your money on this company products.

Warning, Warning, Warning.

Do not purchase any of this company products, they are made to brake down on you! The customer service hotline is a joke as well.
No real solutions for you.
