My grandmother bought me a Keurig Coffee Maker and it was broke. I tried to return/ exchange it but they refused without a reciept. Now I have a broken coffee maker worth $100 and hate Target. Walmart is much better! Not only would they not let me exchange it they wanted me to take the new one back to the department! They suck and so does Tim the manager! I bet if this happened to him they would exchange it!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I bought 2 boxes of these pods on June 28th I believe at Marshalls store in Austin MN and they won't stop exploding when I try and make them. The whole box must be that way and I tried some from both. I had this issue with the dark roast ones too. I love the coffee but can't brew it unless I open a pod and use my purple pod maker.
We been having our Kcups pop after we make the coffee. Our machine is brand new so we want our money back on our k-cups
Have been buying these for years from Quill Office supplies, I but a case at a time ( 96 pods ) This last case that I purchased has given me nothing but trouble ! The pods plug up, and you end up getting a half cup of coffee, full of grounds, and have to clean the machine numerous times, because the grounds plug it up.
Very disappointed with them !
I love my strong coffee. The dark magic is the only one I have found that has a great, strong flavor. I usually buy the 60 count box which is about $60.00. Twice now every pod I try over flows with grounds leaving a mess in my keurig and filling my cup with coffee grounds.

Keurig Green Mountain SUPPORTS FOX NEWS and just lost me and my family as customers. Forever. I'm a Republican but am saddened and astonished at what pssses for "news" on this network.
Heading to Macy's right now to buy a Nespresso
machine to replace my Keurig which I will promptly trash.
Just got a Keurig, and it's lovely. Makes a great cup of coffee. No complaints here.
I just took my new keurig back to the store for a refund. What a piece of junk!
