I had a terrible time collecting my winnings for nearly 2 years until I contacted the Better Business Bureau with my complaint. Joe, the President of Keclink, gave me the sob story of his son passing away as the reason my checks were delayed. Since then I have earned two more checks, one in June and the other in September. Lo' and behold I have not received these winnings yet, either. Not sure what gives but feel this site is becoming more and more a scam than a place to earn moolah.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
The "contact us" feature doesn't seem to work on KERClink in order for me to inquire about my check that I earned in Jan 2019. I am Member 135262. Laura R.

I was told several months ago I would receive my winnings from KerClink; but to date have not received a check. Additionally, within the game is a contact page; but the email will not work! How do I get ahold of these people! Does anyone know their email address?
