KFC chicken

I went to the drive-thru at the Franklin, TN, KFC to order 2, $5 Chicken Pot Pie Meal Deals. Appears they don't cook enough or sell out quickly & it would take another 16 minute wait time. I normally have't to call them 20 minutes prior to leaving my job to even get one of these pies. Of course, this time I forgot to call because of the storm and when I got there they stated they were sold out. I proceeded to request 2 of the chicken breast $5 meal deals with a diet & reg Pepsi in the pouring rain at the drive-thru window. The inside of my car got soaking wet and when I got to the pick-up window they just gave me 2 chicken breasts in a box. I advised I ordered the $5 meal deals like the chicken pot pie & then they proceeded to give me a biscuit, mashed potatoes & drinks. I was charged $11.66.

The chicken breast was so touch that I have to spit it out to keep from choking. It was dry and cold like it's been sitting for 2 days. I have never complained before, but the chicken was horribly and the biscuits were no better.

I did scanned my receipts but there was no place to place it in this email.

I would like a refund if possible or a gift card.

KFC bad service

My boyfriend works there and they've been very rude and unprofessional to him. There is one lady named Tammy (I don't know her last name). She left a message on my grandma's house phone being rude. He also talked to a guy named Keith (I don't know his last name either) about taking the day off for family reasons and he said he would talk to Tammy but never did. So he then talked to her and she was being rude and unprofessional once again. He had talked to corporate to find out when he would get paid because Tammy wouldn't tell him. She went off on him for calling and asking. She was saying he left a bad review and she had already told him (which she never did). I am outraged that this is house they treat their employees. (This is 240 Shawnee Mall Drive Oklahoma).

KFC food too cooked

On may 11, 2018 I ordered take out. Store #H667007, tenders meal, $20 meal. The tenders were so over cooked we could hardly tear it off, I live too far away to take it back, so I am out the money. We like KFC, but if this is how you do it, I will have go someplace else. I would like a refund of the total of $23.47, our buget is too low to throw away money. The ticket # was 3408, Burgaw, nc. Thank you

KFC kfc chicken

Hello. My name is Kenneth mosely. I really enjoy your food. Tonight, at about 6:30, I went to our local KFC. I was asked if I would like the twenty dollar fill up. I did. That is what I needed. The waitress told me they did not have any chicken. I was confused. I asked how long it would take to cook some. She asked me how many people I was trying to feed. I left and went across the street to another restraunt. I just thought someone should know. Thank you.

KFC service

Me and my coworker ordered our lunch at around 11:45am and at the time was only a couple other customers in restaurant. We waited the normal time to get our lunch and only one sandwich came out and the cashier told us we had to wait for other one to cook because they ran out of chicken. We asked how long and she replied 6 min. I then took the one sandwich to the table and waited for other. We had waited about 10 min and then they came out and said we had to wait again for an additional 7 min for the chicken to cook because they gave it all to drive thru orders. We then waited again for about 10 more minutes before we went up to the counter and seen that nobody was even in the kitchen area working. Everyone had taken break at the same time. This was by now around 12:10 and finally one girl came out and started doing a drive thru order and we asked her to come to register and she told us we had to wait again, she was busy, I told her we had already waited over 20 min and by now our lunch break was over and we had to leave and didn't get our food. She just kept saying I had to wait. Then I started to get irritated because we had to leave. An argument started by now and all the employees there came out and one cashier girl was swearing at us saying " it takes time to cook the ******* chicken" it then got very loud and everyone was yelling at each other and she finally just grabbed some money from the register and slammed it on counter and told us " here's your **** money back, now leave!". This is not very professional at all and don't believe I will ever go back to your restaurant again, especially the one I visited today.

KFC pot pie and other food

My family and I went to the KFC in Hammond Louisiana for Mother's Day lunch at 12:45 pm. Several of us wanted pot pies and they told us that they were out. They also was out of 3 of there fountain drinks. On top of that the food that I did get was cold and very over cooked. While we were sitting there one of the employees kept yelling that they were out of a lot of food. For mother's Day that's Bad for business. I really want to see some thing done about this situation. KFC service

I was visiting my son and grandchildren for a quick two day visit. After church Sunday (mother's day) We went to KFC on 207 Mercury Blvd for food for a picnic at a old fort. Both grandchildren were so excited. Note— We spent 9.5 hours on the road both ways (19 total) for a two day visit. When we told them we couldn't go they were heart broken. Do you know how this makes me feel?

We stopped and asked for a 16 piece meal. They told us it would be 30 mins. At 40 minutes a lady came out and told us it would be 15 more minutes on the chicken. Meanwhile some 30-35 cars went through the drive through and left for chicken.
Because my son had choir practice at 5 we had to go home. My pregnant daughter in law was almost sick because she didn't eat. Ruined our day and our visit. I still can't believe this happened and am still upset that I disappointed the two dearest things to me in the world.

We were there at 1:52...purposely went home after church to change clothes and avoid rush.

Completely inaccceptable. All your new ads won't help with this kind of service.

KFC rude cashier

I came inside the restaurant with my Aunt, she ordered & apparently there was a misunderstanding . Tanisha (cashier) was extremely nasty from the beginning. I along with my aunt tried explain what we wanted to order, & she said "Look ma'am you ordered 3 soft tacos... raising her voice, etc. Mind you her manager came up & started ringing on the register. The manager said not one word to her or us. Our order was still incorrect. As we sat & ate Tanisha decides she will come out & clean the counter & tables while saying that's okay; let me see one of them on the street. I am totally disgusted with this encounter & I will contact the governor & mayor of Colmar manor & Cottage city Md. This is Unacceptable!

KFC service

So, going to KFC ELARDUSPARK for lunch, turns out, the lady taking my order takes at least 5 min to understand what the order is (total order of 3 items) She still send it through wrongly to the kitchen. After sending the food back and speaking to the manager, the manager brings out my food and is wrong again! I insisted on a refund as this was a 30 minute process. No apologies, no nothing. The staff were rude! I am disgusted that out of 3 items, 2 of them were wrong - TWICE! Fast food that took 30 min and I still left hungry!

KFC service and messed of orders

I have been to kfc on east main street in rock hill sc 5 times in the last month. I place my and it is called back to be. But when I get home it is not what I order. So I call back and talk to the manger and she informs me that she will make it right. So the next week I go back to pick up my order and get home and it is still wrong. This went on for 2 more times. So today I go and order 12 hot wings, large Cole slaw and a large mashed potatoes. Get home and I have mac and cheese instead of Cole slaw. So I called and made a compliant and was informed that I could get a 10.00 voucher, and I asked to have someone call me also. But was told I could only have one or the other. My orders are 20.00 or more. JUST UNACCEPTABLE

KFC no food available again

I went to kfc in tacoma wa. 38th street store today waited in line for two other customers in front of me only to be told when i ordered that this kfc does not have any white chicken and that they have non that they can cook? i have not been in this location for four months because every time my wife and i went there this store never had any chicken ready to serve or had to subsitute something to complete an order. (my entire family has nick named this location no chicken chicken) i went there today assuming that by now it must have new management but appearantly i was wrong. I cannot believe that a frachise that makes its entire existince on selling chicken can allow its store to operate with no chicken on the premises. I will not be returning to this kfc in the future as this is the third time i personnally advised kfc of the fact that this location repeatedly has no chicken as advertised.

KFC service

I often visit this Taco Bell kfc for the simple fact that it is on my side of the city. Not only was the service on the inside INCREDIBLY slow, but the parking lot stenched of marijuana smoke. Not sure if it was the younger gentleman or if it was the woman in her car or both! Each were workers. I smelled them before I saw them is the least to say. Not the first time I've experienced this here but it is the last time I will be back to this establishment!

KFC the service @ the kfc in carrick. pa

There is a constant problem getting my food order correctly there. In my last visit today, I tried to be as clear and direct [censored] possible due to the inconsistency of my past orders. A new issue arrised witch should never happened in the service industry. This girl Brittany gave me the biggest attitude. She couldn't get my order right when repeating back to me and finally said to me" That's what I just said to you.". I asked why the attitude? She replied that it was hard to hear. So once again my order was completely wrong. I ordered a BBQ chicken sandwich combo with a side of Cole slaw and got a plain sandwich and no wedges. And a pot pie fill up. They were out for 20 min. Not sure what the problem is but I will definitely never go back.

KFC special order for special occasion

On April 30, 2018, called in a special order for chicken and potatoes to be picked up on May 7 between 3 and 3:30. I repeated the order to the manager at least twice and he repeated it back. He said to call store 20 minutes before pickup. I called the morning of May 7 and double checked that everything was a go. Turns out, they had written down 5:30 and the chicken order was wrong.
Got the order straightened out and again it was repeated back. Called 20 minutes before going to pick up order. No answer. Did it at least ten times. after many many rings, went to fax. I used the same number as before (to talk to them). We got to the store, nothing had been started. We said to forget about it and went to Publix. Called KFC 1-800-266-7883. May explain a lot. Very disappointed! I understand the 1 star rating.

KFC food order

I had called my local KFC today, to find out about their Monday special. I was told for $1.99 it came with chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes/gravy and a biscuit. And, for $1 more ($2.99) it came witn all that plus coleslaw AND GREEN BEANS.
Well, my husband went through the drive thru, to pick up our family's dinner. When he came home there were NO GREEN BEANS!
I called KFC and spoke with Jamie the manager. He told me that the $2.99 special did not come with green beans, only coleslaw! I tried telling him that i was told green beans over the phone and that we would not have paid an extra $1, just for a VERY SMALL order of coleslaw!
He refused to make this complaint right for my family & I. I have never known of any restaurant to not make correct in what the customer was told!
If this is the way that KFC does their business, I can and will take my family of 4 to another local Chicken Chain.

KFC employees

This happened 3 day ago, Thursday - May 3 2018. I ordered from KFC Kuwaitat (Lulu hypermarket) for take away.
When i got home i found out that i got the wrong order!
(FYI it happened several times before!)
I called the store & told them about what happened & they told me to come back to their store & they'll exchange the meal!
Obviously I couldn't go back since i was already home & there was no way for me to go out again! & what bothered me even more that this happened with me from the same store before !
** I don't understand if it was my mistake that I didn't check the order in the store! Since now this is my job bc your incompetent employees keep making the same mistake over & over again!
I understand that they couldn't deliver the food since they have no delivery service but i talked to the supervisor & asked him to fix this problem. I explained that i didn't touch the food & I believe there was a misunderstanding since i thought that the supervisor has arranged with another branch to get the food delivered to my place but if turned out that he did nothing ?
I called the store after almost 1/1:30 hours asking about the delivery! The worker knew nothing about this issue & i asked him to transfer the call to the supervisor & he told me that he left!
(Even if this is the case i would expect at least that the supervisor would inform the workers who are on shift about this matter! I don't understand how the employees don't know anything & they couldn't do anything for me bc he left as far as I know)
And for this reason i called back the next day asking to get my food to be delivered to my place!
I talked to a guy called (Alex) & told him that i want the food to be delivered to me! He explained that he couldn't do anything since they have no delivery! So he said there's nothing that he can do & i should come to the store! He was very rude & i was disrespected!
But at this point i wasn't having it anymore i was very upset & told him to figure this out & to fix it ! Why are they troubling me when it was their fault in the beginning.
- i told him i'll give him time to arrange someone to deliver it & i'll call him back again.
I called twice. The first time he hang up the phone! & the second time it kept ringing & no one answered!
This is not okay! Unexceptable & absolutely unprofessional.
I called ([protected]) explained the situation & they were very nice to me & apologised on the store ‘s behalf & told me that she'll be contacting them & ask them to call me.
After 40+ mins i had to call back ([protected]) since no one called me? They transferred me to the store again & they told me that i have to wait!
I waited & when i got the food i got a very cold meal & not fresh fries!

Just so you know i'm never stepping in that store ever again! This is not a way to treat a customer!
This is my side of the story, i'm expecting that someone will discuss this with the employees that i had this issue with & to hear theirs.
The only reason that i sent this complaint is that it happened way too many times before & i'm not sliding this anymore bc of the way this was handled by the store!
If there was a mistake that happened from their side i expect them to handle it without troubling the customer bc i paid for this meal! & i expect professionalism especially from a place like KFC!
Please handle this & i'm expecting your call.

KFC very dirty restaurant

ON May 4, I had lunch here. Complaint is that everything was Dirty!Display cases for food, food trays, floors and chairs, bathroom--sink almost black !Soap or detergent had not been used in very long time !
When was Management's last inspection? KFC should inspect their restaurants they own or franchise on regular basis to protect their image and customers.
I have told my friends Not to eat there !

Your restaurant in Grass Valley, CA. is very DIRTY !. Food trays, chairs, food displays, floor, and bathroom. They have NOT seen soap in very long time ! I am telling friends NOT to eat there !

KFC service

Last night around 5/4/18 at 10:18pm me and my family decided to stop at KFC Wesley Chapel Rd in Decatur Ga. 30035. Originally we wanted to try the new chicken sandwich $5 fill up. We were told there were no more sandwiches nor mash potatoes. As a result we said we'll take 2 pieces dark fill up with green beans. When we arrived at the window a young man took our payment but the young lady standing behind him was the one that took our order. With my young listening we heard her curse about she didnt want anyone to cook more chicken like she was ready to leave. The drive-thru window was open so we heard everything. She even walked back over to the window and stated they only had breast meat. So I then stated I 'll just take that. She handed me my food then dhut the window abruptly. I wanted for a second because I said excuse me i never the the condiments I asked for. Reluctantly we received that from both. This was the second bad customer service issue. I'm sorry we will not be returning. Also when we returned home the order was incomplete with no cookie. The chicken in fact was 2 old dry legs and a dry old biscuit. Very poor service plus swearing infront of minors.

KFC chicken tender meal, fries

05-04-2018 5:30, not exactly sure, as I didn't get a receipt.
Visited KFC on W. Dublin-Granville Road, Cols., OH
We have eaten at KFC often but this was the worst ever.
They had no dark meat, wanted us to wait 20 minutes for legs at dinner time.
No sauces were given or offered for the tenders, fries were limp and cold.
The whole dinner was a mess. If I could, I request a total refund.

If you wanted a refund, you should have refused the food and asked for a refund then. But you ate the food and now you want a refund as well? Freeloader! As for the sauce, how hard is it to open up your mouth and request the sauce you want?

KFC mash potatoes

I had a side of mash potatoes in my K6 $5 fill up and in stead of giving me mash potatoes and gravy all I got was a container full of mash potatoes. That's bull crap. Working at KFC is not that hard this is ridiculous. I want a refund. Also nobody asked me if I wanted any dipping sauce for my chicken tenders. I can't believe some of the crap they think is okay and do anyways!
