KFC service

I placed an order online with Grubhub, after waiting for about 45 minutes someone from Grubhub called me saying that KFC asked them to call and say they didn't have green beans. That was fine, I told them macaroni was okay. The driver from Grubhub delivered it after about 1 hour and 15 minutes from the time we ordered. When we opened the bag the didn't put the chicken pot pie meal, the didn't include the potato wedges with another meal, they gave us only 4 pieces put of 5 of our spicy chicken, they gave us 2 out of 3 chicken on another meal. On top of that they didn't give us any biscuits. Frustrating as it is to now have to leave the house at 10 PM after waiting for how long to get our food we now had to go there to try to get our order taken care of.
When we got there the girl working there seem to have an attitude and kept saying to herself ‘oh I don't know why we do Grubhub' and just nonsense like that. The manager did try to accommodate us. Apparently they didn't have the potpie (which no one told us), they didn't have the sweet corn as well. He proceeded to fix our meal, however when we got home we realize he forgot the potato wedges again. I paid $6.79 for the potpie which he gave me back $5 and change. I didn't complain for a $1 or so. It wasn't a big deal because he tried to make it better by giving us extra chicken. But even with that, at the end of the day, it's as if I paid for it because I didn't get m potato wedges and I paid for 5 small pieces of spicy chicken $7.39 when that should have included the potato wedges.
I obviously didn't go back because I couldn't deal with going their wasting my time for a third time.

KFC customer service

I Was There On Wednesday And The Manager I Guess Her Name Was Janice (From what The Employees told me) Was Very Rude I don't understand how can you have a person like that run your establishment she used profanity while talking to her employees and the one girl looked sooo upset afterwards it broke my heart I really think you need to do something about this I believe she is the restaurant GM or Distric Manager but she should not be talking to employees that way it was very unprofessional

KFC manager

The manager was very disrespectful rude and violently aggressive towards and elderly woman who wanted to complain about a bathroom tissue roll holder hitting her in the face because it not being locked in correctly. The manager threatened the senior citizen stating that she would smack her and offered to fight her outside of the establishment. The manager had to be held back by another employee while the senior citizen was walking away

KFC customer safety

I hope that my feedback will provide additional training, safety improvements and container reinforcement. I came through the drive thru and ordered one of the family meals along with additional large sides and biscuits to feed 6 kids and 3 adults. I believe it was around 7:40pm on May 12th, 2018 and the Tampa, Fl location on Ehrlich Road. My order was around $50 dollars. Anytime I order a meal with containers I bring a plastic bin so that my food isnt damaged. I get home with my order and begin removing all the containers of food from the bags. I'm careful to not spill/drop by lifting straight upwards and then applying one palm of my hand under each container while placing on the counter. I get to the mashed potatoes and visually theres no damage/leaking to the container as I'm almost ready to set it on my counter the entire bottom of the container crumbles leaving extremely HOT mashed potatoes pouring out onto my entire palm/fingers. Instantly I'm in unbearable pain screaming and running to the kitchen sink to rinse cold water onto my burnt hand as fast a possible. I scared my kids and husband to death as they had no idea what just happened. I continue rinsing my palm in the cold water in hopes to get some kind of relief from the pain. I grabbed my first aid kit and sprayed burn antiseptic all over my hand. At this point, my entire palm and fingers were extremely red and inflamed. My husband calls the restaurant as I sit down to try and calm down. I'm listening to my husband explain to the manager what just happened to me and as he's doing this, he notices that our order is incorrect. We were missing a large side and another large side was wrong. Also the additional biscuits were missing which just added to our horrible experience. I'm listening to the conversation and it was shocking that there was ZERO empathy/concern and that all he seemed to want to know was what we ordered, if we had the receipt and who took my order... seriously! The person who took my order remembered me and the manager took our info and said that he will replace our order no problem. My husband explained that we will be unable to come back that night since I'm hurt and the manager said not a problem that we can come back anytime to pick up. I believe a couple weeks later my husband goes back to the restaurant to get our replacement order and the manager there demanded to see our reciept and who we spoke with etc. my husband wasn't expecting to get interrogated per his conversation with the manager he spoke with that night and who also got our info so that we wouldn't have any issues. This manager treated my husband like a criminal the way he was acting as if we did something wrong. So my husband showed him the pics of the food, broken container that burnt my hand and pic of my burnt hand as proof to what happened. All the pics are date and time stamped. This manager who I have no idea the name, still was giving my husband a hard time. I'm just appalled by how we were treated through this entire ordeal.

KFC food preparation

After my visit to the KFC on So. 38th, Tacoma Wa, i felt very ill. I ordered a 2 peice chicken at 11:10 am on June 20, 2018. I commented to my coworkers of the chicken tasting strange. A few hours later i became so dizzy and nauseated i could barely stand. After going home sick and throwing up, my suspicions regarding the bad chicken rang true. Please ensure employees are preparing fresh chicken regardless of the time of order. This could have been much worse. To properly represent the KFC brand, please ensure fresh food and healty food preparation is top priority.

After my visit to the KFC in Tacoma, Wa on So. 38th Street yesterday, June 20th 2018, 11:10 am, i noticed the 2 piece chicken i ordered had a different taste. After a few bites i felt the chicken was either old or undercooked because i made several comments to my coworkers about how it didn't taste right. A few hours later i became very nauseated and dizzy. I went home extremely sick and after throwing up several times, becoming so dehydrated from it, it confirmed the chicken was bad. Please ensure your employees are preparing fresh chicken regardless of the time a patron orders, because had this been worse, there could have been a law suit. Healthy food preparation is key to great service, and properly representing the brand of KFC.

KFC service

For the last few times I have been to my local KFC we have been short changed mainly with the chicken nuggets 6 pack. When we get home to my son's disapointment we only ever got 4 nuggets and had paid for 6 nuggets. We dont get KFC much as it is expensive so it is a real treat for us.
We went to get KFC tonight through the drive threw to order and as I placed my order for 6 pack nuggets and large chips and a burger total of $20.00. I asked the lady I placed the orderwith to ensure there would be 6 nuggets as the last few times we did not get 6 nuggets, she said to talk to the guy at the pick up window as he is the manger.
When I got to the window and told the manger about the missing nuggets and asked if he could put a extra 2 in as I had paid for them and never got them. He said just hang on and slamed the window shut and walked away then returned and just chucked me my food and said there is 6 and slamed the window again. I found him to be very rude and not at all interested in what I was saying.
For a international company with a good name to it I found this service to be very disappointing indeed. As Kfc is not cheap and I feel I will never get KFC again due to the service I have recieved over the last few visits.
For shame KFC!.

Also when we got home to open the bag our food looked like someone had just chucked it in the bag. The burger was squashed and the chips had that much seasoning on them you could not eat them and the nuggets where stone cold very disappointing.

Went to kfc Christchurch riccarton Road and bought a bugger chips drink with two chicken wings, the chips smelled like Indian food as if they have been cooking their own personal food in the fryer and I have been up all night with the [censored]s and sore stomach, oh and no ice in the drink either. It's owned and operated by Indian people and inside is dirty with mess everywhere, last time I ever buy KFC.

Got $52 worth of kfc last night from the sydneham store the only thing that tasted ok was the chips the chicken and potato and gravy tasted like off dish wash liquid disgusting so dear and so disappointed. Don't think I'll ever spend my money with kfc again..GROCE

KFC poor quality food and service.

I went to KFC on Schillingers road in Mobile, AL today June 20th, 2018 for lunch and the service and food was unacceptable.
-unresponsive at the drive thru speaker except for "what do you want"
-couldn't repeat my 1 order back to me even though I had to say it twice
-two pieces of grilled chicken breast rather than 1 breast and thigh, but received a overcooked dry meal consisting of 1 burnt breast and two dried out thighs that were so overcooked there was no meat to eat.

KFC refused service

Today on 06/19/2018 my Mother ant I went into KFC #D212038 at approximately 1:00 pm. We asked the cashier Jennifer if we could get our chicken made to order. She seemed adverse towards that idea. She called the manager Lucio over and told him in Spanish that they already had chicken, but we wanted ours fresh.

Lucio then told us that they already had chicken and will not be making ours to order. We have never been refused service for asking for a made to order meal. We are African Americans, and I don't know if the adversity was a prejudice thing or just bad customer service.

This was discouraging and upsetting for the both of us and a very uncomfotable. It makes me not want to do business anymore with KFC.

I have never had to complain formally before, but this is something that needs to be addressed. Furthermore, when I asked for their names they didn't seem the least bit concerned. Smiled in our face in fact.

Please look into this matter and this store in particular, because I am certain we are not the only one's dissatisfied with the service of this store. Thank You!

I didn't play the race card. I said I didn't know if it was a racial thing or just bad service. You appear racist though. Why are so many white people upset acting like the Klan ganging up on me? You can't speak for those people you don't know them. Nor where you there. There was a reason for us being treated that way. Would you like to explain that since you know so much. KFC burnt chicken

On 6/18/2018 at 7:30 I drove through KFC - Gulfgate, Houston, Texas 77087
Drive-thru I placed my order of 12 pc Orignal chicken along with 3 sides which were macaroni, mashed potatoes with gravy and coleslaw. When I completed my order the attendant asked me if I mind waiting for 30 minutes for the chicken because they were out. Now, this is not the first time that this has happened. It seems like they are always out of chicken... normally I would go elsewhere. But my family really enjoys KFC. So I decided to wait. As soon as I arrived home and opened up my buckets of chicken I was so upset because what I saw was burnt chicken Not only the chicken has burnt the macaroni was watery, not cheesy at all. Now, this was very upsetting to my family as we looking forward to a great dinner. Being at the moment our home is still under construction due to Harvey Storm. My family and I are very disappointed that this KFC Gulfgate location does not take pride in their service or their quality of chicken that they are cooking. The Meal I bought was not worth $30.00. KFC service/restaurant cleanliness

Went to KFC near Power Rd & Main St, Mesa, AZ 6-10, the cooking staff had such dirty aprons and clothing, we were worried at what are food was made off. Since there is only 1 other KFC around (about 10 miles from this one) we decided to stay. The food was good but the bench in the booth was not even attached. I could have fallen and really hurt myself. I told them and it was no big deal to them. They acted like it was no big deal, so if you fallen, so what attitude. Then we used the restroom, and it was disgusting. It was so filthy, you wanted to throw up it was so bad. The health department should be called and the whole restaurant should be inspected. I am so Thankful we did not get sick from eating there. But, not again. Clean up the place before someone gets horribly sick.

KFC defective container and undercooked food

6/19/18 KFC in Kanawha City, Charleston, WV. Ordered the $5 fill up. When I returned to office, I noticed there were no eating utensils included in the bag. I go to the trouble to track someone down with a fork then discovered for what? When I lifted the container of mashed potatoes, the bottom fell out and spilled potatoes and gravy all over my food (and me)! I am hoping the chicken was cooked thoroughly since one piece was slightly pink on the end. ( I'll let you know if I throw up in about 15 minutes.) The cookie was not completely done, which was a little refreshing since the last time it was burnt. I will say the biscuit was delicious, after I scraped off gravy and Styrofoam from it. The Diet Pepsi was fabulous. Next time, I'll just eat the canned ravioli I brought from home.

KFC service

We went to this restaurant ((# S720191) on Father's Day at about 3:30 PM. We went to the counter to order and was told that if we wanted anything other than Original Recipe it would be at least a 17 minute wait. We were going to order grilled, but with the wait ordered Original 16 piece with 4 mashed potatoes, gravy and then ordered two extra coleslaw. There were 2 other customers in the place at that time. We sat at a table to wait for what we assumed would be a very short time. We waited for 10 minutes, when another customer came in, ordered and got TWO original recipe buckets and walked out. I went to the counter and spoke, with what I assume was the manager. I wanted to know why we were still waiting and yet another person had come in and walked out with the very thing we had ordered. She said they were very short handed and was sorry, then offered a cake for our inconvenience. 3 cars had come through during this time and got their orders while we continued to wait. By the time we got our meal (which we paid over 50 dollars for) it had been over 15 minutes. Maybe we should have went ahead and ordered the grilled chicken. When we got home we discovered we weren't even given our own receipt, We were given a receipt for an order from 11:22 that morning. The receipt I was given was a debit with the woman's name on it (I have shredded it) but I worry that if my name was on my credit receipt it may be in some other persons hands. I will need to watch my credit bill very closely.
It has been well over a year since we have been to this restaurant because of a similar problem. Thought it would have changed but I guess not. I could not put my complaint on www.mykfcexperience.com because I didn't even have my own receipt.

KFC luke warm food

when I entered KFC we have a very nice little girl. I said the little girl about how hot it was outside and it felt good in there. The manager spoke up to me and said well you ought to be in here it is extremely hot in the kitchen. I said I would not doubt that it's hot in there because of the ovens running. The manager spoke up as well and said well I don't mean to sound mean but you can't expect us to be nice to people when it's hot in here which makes us very cranky and we I'm going to smile.

I ordered three adult meals from the hot bar and two children meals. Children are 2 and 1. I dipped the food from the hot bar for the children which was the right temperature for the 1 and 2 year olds. I fed the one year old child and then I dipped food for myself. The chicken pot pie, stuffing, corn and green beans were barely warm. I spoke to a worker which in turn contacted the manager on duty. I told the manager the food was barely warm to cold. Her attitude was extremely uncalled for. The manager spoke to me in a very foul manner stating "well I am going to check the temperature of all the food". She went over to the hot bar set the thermometer in the chicken pot pie after she stirred the chicken pot pie. The manager stated to me look it's registering the temperature it should be up to 180 degrees. I asked her how far in did she have the thermometer suck was it down against the bottom of the pan. She responded to me in a nasty manner of I do know how to take temperature's of food.

Also there was another gentleman there that had told the manager as well that the food was cold. She in turn told the man and his wife I know how to take a temperature of food.

The manager turn to me and said why did you not tell me sooner you ate the food and then you want what your money back. I said first of all I ate the food the kids did not eat. And second of all I said yes I would appreciate some of my money back. The manager was very rude to me so I turned and walked out the door. However my daughter was still in side of KFC and heard the manager talk nasty toward me.

My daughter went back in to KFC with intentions to use the restroom and she came out and told me the manager was still in there talking nasty toward me.

I feel first of all the manager should no longer be employed at the KFC because of her rudeness and unprofessionalism.

I was very unhappy and disappointed with the service at this KFC. I have been going to this KFC for many years and I'm talking even when I was a child. As disappointed as I was I'm not going to be returning to this KFC.

KFC cleanliness

This store is so dirty. If the front of the store looks so bad imagine what the back must look like. I am thoroughly disgusted. They should be ashamed of themselves. Oh, the restroom... Couldn't even use it. windows are filthy, the floor was covered in dried mud. We were the only ones in there and no one came out to sweep . The shifty manager, assuming, had the only cashier taking out trash with no hand washing. Gross. Tables were dirty, walls filthy, baseboard were black. Soda fountain had 5 selections working. Area was dirty. Good was ok. Mashed was what I had ordered for me due to diet restrictions. My friend ordered chicken. I can only hope we don't get sick. I had gone to the restroom upon arrival while good was ordered. The restroom floors were disgusting. Floor baseboard tiles gross. Sinks, toilets nasty and if you need to look in mirror, forget it. I walked out. Unfortunately food had been ordered. I have never seen such a dirty establishment. I'm a retire hospitality manager but even one with an untrained eye could clearly see the filth. Extremely nasty. Whoever owns this franchise needs to get it together. 2760 W Chandler Blvd

KFC management

This KFC location is very unprofessional and puts employees business out there for everyone to know. I can't believe how much crap they talk. What ever happened to privacy? They tell you that your not allowed to talk to people who have gotten fired or suspended from there business. Who do they think they are? They also hold on to ppls checks. That's against the law. Are they stupid or what? I will be speaking to someone on how to proceed with this matter. Corporate needs to get a hold of this quick. Breaking a lot of laws.

KFC service and treatment by the 'general manager'.

I went to KFC yesterday, 06-17-2018, for my Birthday Lunch at 5001 Murfreesboro Road, LaVergne, Tennessee, at 12:20pm. I asked the cashier how much a Senior Buffet was.' $8.55.' 'Does that include the Salad Bar?'.. which I had to ask. I then asked him: 1.' Can I take out my lunch'? His reply was: 'Yes, but load it up first, THEN pay for it'. (I never did understand THIS 'reasoning'. Then I asked him: 'I can't eat very much; I am 69 years old. Can I take the 'Salad' TO GO, after I eat from the main food bar, to which he answered: 'YES, you can'.
'GOOD. Then I will take the Buffet'.
I ate ONE portion of Mashed Potatoes, and 2 chicken thighs. I went back, and got one small chicken leg. Pressed on time, and 'full'...I went to the counter and waited quite some time, as no one 'noticed me' or paid any attention to me..(the General Manager was washing his hands, then standing there, with his back to me, talking to another employee who SHOULD have noticed me and said something.) Giving up, I called out to the young man who took my money, asking him for a 'TO GO' container. He started to give me a cardboard box. I then asked him for a 'Salad' container, and stated: 'I have one little Chicken Leg left, can I take that with me also?'..to which HE replied: 'Yes, that would be fine'.
I went to the 'Salad Bar', and got one portion of Cottage Cheese and Peaches. That is all I was going to get. (There isn't even any LETTUCE on that 'Salad Bar'!)
At this point...the 'General Manager' had 'planted his hands in the counter' and was YELLING in my direction. 'LADY! YOU CAN'T DO THAT!' I turned to see who he was YELLING at. ME! 'YOU CANNOT DO THAT'!
'WHAT can't I do'?!
'YOU CANNOT TAKE THAT FOOD OUT'!
'WHY not? '
'BECAUSE! WE DON'T ALLOW ANY FOOD TO GO OUT OFF OF THAT BUFFET! AND! YOU ASKED HIM IF YOU COULD TAKE A PIECE OF CHICKEN, AND THAT DOESN'T LOOK LIKE CHICKEN!'
I set the 'TO GO' dish down on the 'Salad' Bar, and walked over to the counter, and explained to him what I was told that I would be allowed to do, certainly a portion of Cottage Cheese and a few Peaches were covered in the $8.55 fee for a 'Senior Buffet'.
I then looked at his name insignia, and he blurted out: 'YES! I'M THE GENERAL MANAGER!'
I requested some of my money back, which was responded to with a resounding: 'NO! We can't separate it!'
I just stood there, looking at this RUDE man, who had been YELLING at me so loudly that many people were stopped, and watching how THIS scenario was going to end!
Was I embarrassed? Absolutely.
I had just brought in these employees a Cheesecake, and other Cake and Baked Goods, Thanking them all for working on a Sunday; working on Fathers' Day. I have LOVED KFC for more than 50 years! I have been a Restaurant Manager myself, and a Police Officer. I now work in the Hospitality Industry near Waldron Road and Interstate 24; just down the road from this restaurant, and send many tourists to this very KFC every day of the week. Will I do this anymore? Would YOU after someone treated YOU like this?
I wasn't given a receipt, so I do not have a Transaction Number for you.
Not only was I having my Birthday Dinner, alone, at what used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but to be so embarrassed by this man, in front of other patrons, to have had to pay so much for a few pieces of chicken, and not be able to have a 'SALAD' or even a little fruit for later is beyond belief; especially after I was told that it would be alright.
After his final, rude, stares and argument, I turned to him and his 'Assistant Manager'(?), and simply but firmly stated: 'ENJOY YOUR CHEESECAKE'. Something that was given with sincerity and with heartfelt feelings, certainly NOT expecting any 'special favors or treatment'.
This trip to KFC left me very surprised, extremely disappointed, hurt, angry, ruined my day totally. What kind of recommendations can I now give others for this restaurant? The rudeness and treatment by this man, and the cost was absolutely 'over the top', out of line, and has indeed left a sour taste in my mouth. I actually felt like vomiting this chicken on the sidewalk on my way out. THAT guy is in the WRONG business.

KFC food

Ordered 10pc xtra crispy. Got orig recipe and was hard to distinguish how many pieces because it looked like someone shook the absolute [censored] out of the food. Worst experience with kfc. Was supposed to be my fathers day meal. To.make.things worse we wanted popeyes and waited for 20mins in drive through to find out they closed early for fathers day. This is your chance to have a customer for life as boycotting whoever doenst resolve the issue.

KFC unethical behavior

A couple came to your restaurant located in Byram, Mississippi. At the speaker, the couple let the employee know that they are deaf. When they pulled around, the woman at the window deliberately covered her mouth so that the couple could not read her lips. The crew mocked the couple. This was hateful. KFC needs to investigate this immediately, discipline the crew members involved, and engage in education to prevent a repeat. KFC question about hours

I'm inquiring about the store hours on the door and online. Both say closed at 11 Friday's and Saturday's, is that accurate? The doors were closed at 10:15. This was 6/16/2018 at the hwy 210 location in Benson NC . If the hours are accurate that's fine, the door and website should be updated. There was a hand full of people standing at the counter and a child sitting on the counter. It honestly looked like a "mingle" with personal friends with the doors locked early.

KFC management

My son started a job with KFC and received no training and the manager could never answer any questions and never returning any calls he made to her. The store was going through employees like crazy unable to keep anyone working due to poor management. My son was accused of taking money from the register because they came up short at times when he worked the front end and drive thru with no training. On pay days he would have to wait most of the day or sometimes the next day to get a pay check because of the manager. My son decided he had enough and quit like most of the other employees have done and when he went to get his last check the manager told him she couldn't find it and she would have to call corporate and see what she owes him and she told him if she had to she will take money out of the safe to pay him. This is so ridiculous and since this manager Stacy eagle has taken over the business has went to [censored] and even the locals won't go back. Something needs to be done and how doesn't the owner or Corp see this.
