KFC I ordered 4pc meal today

I ordered 4 peace box meal today nd your chicken was not fresh at all. When I asked the staff she said its fresh we just now made 8 minutes ago nd I had one piece of chicken nd got a stomach ache then I had a corns it was good and then again I went to the staff nd showed her that I am throwing this because this is not fresh and she just smiled nd said ok.. She didn't even offer me something else as I am a regular customer there and she knew that but I am not going to eat kfc in future.. Highly disappointed... I throwed all my fries nd 3 pieces of chicken... Honestly, I ate the corns as a side it was good nd one piece rest everything I thrown out in the garbage in front of the staff and I think she was the manager over there... I request you to refund my money or give me a credit...

Nice try, acting like you got food poisoning from them. It is obviously a lie. If you are going to pretend to get food poisoning to get a refund then at least do some research. Food poisoning does not happen that fast. Why would you want a credit on food that made you sick. Obviously you are looking for a free meal because you cannot afford to feed yourself.

I know what i am doing and why i am doing so better uh dont interefer in my matter...m not saying that i got food poisoning i am just telling what i have gone through that day...And most imp thing i am the regular customer of that location then why would i do that...And i can feed myself and afford to eat...so better uh stop commenting

If you post on a public forum anyone can reply. Obviously you are making things up because you cannot afford to eat there. Why would you keep going to place that makes you sick? You obviously cannot afford to feed yourself if you have to lie to get free food or coupons . If you were a regular customer you and you were sick from their food six times you would not keep going back. Get a job, visit a soup kitchen if you want free food. Stop lying . The fact that you did not deal with it while you were there shows you are lying. Maybe mommy can give you an allowance, or cook at home so you don't need to beg for free food? if you obviously going to lie to get free food and beg I will call you out on it. Cook at home (or have mommy) if you cannot afford to feed yourself.

KFC drive-thru

On Thursday 05-24-2018 at a little after 6:00 PM we to KFC at 10220 W Colfax Ave Ste 281, Lakewood, CO 80215 (303) 237-9552 to get a root beer for my daughter-in-law because her blood sugar was low. We drove into the drive-thru and ordered there was a car in front of us and we saw the manager and crew of 4 talk to the two woman in the 10 minutes when by and they still all talking, so my started to revving his motor a few times the three car behind started honking at them after 15 minutes I walk up to the to see what going on they take about party's and not working they said they were going to call police on all of for being rude they acted like they on their calling. We were pinned and so were two car behind us, my daughter-in-law was starting feel bad it had been 20 minute. Now my walked to the and he pay for root beer and they gave to him. We waited 5 more minutes and she started move slow out the dive-thru when we got the window where you pay the manager saw that was on the phone talking to police he when out the front door and told the woman in car and she took like a rocket. By this time there was line of car all the around the front of the building. People were waiting 30 minutes by this time. I will never go to a KFC any more this did for me and this manager his crew should be fired for this no should wait more than 10 minutes for their order. I would like know what you think.

KFC charged for drinks when they knew the carbonation was not working

I was at the kfc at 8115 dorothy lane in colorado springs, colorado tonight after ordering I went to get my soda, just as I am realizing that it is flat, I see and hear that other customers have already told those behind the counter of the problem. One worker is telling them that its going to be fix tomorrow. At this point I say "then you should not have charged us for the soda when you knew you do not have it." I was then told by your employee "it's a flat fee and I can not do that."to say I left your kfc
Not happy would be an understatement.
So just to clarify, you have not way in your computer system to not charge for product not given or you hire individuals who can not do simple math?
I do not know the other customers who where there, what you now will refund moneys for soda not given me? What of the others? Why not empower your people to inform customers that carbonated drinks are not available at this time do to the carbonation machine being out of order before they order. Why not fix your system, if that is the truth, so that customers can be reimbursed at the time of the issue.

KFC parking lot

Your parking lot at your KFC location is awful. It has a million pot holes that need to be fixed before they tear up someone's vehicle driving through them. It is really going to blow someone's tire or worse and I would hate to see your company be responsible for repairing damages to a vehicle because of the huge pot holes in your parking lot. Please fix them.

KFC order was incorrect

I went through the drive-thru on 5/29/2018 @ 1:20p.m.
I asked for a # 5 and a #6 with Sweet Tea and Lemonade. The employee that took my order was impatient and yelled, "Mam", "Mam", what do you want as your side and drink. I said, That the menu states that it comes with mashed potatoes and I repeated that I'd like a Sweet Tea and a Lemonade. I also asked for extra slaw. While waiting in line the same employee handed the person in front of me their order and proceeded to continue a conversation with them. When I finally pulled up to the window to pay the employee was not at all pleasant. I made sure to thank her and provide a smile but she just looked at me as if she was annoyed.
When I got home with the food the order was partly wrong. I received two # 6 and no #5. On top of that the chicken fingers were over fried and the mashed potatoes were runny and the cookies were also over baked, dark brown. SAdly, this is not the first time I have recieved poor service and/or food that was over fried/over baked or order incorrect. This is not the first time I have patronized this KFC, in Washington, NC. But it will be the last!

KFC customer service

the service that i just received from this location is unexceptable...I have been a over 25year loyal patron and I have never been treated so cruel and disrespected... I live in cartersville, ga and thought my experience with kfc would be as usual, pleasant and satisfying, but to my encounter it was totally wrong...the employer who i was greeted by could not and did not accomadate my order...I ordered 2 5$ dark chicken meals that i wanted 2 thighs in replacement of the drumsticks... The response was he does not have any... so i replied. how long and the response was 35-45min... when questioned, the reply was i "didnt need to know his name" which was asked bc of the poor customer service... in conclusion the employer was hesitant in giving the store or coporate number...Sir or madam, I have many other patrons who visit your franchise daily and I will want a response for the unruly and poor customer service... On my behalf I did not purchase food... due to the behavior that I recieved...Hopefully in the near future I can receive the awsome cusomer service and food that I have always recieved... store#G35100 cartersville, ga. ... KFC louisville, ky taylor blvd

Arrived at 9:45pm. Door sign says lobby closes at 10:30pm but doors are locked. At this time we were only mildly annoyed but still hungry so we proceed to go thru the drive-thru. Upon approaching the first speaker we arent greeted in any way, instead a man's voice says "Hold on please" so we did. We held on, and on, and on, until we wondered if they forgot we were there so my husband said "hello?" A woman came over the speaker and rudely snapped "be right with you" so we continued to wait. All together we waited about 6 or 7 minutes which doesn't seem like a long time but in terms of being in a drive-thru that's an eternity to not even have been initially greeted. Finally the woman asks what we want. We ordered three, $5 fill up boxes-one with a breast and leg and the other two with tenders. After ordering she tells us they don't have chicken. ONLY tenders and popcorn chicken she tells us. Ok...it would have been nice to know beforehand but whatever. We tell her just give us three tenders boxes instead. "That will be a 5-7 minute wait for the tenders" wait...what? My husband says to her "didn't you say that's all you have is tenders and popcorn chicken? So why the wait?" She says "No I didn't say that, I said I had to drop chicken" he says to her "you said no bone-in chicken, only tenders and popcorn chicken but now you're saying you basically dont have either because they both need to be cooked?" She says "i dont have time to argue with you i have a lobby full of people" oh yes, the lobby that 5 minutes ago was empty, locked, and closed for the evening is now full of people? We got so angry we just pulled away from the drive-thru.

KFC ignored in the drive through line. they made us wait an hour!!!

We placed our order in the drive through around 8:30 pm. My husband waited an hour before going in. No one knew we were out there waiting! When we finally got our food and left, we realized we were missing part of our order. We will never go to kfc again! I have tired hungry kids!
We have frequently not gotten all of our order when we've gone there before. The manager was rude and we should have received a full refund!?

KFC my meal

I arrived and placed my order at 5:03pm
I was told there was a 20 minute wait.
Well at 5:45 (40 minutes later) they come out with the wrong order an are saying I have to wait another 10 minutes for my right order of my kids weren't at home waiting for dinner I would have asked for a refund this is ridiculous all I kept getting was sorry our cook called in that's no excuse.!
I saw at least 4 cars park after me an also had family meals they were given their order way before me too.
This is really bad service.
(Does it take 1 hour to cook crispy chicken?)
An even after being told another 10 minutes it is now 6:02 I barely got my order.

KFC employees

Guntersville Al store # 112. I have seen videos of two of the employees at this store. They are very very detailed videos of the two having sexual intercourse. More disturbing the girl is a manager of the store. She just graduated high school this year. May 2018. Her name is Makayla. The man is 33. His name is Jonathan. I'm sorry but this is disgusting and sick. It reflects very badly on the store. Also the two have been known to do drugs. I'm not sure that they have a very good process of selection for manager qualifications. These people are preparing meals for customers. I for one along with several others who have come across this information will no longer be visiting this store. I will personally do what I can to make sure the complaint gets in to the right hands to take care of this. It's horrible that they are not checking in to the employees anymore than they are.

KFC smokey mountain bbq little sandwich

I wanted to try the smokey mountain bbq but did not want to buy a lot in case I didnt like it. I bought the smokey mountain bbq little sandwich, and when i got it home there really was no sauce on the piece of chicken. It had been put on the bottom part of the bun and it stained my chicken but i still dont know what the smokey mountain bbq tastes like. I was so disappointed in the sandwich i didnt even eat it. If i had eaten it i still would not know what it tastes like

KFC food no good could not eat it left sitting under heat lamp all day hard as a rock

chicken was old and hard could not bite into it wasted 29.00 on garbage not fit for a dog . tried to call the 800 number listed on this site does not work .must have to many complaints . restaurant# g135234 in lacy lakeview tx give my money back if you cant do any better than this maybe you should close this location. or change your manager at this location . churches chicken dont do this to their customer.

KFC bone found in pie

Often I purchase these pies for my grandchildren, but today we found what appears to be the tip from a "wishbone" inside the pie. I just thought I should let someone know. I would imagine that in large companies, oftentimes foods are prepared utilizing machinery and assembly lines and that these types of things happen occasionally. I appreciate any attention you may give this issue and thank you in advance.

KFC crunch burger

I ordered a crunch Burger meal...
What I received was an insult to be called a burger, infact an insult to be called food of any sort.

The photos I have taken should speak more than I can begin to explain. Had I not already left the store, I would have taken the pathetic excuse back.

This is not the first time this KFC has done so poorly with their products.

KFC service/ lack of food preparation

The location on 8509 Highway 377 S in Benbrook, Texas. That location never have any chicken ready. Have been there when they first open for business, no chicken. The self service soda machine is very filthy, looks like green mold on the sprout. The workers
are unconcerned about the appearance of the store. Other customers complaining about the service. They really need to shut down that store locations and get better manager that are customer service oriented.

KFC ording never enough chicken for order

I went to drive up window in Pittsburg KS to order TWO CAN DINE $7.99. Was told didn't have any legs or thighs I ask if could replace was told no it would be 15 to 20 minutes would have some I said ok I'd be back said ok I returned 15 mins l8tr. drive up window ask if it was ready was told no had a call in and was no chicken I said I was h was here 15 mins and wanted so I pulled up to window ask for manager she said they JUST NOW PUT IN! S o I ask where's my order I waited they didn't even offer any other offer or subs very poor service never no chicken WTH guantee there's gonna be a lot less ppl visiting close it down as far as this community cares I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE SEVERAL YOU'LL BE HEARING FROM...

KFC $5 dollar fill up

I arrived at kfc in dubuque expecting to get a pop, a cookie, a biscuit, a drum and a thigh. While pulling up at the window we had great customer service that told me they are out of biscuits so I would get my side of coleslaw for free. Sweet! I got my food and drove home. I was eating my chicken and began looking for my cookie to eat for dessert, it wasn't there! I payed for a cookie and didn't receive it and believe something should be done about this!

I was at kfc in dubuque and they told me they were out of biscuits, they offered to give my $1 coleslaw for free which was very nice and I proceeded to tell them that's okay but if my cookie was gone that would make me upset, I get home and begin and eating and my cookie was gone, no cookie or biscuit in my $5 box.

KFC chicken

5/17/2018 @ 4:10pm, Restaurant #J718167 Ticket #1072
I went to the drive-thru at the Franklin, TN, KFC to order 2, $5 Chicken Pot Pie Meal Deals. Appears they don't cook enough or sell out quickly & it would take another 16 minute wait time. I normally have't to call them 20 minutes prior to leaving my job to even get one of these pies. Of course, this time I forgot to call because of the storm and when I got there they stated they were sold out. I proceeded to request 2 of the chicken breast $5 meal deals with a diet & reg Pepsi in the pouring rain at the drive-thru window. The inside of my car got soaking wet and when I got to the pick-up window they just gave me 2 chicken breasts in a box. I advised I ordered the $5 meal deals like the chicken pot pie & then they proceeded to give me a biscuit, mashed potatoes & drinks. I was charged $11.66.

The chicken breast was so touch that I have to spit it out to keep from choking. It was dry and cold like it's been sitting for 2 days. I have never complained before, but the chicken was horribly and the biscuits were no better.

I did scanned my receipts but there was no place to place it in this email.

I would like a refund if possible or a gift card.

KFC bad service

My boyfriend works there and they've been very rude and unprofessional to him. There is one lady named Tammy (I don't know her last name). She left a message on my grandma's house phone being rude. He also talked to a guy named Keith (I don't know his last name either) about taking the day off for family reasons and he said he would talk to Tammy but never did. So he then talked to her and she was being rude and unprofessional once again. He had talked to corporate to find out when he would get paid because Tammy wouldn't tell him. She went off on him for calling and asking. She was saying he left a bad review and she had already told him (which she never did). I am outraged that this is house they treat their employees. (This is 240 Shawnee Mall Drive Oklahoma).
