KFC service

Went the KFC 9/26/2017, first thing no one to take orders, people were standing around I walked over and told one of the works that there was customer's waiting to place orders. She told the manger. but still no one came to the front to take orders . I told her two people just walked out, she told the manger again people were leaving. He then came up to take orders. When it was my time I told him I was there last week and I got the 6 strips for the 9.99, told him I wanted the gravy without the potatoes and the potatoes wedges for two. he told me my total was$ over $13.00 I ask him why it was more then I paid just a week ago ? he said you wanted the large gravy and large potatoes wedges. I ask for my money back and told him I would never come back ! O and told him to clean the glass on the front doors, there so dirty and have been for long time.. such a shame that KFC have let the name go down in Camden .. Thank you !

KFC cashier gives away food

I was just in a KFC on New Boston Road in Texarkana which I love to go to and I just witnessed their cashier in the front (name tag said LaTasha) passing a huge bag of food to a woman she told another customer was her daughter without the woman paying for it. She came in after me and got this food quickly while the manager was helping the lady in the drive thru. Seeing this makes me feel like I was NOT important enough for her to get my paid for food as quickly as she gave away food. She didn't talk to her manager about the food so to me I just saw an employee steal. I'm a customer who was waiting for hot wings for 15 mins which I love! This cashier made me wait for 5 minutes while she took a personal phone call and then seem irritated when she did take my order with no sense of urgency.

KFC off of hwy 85 in riverdale

I was in drive through yesterday around 9pm. My family and had just returned home from Tennessee and was looking for a quick bite. I began to order food, the cashier / manager then gave me my total and I advised her that o had one more order. She then told me I had to come inside because my order was too big. No other cars were in drive through, and I had my kids under 10 in the car sleep. She refuse to serve me unless I came inside. I asked for the store information and she refused to provide me with that infomation. She told me I had to pull over a d she would bring it out to me. She was extremely rude. It is obviously she can not handel, her current position and this needs to be address. A order max sign is posted anywhere outside the location. She was ok with 4 order but 5 was too much that made no since. I will never return to this location, and I will not recommend anyone else to this location.

KFC customer service

It is 2029 I am currently at the drive thru window ordering fill up bucket, employee Aurora says that they only have legs and thighs. We ask what time they close and she responds at 10 pm. We ask if they can please cook the white meat that goes in the bucket, she stays quiet then returns to mic and says that the cook is on break until 9 pm. I ask to speak to the manager and she says she will not be in until tomorrow morning. I then asked if there is a manager on tonight and she said I can drive to the window. Manager is Stephanie. When we approached the window the manager gave the excuse that the car in front of us took the last batch and her cook was mad she doesn't know what problems she is having and there is no one else that knows how to cook!
This is not the first time this happens! This happened to us about 2 weeks ago with the same excuse and the same employees that they don't have white meat! This customer service is ridiculous! Something needs to get done about the employees that KFC has employed!

KFC grilled chicken

You say got it, but stores do not carry it that I can find. Tried your 800 number they can not tell me which stores carry it. Thank God Chick Fil A has grilled nuggets Do you have grilled grilled chicken or is it false advisement Where is one? More word grilled chicken where oh where have you got. KFC appears to offer products it does not have

I been asked to provide more information How much clearer can I be KFC website shows GRILLED CHICKEN but Taylor Mill KY store just not carry it neither do either Florence KY stores SO WHO JUST or IS THE WEBSITE LISTING ITEMS NOT AVAILABLE False adversement

KFC kfc

I went to KFC in Clear Lake on the corner of El Dorado and Space Center.
I ordered an 8 piece orginal mp gravy and Cole slaw as well as a 3 piece ck tender with pot wedges.
They had me pull over to the side (after I paid) 40 min later (after I complained ) they brought me a 3 piece dinner and a 3 piece (solely ) ck tenders. An hr later I left with no food nor the money I paid.
The employees blamed each other. NO ONE would allow me to speak with a manager.
After waiting for an hour and paying, yet never receiving food they proceeded to tell me it would take 2 weeks to refund me my money.
THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER!

KFC cleanliness sanitary

Came into the owatonna location at 11am, service was slow, wasnt any one at the counter to greet me, was the only one in line. Buffet wasn't out at all this was supposed to start at 11, not start setting up at 11, looks of it they didn't clean as there is still food residue including food particles and pudding under the top piece, parking lot also dirty see photos

KFC service

Three separate times in the last 2 weeks my husband has got us dinner we always order two piece all breast dinners. We have yet to get what we order. And today he orderd the same and I got all dark meat. But paid for chicken breast(big difference in price). He can't take it back because my nurse has to leave and he has to be here for me. Can't leave me alone. I really enjoy your food but I'm not going to continue eating there with that kind of service.

KFC store... rude cashier...

Today (9-20-17) My husband went to KFC in Showlow Airzona 85901 the same restaurant we have been going to for Twenty years . We have always been able to order chicken white meat (wings and breasts) and pay the extra charge with no problem. Today the young cashier had a rude attitude and told us in no way can we get all white meat in any meal then we said we want chicken only not the meal she said no way. Prior to that we were in line for 15 min. with this cashier the only one working when the other girl was filling the buffet line called some young man tell him there was a line and get to work. needless to say we are pretty upset we live 45 miles one way to KFC and we really wanted to take it home for dinner. If this is how your company treats customers then we will no longer visit you establishments.

KFC product and service

On 09/20/2017 around 3pm, I went to the KFC located on Vermont and 58th Street in Los Angeles, CA. I sat in the drive through for 15-20 min. I wanted to back out and leave, but there were two cars behind me. So I cut my car off a wait it through. To be breif, when I finally got to the speaker I ordered a 5 dollar fill up. By the time i got my food and pulled over in the parking lot of KFC to eat the food was cold. Temperature and the taste was unsatisfying. I would of took the food back inside, but it was bit to packed, eben the srive thrpugh wait was extremely to long, and I had to be at a meeting g by a certain time. So i just trashed the food and left. It was a waste of my time and money.

KFC food in general

Went to the KFC at 9000 block of Merrill Rd, Jacksonville, Florida tonight. I ordered the #10 three piece box, extra crispy, white meat with potato wedges and slaw.
I was advised that they had no breasts so they gave me a thigh and two wings.

They gave me mashed potatoes which I returned for the slaw. The potato wedges were cooked to long and were hard. The chicken was awful. It was way over cooked and the wings literally had no meat on them .

I am unhappy with KFC and won't be back. Public grocery store has much better chicken.

KFC intolerable behavior/ risk

Hello, I am a Branch Manager of a Financial Institution wanting to speak with someone regarding intolerable behavior from the Managers of the KFC near my Branch. I have spoken to the General Manager there and the issues are occurring once again and its affecting the moral of my team here at the branch. There are some risk components I am willing to share, there are also distasteful comments id like to share.

KFC chicken/manager

Went to get chicken after work had been craving KFC so Hubby took me to get some chicken on 09/19/20 place order get all the way home in rush hour to find not 8pcs but seven two biscuits not four, a crispy piece not at all what I ordered and then had to go back, Just for the manager to say we ran out of original and had the nerve to go through the box and count the chicken he go's get a piece of chicken and two biscuits put them in a small box and then says you can keep that other piece like he was giving me a bonus and his name is Brain Brown you know we told him what he do with that chicken in a nice way and that I would be call corporate which I, am and no one knew how much a pie cost that they sell and they won't 15.00 dollars a hour really.

I went to the KFC on 58th in Arvada Colorado I spent 34.75. The chicken had no flavor and was dried up from being under the heat lamps, mashed potatoes were instant just with water, gravy was good, but the coleslaw was fresh and moist but didnt have the sweet taste as usual, I'm very disappointed with the quality of this product. Been a devoted customer since 1968.

KFC they would not give a family a cup of hot water to warm up an infants bottle

A gentleman asked for a cup of hot water to immerse the babies bottle in to warm up the formula and the 2 guys at the counter were just ignoring him. The one guy at that counter could have defintly used some cleaning up. And when he went to go outside he shook his head at the guy whom had asked for the hot water. The gentleman finally asked a manager and he went and got him a cup of water and it was cold.. he said that's the hottest we have... Which got me to thinking Gross, No hot water how do they clean. so I finally got fed up and went into the rest room and got him hot water. So he could warm up the bottle of formula this happened approx 6:30 pm [protected] West Lebanon NH .. that establishment could use some SERIOUS HELP, from Manners to Personal Hygiene ..

KFC hema patel

I am a frequent customer at this location. This woman is very unsanitary. I have seen her on multiple occasions not wash her hands when needed, doesn't keep her workstation cleaned. I have spoken with management there and nothing has been done about it. She also will take food brought from home out of her pocket, and she will eat it while working and cooking food. VERY disgusting. She just stands there and doesn't do her job. I have seen her on multiple occasions ask other people to go get things for her because she "didn't feel like going to get it". She is very lazy and unprofessional and she is very rude to customers. Myself included on a few occasions. She also always seems to be in trouble with coworkers for not doing her job. Nothing is ever done about it tho. She is VERY unsanitary. I have even gotten to the point that I will stop by and if she is working I will not order food because I know she hasn't washed her hands and taken care of her workspace. Please Please Please do something about this.

I do not know her personally but I live close to this store and I always go to it and I always see her being extremely rude. It's terrible of you to assume I know her. I know her name because I asked for it to report her! I also know several of the workers there have trouble with her because it is obvious and when a manager isn't around she tries to get away with a lot more. Please know the full story before you "assume". Because nothing is "obvious" except for your choice to comment on something you know nothing about. Would you want food served by somebody that doesn't wear gloves and doesn't wash their hands? Didn't think so.

KFC service/production

The last 3 times I have been to the KFC on McGalliard I have had to wait almost 30 min for something. The 1st time was chicken; said they hadn't had time to drop any, whatever that means, & it would be about 25 min before it would be ready. I don't have receipt in front of me for this date.
2nd time; went through drive-up for $5 bowl box. Lady at the window said that it would be about 20 min since they were out of the chicken bites, so i waited but by the time I got it the potatoes were cold. 9/5/2017 Other time was for biscuits but I wasn't even informed that they were out until I drove off, got almost home & reached in to eat one & no box of biscuits. I turned around & went back & the lady at the window said she forgot to tell me that they haven't had time to get them in the oven & it would be about 10 min before they would be ready. Told me to pull up & wait if I still wanted them. I asked her if since I had to wait, if she could put plates & forks in the bag for me & make sure condiments for the biscuits were in it also. I specifically asked for butter, honey & strawberry jelly packets. Of course nothing per request was in the bag but I was in a hurry by that time since it had been 22 min, so I left. 9/18/2017 for this occurrence. I have receipts for these incidents but I honestly don't know what kind of resolution could fix this as a whole; as free food or refund doesn't help the fact that they are either understaffed or the staff employed have no time management skills. I just know it is hard to go back to them knowing that you may have to wait that long or that you may just not get what you paid for.

KFC horrible quality and customer service

In egypt kentucky fried chicken is going down and no one in head office care or bother to give any attention to even the online feedback, I made an order on sep 18 in haram district branch, I ordered 8 pieces meal and it was delivered in a very dry meat and very thin and poor breading and it seems that it has been under heater for hours till it became so dry. The worst part if when I called to register a complaint the call center guy noted that the branch manager will call you to sort it out and no one phoned me for 30 minutes till I phoned call center back and the guy apologized for the delay and he said he will call them and I should expect a call in 5 minutes and finally branch manager finally bothered to pick up the phone and call me and it was not even manager it was the delivery boss. The problem that they think I need to fake complaint and get compensated and it was so felt and sensed it how they promise all in future order. And I had to stop trying with such attitude and I decided to find better way to raise this issue with someone who still care about customers. Save kfc egypt for such horrible franchisee.

KFC location in germantown, wi

On sunday, september 17 i stopped at the kentucky fried chicken location on, n96w17860 county line road in germantown, wi. At about 6:oopm. The weather at that time was hot and humid. When i when i got out of my car and walked toward the restaurant there was a very strong smell of burning grease, as i waked in the place was completely engulfed with smoke, costumers, we were all covering our noses the temperature on the costumer's are was extremely hot. The 2 doors were completely open but that was not helpful there was absolutely no ventilation. As i looked into the kitchen area were the cook/s were totally surrounded by a cloud of thick smoke from the fryers i can be sure that the temperature was way over 100 degrees. As a result, there was only a couple of people in the dinning area, many customers left before even coming in the building. The vents were not working, there was absolutely no air circulating, no air conditioning, etc, etc, etc. The working conditions this employees were working under were despicable, there were like slaves, they were sweaty and looked dehydrated. It was a pathetic situation. If kentucky fried chicken care about its employees, they would have handle this as an emergency situation and would have taken immediate action in having the problem repaired. This is another perfect example of corporate greed and their values for humanity. I had to stepped out to wait for my order. What a this despicable experience. The place should have been closed until needed repairs were completed.
I would challenge any of the corporate/ executives or the owner of this franchise and/or their children to put a days work in the same condition as these great employees did on this day. Regardless of their working condition, their service was outstanding! they were working non-stop serving walking-ins and drive-thru costumers. They deserve recognition and extra compensation, that is if corporate and the owner can beard the cost? what a sad situation and a horrible experience to see these circumstances in this country.

KFC 16pc and 8pc measls

I went to the KFC on Electric Road, Roanoke, VA.

I ordered an 8pc meal and a 16pc meal and it cost $68.00. I was at the drive through when I ordered because I had my dog in the car. (which I told them ahead that I had a big order but could not come in due to my dog being in the car.) I didn't receive a total until I was at the pick up window. I almost had a heart attack. The total was $68.00.
I previously had gone to KFC.com for info one for the sides that was included in the meals. The 16pc meal came with 4 large sides. The 8pc was to come with 2 large sides.When I questioned the girl, , , , she said I had to pay extra for the sides. I needed the meals, so I paid the price. On the menu the 16pc meal was $30.99 and the 8pc was $20.99. The cost should have been $51.98 + tax.
I went to another KFC and asked there is the sides were included, and they told me they were.
I called the Electric Rd KFC to question the price. The manager there told me the sides were extra...no exceptions. She also told me I had to specify that it was a 16pc meal...what do you think it is when you specify the sides?Therefore the price of $68.00.

KFC very unsatisfied

Hello. I don't want to type a lots. I just want to complain a little. I take away at kfc pavilion on 18.September.2017, time 21:03:18 by cashier Mila. I ordered a set of snack plate only. Which I'm not satisfied, the cashier there just gave me two parts of the chicken drumstick and it's very small. I'm very disappointed with this service. I hope this problem can be solved.
