KFC product/ cleanliness

The Yucca Valley, Ca. rarely has chicken available & asks customers to wait 15 mins. while they fry up more. Going inside is disgusting. It smells like old grease. This franchise has changed hands a few too many times. New owners clean the place up, but then let it slide down hill, AGAIN. This town has 17 fast food places. When a new one opens up there are lines of locals waiting hours, REALLY, to eat at the new place! My point is, that despite the competition, fast food is considered 5-Star eating here. So, WHY isn't KFC living up to it's slogan of "Finger Licking Good?" This franchise is a blight to the KFC legacy.

KFC service & food & cleanliness

My father was in the Army with Pete Harman and worked for Pete when he first established Harman's Restaurants and then the franchise with Harland Sanders. I'm sure Pete (and Arline) would be rolling in the grave to see what has become of the Flagship of the first KFC they established on 3900 South & State Street in SLC, Utah !
I thought I would try one more time to see if I could walk away a satisfied customer, but again had no luck. I decided to go inside the restaurant this time since the last three times that I had used the drive-up window when I got home my order was either incomplete or was not correct and I had to go back or just bit the bullet and not receive what I paid for!
The date of my last visit was July 24th and I was picking up dinner for the evening. Upon entering the restaurant I found the floors with food products on it in several areas around the order counter. It took a bit of time to get someone to take my order also (over 5 minutes) and then when I was asked what sides I wanted I went through 3 of the most popular sides which I was told they were out of (corn on the cob, mac & cheese, and baked beans), and had to settle for ones they had left. I waited an additional 20 mins for my order and was told I was given 2 extra biscuits for my trouble - an extra peice of chicken or another side would have made for a happier customer.
It would be more profitable for KFC to get the orders right and have the menu items that should be available instead of excuses or giving away food to try and make the customer happy - just a thought!
The staff wasn't organized and there was yelling go on between employees that could be heard by the other patrons throughout the restaurant. For the "World's First" and most recognized food chain to have their operations being conducted by employees in anything but a professional manor certainly isn't bolstering your business or establishing return customers.
At this point I would tend to take my business elsewhere until a lot of improvement takes place especially at the "World's First KFC"!

KFC grilled chicken not available

Hello, I was just going to get dinner for my family and we are in the middle of remodeling our house. I decided that because were trying to go low-carb that we would try your grilled chicken and I was going to get a family size bucket with green beans as a side. I went to the KFC in Pittsburg, California only to find out they did not have any grilled chicken available nor were they going to have any soon. They suggested I go to the KFC in Antioch. Upon going to that KFC in Antioch, I found out that they didn't have any grilled chicken available either and they weren't going to have any anytime soon. I was upset by this as I went to two different locations and neither of them have the grilled chicken and it sounded like it was a known issue that the cooks don't remake it… Maybe it is not a popular item but it is something I would consider eating as a healthier option. I took my business elsewhere and I was upset that I went to two different locations and they still didn't have it.

KFC I like the menu, but...

To: Kentucky Fried Chicken:

On July 23rd, 2017, I was shopping at your Westlake, Ohio Location. And, I bought everything that I liked that day. But, when I looked over the menu, there on the drive-thru menu, and, on the website, I found that Kentucky Fried Chicken does not offer a salad on their entire menu. Now, I know that the food at Kentucky Fried Chicken is good, but, when I'm dieting, I definitely need a salad, at least, once in a while. So, I would definitely suggest that you make the much needed menu alteration, and, get, at least, a side salad on your menu. You could also get main course salads, that offer chicken or some Sante Fe Blend on it. I think that would really add pizzazz to The Kentucky Fried Chicken Campaign. I wish you good business at KFC. Thank you.

KFC chicken bones in chicken pot pie

on 7/11/2017. store # L775082. 8995 Highway 64 East, Lakeland Tn.Phone [protected]..
I purchased a chicken pot pie fill up box. Went home and was eating the pie
when I felt a hard object which i thought might be grizzle. Continued eating and felt a hard object in my mouth. Spit out contents of my mouth. Found a chicken bone over 2" in size. This could have done serious injury if I had swallowed it. Called Corporate number and complained. After several days have heard no reply... I think this is a possible health issue. The store manager also referred this to their insurance company, which promptly contacted me. Because I was not injured there was no issue... I guess no one cares about this being a problem...

KFC service

7/24/17 kfc 3:02 pm 3344 n.oracle rd.tucson, az ticket #4177. super rude cashier taking to some one behind me, had to tell him 3 times before he go it right, then waited 21 min and watch him take care of 4 other behind and give them there food before me. then smartass cash tells me my foods on the way.5 more min I get the food and leave and get home and no cookies order wrong! and food taste bad made me sick. I know that kfc is not the best in town and I am willing to put up with some [censor] but that is it no more kfc

KFC rude employee

I have been taking my wife and 5yr son to KFC for a long time every time I can afford to treat our self to the buffet, KFC is one of our favorite places to eat but lately I have been scared to return due to what took place during my last visit at the KFC on HWY 90 Theodore Alabama . During my last visit to KFC with my family around 4:30 pm we where having the buffet, as I made my plate that there wasn't too much chicken to chose from out of the dark meat side and politely asked if they could bring some more of the dark meat chicken out as there where only just a few pieces to chose from, I can tell she didn't like me asking about bringing more chicken out because of her demeanor, The employee then return with an answer saying we don't bring more chicken out unless all the chicken in the pan is gone, speaking in a rude manor she then said if there is a certain piece you want we will bring it to you but I'm not putting no more chicken out until the remainder of the chicken is gone. I just made a different choice of chicken. when she walked away I pulled out my phone and snapped a picture of the scarce pan of chicken whent on to my table to set my food down, I then went to the drink dispenser to get ice and tea, I then noticed there where three tea dispensers, two was sweet tea and the third was unsweetened. Both sweet tea dispincers where both empty, they all three had a sticker on it that showed the last time they had been refilled was 9:30 am that morning . I then decided to discretely record my phone as I brought it to the attention of the employee that was standing behind the tea dispensers and is the same employee that told me about the chicken, she then begins to say " oh well there is a 12 hrs hold on them before I can refill them, still having a unhappy demeanor, she told me to take it to the front of the store to get a refill so I did. At the time of all of this there was another customer in the store that appeared to be a friend of here's that noticed my phone recording and he stood up from his table and and notified Kim that I was using my phone to record and she come to the front counter as I was getting my refill of tea and started telling me I need to get out of here taking pictures that it is not allowed in the store as I was leaving she then began to tell me I need to get my dirty romp out of the store and then she ran to her office to retrieve something, she then come walking fast from behind the counter coming towards me in a rushing manor with her phone being very rude as I backed out of the store . I then left the restaurant with my family and called kfc headquarters to talk to some one about this matter. I spoke to a lady and she made a report and told me somebody will be getting in touch with me. I still have not got to speak with any one over the matter. I have video of the whole thing and pictures that I will attach . I have not been back to KFC since due to being scared to go back there . It's not every day you see a KFC employee rushing a customer out of the store . It gives a bad name for KFC . If some one will get in touch with me about this matter. I have two videos but it's not allowing me to upload the videos, so of its possible I could get an email to send them to.

KFC payment not received

July 24, 2017

Kentucky Fried Chicken
We are a small local lumber company in Pittsburg, KS. In July of 2016 we were contacted by Mr. Tyler Woods of Allied Home Construction about purchasing building materials for a dog-ear fence for Kentucky Fried Chicken here in town. We approved credit for these materials based on Mr. Woods credit and the fact that Kentucky Fried Chicken is an established restaurant here in Pittsburg for many years. Over the next few weeks materials were delivered to your location in Pittsburg for a total of $2137.49 on five invoices that I have attached to build a fence around your lot. Statements were sent and calls were made to Mr. Woods to try an collect these bills immediately when they went 30 days past due. He made excuses that he had not been paid and that he was waiting on a check from you. After 60 days we continued to call him and he avoided any contact we tried to make. At that time I called the local KFC and they referred me to the regional manager Charlene, I believe that is in Springfield, MO. She told me she would get in touch with someone at corporate that could help us. After several calls to her, Jay Patel from your corporate contacted me. I explained all the details and he informed me that Mr. Woods had been paid. I let Mr. Patel know at that time it is usually required for companies to have a lien release signed for materials so that companies like us are not left not paid. Your company failed to have a legal lien release sent with the check to Mr. Woods. Mr. Patel told me your legal team was working on this matter with Mr. Woods with the information I had sent him. I continued to contact Mr. Patel by phone and emails and he would always tell me your legal team would let me know. Soon even Mr. Patel would ignore my requests for information.
We still are pursuing Mr. Woods to try and collect this outstanding bill with no luck. We thought KFC would try and help us either collect this money or least help to offset our loss since you did hire this construction company and failed to get legal documentation to have the materials paid for your fence. I’m sure this amount of money does not mean much to a company as large as yours to lose but to our company it has been a major hit to our store’s bottom line. We are extremely disappointed in the way this matter has been handled by your company and your corporate procedures.

KFC ayam yang dijual busuk/merah/ayam lama

Saya tidak berpuas hati pasal ayam yang saya beli melalui servis delivery dimana ayam tersebut seperti sudah lama dan masih kemerahan serta berbau busuk..Saya sudah membuat aduan terhadap restoran kfc yang menghantar delivery tersebut melalui talian telefon [protected] dan bercakap dengan manager yang bertugas namun beliau menafikan tentang aduan saya..saya berharap agar pihak atasan dapat menyelidik restoran tersebut dan membuat pemeriksaan terhadap ayam yang dijual di agar perkara sebegini tidak akan terjadi lagi..terima kasih..iklas dari costumer yang kecewa.

KFC about the taste of the fried chicken

Pls try to send someday from your company to check the fried chicken served here in the Philippines. Most especially robinson's place, iloilo city. I am sure it is not the taste which was introduced by your company. It is very bad taste. As if they are destroying the name of KFC. Being a great fan of kfc I as well as many friends are sick and tired of receiving wrong orders. Hygine is unacceptable with staff rather interested in speaking with themselves than providing a good service. Purchase a 10+ pices bucket and expect the majority pieces to be small and tried up! Please advise me to the next closest branck. Kfc in question is: England, Bradford, Ingleby Road, BD8 9BH. I wait your response.

KFC customer service provided

This complaint is for your KFC restaurant located on Buckner blvd in Dallas, TX. There has been various times already that I have gotten my order mixed up. It is very frustrating to get drive all the way home, only to find that my order was completely wrong. Today when my order was wrong once AGAIN, I was so fustrated and drove all the way back, wasted MY GAS to fix a mistake that your worker could have avoided. When I got there I asked for a manager and the guy helping me just stood there and again I said "can I speak to the manger?" And he just shook his head, which seemed VERY unprofessional of him if he's suppose to be a manager. I then told him what happened and how it was just unacceptable that I kept getting my order mixed up and he needed to do something about it. All he said was ok and said he'd talk to them about it. As he walked off with our bag, I could hear them talking in Spanish and he CLEARLY DID NOTHING. All he said was that we wanted half and half in our order. Then some lady in Spanish starts saying I took the order and they never said that, which she was lying because the receipt clearly said Anthony. While we wait, I look around and there's no one in drive thru, no one in line and they are just taking their sweet time. I just hear them talking and talking. THEN as he finally comes back, he just slides it over and doesn't even apologize for the inconvenience it was to us. Nothing. So I ask again and asked "you said you were the manager, right?" And he straight of ignores me. So then I asked again kindly, " Are you the manger yes or no?" And he just nods yes. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AGAIN. Point being I will never be returning to KFC restaurants and some serious action is required. I don't know if he was really the manager but he was so rude and unprofessional and it is not okay. I am furiated by the service I was given. His name was Jose.

KFC atoka oklahoma store

In the past several months I have had terrible service at your Atoka Oklahoma store. I have been told on several occasions that they cannot fill my order either because it was too late or they didn't have enough chicken on hand. KFC customer service

Customer service was very disappointing. The manager or the cashier couldn't really tell a difference. Their service was really outrageous, bad welcoming, didn't felt right but still order my food. Employees was catching attitude with everyone, but nobody actually said anything. As KFC being one of the best fried chicken in town I was really disappointed in this store service, there was no lids for the cups or straws for the customer who would love to dine in and enjoy. Personally, I had the worse experience, I was originally ordering via drive-thru but the employee couldn't process my order, so I decided to go inside the store and order. KFC rude treatment of customer by manager

I am writting to complain about the verbal abuse by your local area manager.

The incident occured today 7/21/2017 at 3:11pm

The incident occured when the cashier said my daughter had to show I.D. for a debit card purchase over $15 dollars (I allowed my daughter to use my card) and then the cashier asked for I.D. when she saw a different name she refused to let her complete the purchase.

My daughter was upset about it being that their were was not a sign that addressed this.

the manager came out and was like like whats the problem when my daughter told her the issue the response she gave was if you dont like it leave . My daughter continued to disagree with her she told her to go [censor] herself. It is unacceptable that my six year old son had to witness such vulger language coming from a professional associated with your restaurant. I am disgusted that my son had to watch his sister get treated in that manner.

In her managerial role she should have approached the issue differently. Instead of in a ghetto manner.

I will NEVER go to that location again and will make sure to stear my family and friends away from there.

Im upset to know my 6 yr old son had to witness that.

KFC everything product, service & people skills

I just returned from visiting the kfc in cherry hill, n. j. (store# k071094) to be exact. i'm pregnant so I had a craving for it therefore it was critical that i'd go there!
Worst experience of my life... just absolutely horrible! we ordered a 12pc. family meal w/3lg. sides, 6 biscuits & a mash bowl. we were told they were all out of mashed potatoes & that it would take 10mins to prepare more which was a lie because as a former manager myself with 16yrs experience, I knew for a fact they were lying. I offered to wait anyway only to be told after the mash was prepared that they now had no popcorn chicken for my bowl. I was told i'd have to wait another 7mins for popcorn chicken which upset me even more because it only takes 3 & 1/2mins for popcorn. by this time I was furious because the manager was no help. she was just sitting in the office allowing her employees to do whatever they pleased instead of tending to the guest. maybe that's one of the reasons why they were so unprepared. as a manager, she should have been leading her team period! the one manager that did help me wouldn't even look me in the eyes. I was completely done by this point and just requested a refund for my bowl. I was offered a free chocolate cake which I never received & instead got just a small mac & cheese which I also felt was not sufficient added value for our troubles. not to mention they were also out of mac & cheese according to the manager whom stated they were all out of the mac and cheese pans! miraculously they magically made a small one appear from thin air smh. unless I am wowed back to your restaurant, I will never ever return to any kfc & I will make sure I spread the word on how the business is lacking customer service and management skills and if I have to go public with the situation... I will! please, address the issues on hand promptly and accordingly before I do!

KFC store was closed only drive through open

I went to the KFC store in Sandy UTAH 653 E 9400 S. 7/20/2017 6pm

I tried the door and it was locked.
No signs whatsoever on the closed doors
Noticed someone in the drive in window.
I went around and asked if he was open,
he told me the drive in was open.
I drove around and got in the line 5 cars ahead of me.
It took 15 minutes to get to speaker.
I waited 10 more minutes and a voice said bare with me I will with you shortly.
I waited another 10 minutes and I notice there was NO car at the service window.
I waited another 5 minutes and got frustrated and left.

Such a very bad experience.
And I love KFC I go there for a family bucket and cake often.

I went home and had a TV dinner. YUCK

KFC Hornby christchurch, two weeks ago they ran out of everything except popcorn chicken and vege burger,yesterday I walked 2km to find the dine in was closed at 8pm. Today I tried phoning the store to check they are open before I walk all the way there again, I phoned 4 times and no one answered my calls. This is the worst service I have ever experienced.
