KFC cashier tossing food at me

I went into the KFC 302 South Colorado Blvd, I was not greeted by the cashier by the name of Munkhtsetsgp I asked her if she was having a bad day and she said it looks like I was because my face was red, I told her I have a skin condition that causes my skin to flush she said "SURE". I waited for my food she didn't bother to wrap it up and tossed it at me. I left a message for the owner Joe and have yet to hear back. I believe if you are in customer service you shouldn't be rude to the customers especially when you are on the front line. I will never go there again and I will be sure to spread the word to all my coworkers about the terrible service I received.

I'll be contacting my lawyer this is absolutley harassment from you & your company I have sever social anxiety & this just proves your establishment is not safe had I been burnt by the hot food she tossed at me. The order was successfully been done and paid 20:20
We waited for our food till 20:55. Nobody game out to explain to us that there are not chicken or what ever reason. The staff is not friendly. If you want to speak to the manager they just said that she is inside. She don't come out of her office.
Treble service and this is not the first time that it happened at that branch.

KFC service

My experience at the 75th & lower buckeye location today has been the worst. I've had bad experiences here but this one was the final straw. I ordered through the drive thru window. I waited nearly 15 mins just to receive my order. The attendant forgot my drinks so I had to remind her. I drove home and found my food thrown around and was done sloppy. My sodas were watered down so much all you can is the fizz. I had to drive AGAIN back there for a refund. This business has really gone downhill and lost me as a customer. No one should pay $15 worth of food for it to be done in such a horrible way. No apologies were said, they knew it was trash and immediately offered a refund.

KFC rude staff poor customer service

I went into a kfc yesterday and had to deal with the rudest team members I have ever faced in this company so far. I eat kfc at least twice a week and never ever have I had this type of customer service. I came in with a survey, they had no idea how to put the coupon in for the go cup, not even the manager. Then I tried to order a pot pie and the manager said "we ain't got none ready! If you want one you gon have to wait 16 minutes!" then she said to another employee "that coupon look like its over 30 days old anyway!" I asked her for the store number and she gave me the phone number when I told her I wanted the actual number of the location of the store she said "ma'am I don't know what you're talking about. Every manager should know their store #. This was the worst experience i've ever had with kfc. I guess ill take my money back to williamsburg.

Not all restaurants/stores have store numbers, especially if they're franchised locations. Having their address should be more than sufficient however when making your complaint.

KFC food and the service

I am very disappointed in the KFC at 10151 Hull St., Midlothian, Va. 23112.
I love the food when its prepared right, but at this place there are issues.
I think management is bad. The wait for your food is sometimes 40 mins or longer.
The servers are rude and really don't care if they wait on you are not.
The place is not clean and tables are dirty.
My sister went there this past weekend and there was no one up front to take her order. She finally had to yell to get someone to come to the front.
I think this place needs new management and new employees that care about the customer.
Unless something changes, we won't be back and from the looks of the empty parking lot, there are a lot that feel the same way.

KFC manager demi austin an cannon and I 35.

I arrived at KFC at 1050 pm.. Drove to drive thru it was dark no lights.. I then went to the drive thru window. A truck was just receiving their food. When they drove away, I pulled up to the window and no one was there to take my order. I beeped my horn to get their attention to no avail.. I then pulled back to the drive thru kept saying "hello". I then drove back to the drive thru window and I was still ignored. It was as if it were vacant. I then blasted my horn twice and your very rude and hateful manager said what do you want? I stated food. She then said that they are closed. I said no your not. It is now 1058 and I have tried everything to get attention... She said we're closed.. I asked who is the manager? She said I am and slammed the window in my face..

KFC shorted my order at drive thru

Went through drive - through service about 30 minutes ago and my order was short by two chicken dinners and two sides so two of us don't get dinner tonight thanks. Isn't there a way you can have someone smart enough to get the orders right work the drive through. We spend a lot of money at kfc and really don't want to go elsewhere but we will if our orders are not correct. The restaurant was the one at 555 n second st in El Cajon, ca. So what can we do ?

KFC customer service

I went into KFC with the intention of buying chicken and the employee told me they were out of chicken! It was only 7 pm they stated they only had popcorn chicken. I find this very ridiculous for an institution that sells chicken to be completely sold out. Yes could at least close early or put up a sign before wasting my time in going in. This is not the first time this happens.

KFC every single thing

I just spent 42 min from when I placed my order to your illagetimate employees to the time these very uneducated people gave me my order (wrong) order I don't understand how doing this job is so difficult, every employee hardly spoke English they have zero customer service, the girl who took my order didn't say more than I quote "what you want " and "gimmie" your card that's it littrely, the store is a dump trash all over the floor flys all over the place, every customer befor and after me had waited over 15 min for their order, this Lawrence ma store shuld be shut down for good, it's a compleat disgrace and I am 100% positive is unsanitary I watched one employee drop actually drop a peace of chicken, look around and place it in someone's order, I littrely thought I was on candid camera, your employees are unable to do anything, not even capable of cleaning toilets ! This place is a DUMP and I will never EVER go there EVER again ! 1000% unsatisfactory and unsanitary in so many ways, the food? Don't even ask it's burnt, cold and taste like rotten pigeon ! Do not offer me a free drink or drumstick because I will never ever go back to this obomanation of an establishment

KFC service

We went to three different locations looking for pot pies the first two were out of them the other one said it would be a 30 minute wait after waiting 40 minutes I believe it's ridiculous that you would have to wait that long to get for Pot pies I would definitely like a call back or my money back this is horrible and the service and attitudes were awful can i get my money back once we got home they weren't even cooked

KFC service/employee behaviour

I visited KFC in Mall of Egypt and ordered dinner box & snack box. Was told it will take 10 mins to be ready and I said that's fine.
15 minutes later the shift manager told told me it will tale 10 more minutes, I said okay...
30 minutes later my order was not yet ready...during these 30 minutes he suggested that I take all spicy instead of half and half.
Manager attitude was not proper, seemed not to care much as he was in a corner eating lunch while people are waiting...and it was not that crowded at all!

KFC but, having visited the store twice this week,???

The first visit my order number was 201. After waiting 15 minutes and hearing order number 209 being called out, I finally got the attention of an employee and asked why 8 others orders had been filled and mine had not been filled. My order was two items, K7 and a taco salad. I was told they were waiting on the salad! After finding a table that was the least nasty from previous customers, we sat and ate our food. I got the store number and told my wife I would report the store. Thinking maybe being a newly remodeled facility I did not contact with the complaint. WAS I WRONG!
Today we again visited the same store. A person named Davantae K took my order. His attitude was horrible, no personality and appeared that he wished he was elsewhere. The bill was less than $9.00 and I paid with it with a $100 bill. Counting my change, I had been shorted $20. Davantae left the register, and I waited until another person came to the register. She asked for my order and I told her I had been shorted $20 on the order that I had already placed. I was told to wait while she counted up his drawer.
Looking behind the cashier, there were KFC buckets layin in the floor, other food containers as well, and a fried chicken leg was in the floor as well. Today all the tables needed wiping down. Finally got my $20!
In conclusion, the employees here are a disgrace to the quality of your company and the quality of food and service that I experience at other locations. Until I am contacted by company officials, I will NOT dine here again.

THe worst thing about all of this is that I was so angry that when my wife said something that made me angry I punched her. She reported me to the police and is thinking of leaving me. She is thinking of pressing charges.

KFC eating area very dirty

This is not first time I've seen this kfc dirty. The tables floors, windows and windowsill was dirty, old food dropped on windowsill spider webs were there too. Tables were sticky and hadn't been wash off. But I will say the food was excellent. You will loose business I'm sure if it's not cleaned up. This is something I felt like management needed to know about and address. Thank you for your time.

KFC chronic order shortage

Hi, I'll start out by saying that I love your products. I have been using the store location that I have a complaint about (S. Rangeline Rd. Carmel Indiana) for over 40 years. Here for the past couple of years almost every time that I order my 30 hot wings, I get shorted at least 5 wings. This evening I ordered my usual 30 wings and other items. After we got home and sat down for dinner I found that I was shorted 5 wings again, even after telling the young man taking my order (Tyler) that they short me on a regular basis. That's like being robbed of at least $4.00 every time I order my usual 30 hot wings at that store. My wife and I have both complained to the management on several occasions and we always get an apology. But that has become a hollow gesture at this point. I don't know if my complaint will make a difference but I just felt like I needed to vent to someone higher up. Thank you for listening... Restaurant# H740016 - Cashier: Tyler - 10/28/2017 - 5:24 PM... A refund or free wings would be nice, but I would have no clue of what that exact number would be.

I ordered a #5 Fill Up Box which is a dark meat combo, leg and thigh, specifically extra crispy and mashed potatoes without gravy. When I got my order a few minutes later, I opened the box to check it. The mashed potatoes had gravy on it, and the two pieces of chicken were extra crispy breasts. I told the employee at the counter that this wasn't what I ordered and then the employee informed me that they were out of dark meat extra crispy. I was told I would have to wait 15 minutes for them to make the order. I waited for approximately 25 minutes and finally got my order. I didn't receive a coupon or a free piece of chicken for my inconvenience. I also don't appreciate having anyone try to trick me by making my order different and not inform me of the situation and hope that I wouldn't notice it was wrong until I got home. This was very unprofessional and insulting.

KFC ordered and paid for 16 piece meal. received only 8 pieces.

- We went through the drive-thru and ordered a 16-piece meal with 2 sides of coleslaw and 2 sides of potato wedges. When we drove up, they had everything bagged. When he read my order, they had put mashed potatoes instead of potato wedges. They corrected this issue immediately. When we finally got home, we opened the bucket and found ONLY 8 pieces of chicken. We paid $43.63 for 8 pieces of chicken.

I order a K7 with a extra breast original they give me a breast and a thigh luke warm, the soda was a carbonated something no straws the server asking the manager to come help her please because the line was out the door what is going on I've never seen anything like this in my life. KFC food and cleanliness

I'm making a complaint about your restaurant in Harrisonville, MO. For sometime now we have found it to be very dirty, the floors are greasy, even tho it was a slow time of the day all of the tables were dirty and even the seats. The buffet looked dirty and the food looked old. There has been much complaining from other customers lately on my fb page. One of my friends asked for a refund and left. It's a nice restaurant so I wanted to let you know so maybe you can make some much needed changes in the staff etc. thankyou!

KFC product and service

I visited this store today 10/25/2017. While entering the restaurant I was greeted well. The problem started with the person that fixed our food. He gave us some dark dry chicken and a pot pie that was over extended the tin it is in. We asked for fresh food; he took that food and threw it in the trash. He then got us some other food; something that he could have done before. The problem continued as the lady began sweeping the floor while we was eating. This caused dust and floor particles to fly all over where we was eating. We then got up and left the restaurant. Due to the attitudes that we experience; this visit was totally unsatisfied. Until you respond back, we will not return back or give anyone a recommendation to eat at this restaurant.

I'm a regular costume of ur restaurant and I never had a bad experience like the one today I stop by the restaurant whit my family and I see that one of the door was lock there was a worker sitting in side a car I ask if ya were open and he anwher me what dies it look like what a mean face and a bad attitude Knowing that I assume that he came out of his car is smell like strong marijuana And a lot of smoke was coming out of the car I had my kids and my mother with me When they seen this dark bold guy getting high in the parking lot this restaurant that is so unprofessional I think his name tag said Jesus When I told him I was going to tell the manager he said he didn't care because he's the manager and he runs this place I will never come back to this place so disrespectful that you have people doing drugs and working in this place and said there the manager and that they didn't care when I want to speak to a manager there was a supervisor I think his name was Darell and he had no clue what to say or what to do wow what a bad experience I don't know why they don't drug test people before they get hired so sad 10/25/17
