Today I went to kfc and ordered a $20 fill up meal . I wanted extra crispy they told me 20 mins wait . I said ok and waited . When I got chicken I went home to find out I wAited 20mins for nothing . The chicken they gave me was original.So I had to go back to kfc to exchange the chicken.
I never ever had to go back and exchange chicken before. Is really bad customer service telling you to wait and give you something you did not even order . Theres no comunication . Very bad experience wil never go back to that kfc store again and will never eat at kfc again.
