KFC the amount of food in your little infant food containers

5 dollars boxes come with half full food? The potatoes is smaller then a infant meal and still only get half a bowl of gravy with few potatoes. Wow just about had a stroke ! Really bad when you can't fill up any thing you sale? Ok beaver dam Kentucky KFC just got remodeled and now getting cheap and hiring not to good people to be looking at cooking food your going to eat?

KFC 9010 s. tryon st. charlotte nc 28273/customer service

I first had to deal with the cashier that had a bad attitude. She just handed me my change and was so rude. Then after I get my drink, I realize the drink had gone flat. I politely ask manager if he can have someone change the drink syrup. He said he'll fill up the drink from the rear. He fill is up and ask me to taste it. It too had gone flat and I said once again in a polite tone, "yeah this is flat as well". In a very condescending manner. He ORDERS me, "get a Pepsi or something else". The workers were more interested in playing on their phones than to provide good customer service. The manager in description is a heavy set, African American, gay male. The cashier was a young, thin, African American female. I dealt with this store before. I live across the street and usually get the same treatment. But today was the last straw. I too am a black man and this was very frustrating. I am fed up with that type of service. If you don't want a job, quit. That bad service and attitude make customers mad at the place and will reduce productivity of that restaurant.

KFC customer service. harsh way of communication over the telephone by the customer service agent

While placing the order the agent who attending the call couldn't get the order clearly and asked to repeat the requirement. Further I mentioned my requirement little bit louder for understanding. Meanwhile the customer service agent replies that I don't need to speak as if to a stupid and I kept quite. Please ensure that the customer service agents behaviour is jovial and soft towards customers.

KFC betty

I used to work at kfc I quit last year in lmao September because mike & Betty are the rudest people I have ever met. I went to the drive thru a while ago me & my mother & my mother asked Betty did she remember me & Betty had an attitude & she slammed the window in our face. She opened it back up & just threw the chicken didn't tell us have a great day or nothing.

KFC drive through order

I stopped after work at the KFC drive through off I 16. I ordered the 3 piece big box meal all white meat. When I got home which was 30miles I sat down to eat. When I was almost through I noticed in the bottom of my box under where my food had been a big piece of green paper like a tag off some meat or something. Hope I don't get sick or food poison from it. They need to check it out before it happens again to some others. If I lived closer I would have brought it right back to show them and complain. Please do something soon. Thank you.

KFC cold food and not hot and fresh

I was very unhappy about my meal at this kfc. I had the fill up box meal and the chicken wasn't hot, the stuffing from the buffet wasn't hot and also the gravy. Mind you, this was at 12:03 pm at this restaurant. I guess no-one here knows about hot and fresh food. This is your river ridge location here in Asheville NC. Restaurant number is j718112 ticket number 3007. $5.35 for this bad meal of which wasn't up to par for this restaurant.

This was your restaurant located at the River Ridge plaza here in Asheville NC. Number is J718112 ticket number is 3007 dated 08/09/2017. total price for this unfit meal was $5.35. I hope that this is enough information needed for this complaint for if you want to loose business at this restaurant, keep on serving food like this and it shall close very quick. Maybe the Health board should check temperatures at this restaurant.

KFC service

My daughter and I had lunch at a KFC restaurant today and the service was horrible, which is very surprising since we often eat at this location and normally have really good service. Today, however, it appeared that the manager was not there and the employee working the register had the worst attitude I have encountered in any restaurant. She did not greet us, just walked to the register and gave us a look like we were wasting her time. We ordered the buffet and there was NO chicken or biscuits. The other items were not fresh as they usually are either. When I asked for chicken she took about 5 minutes to bring out 2 drumsticks and 2 thighs, no tongs were there and it took her even longer to bring them. Never said a word to either of us just walked off with no apology or anything. When she gave us our receipts the she gave us did not have the survey information on them, she threw those away. My receipt shows the ticket #3651, Date 2017-08-09, time 11:25AM and a code that I tried to use for the survey but it didn't work, E121019 3 191 3651. It also shows the cashier's name, Brie. We have eaten at this restaurant often but I felt like I needed to contact you to express my disappointment with the service we received today. Hopefully, this will not be the case in the future. I will be sure to ask for the receipt with the survey information next time.

KFC order

I ordered 16 piece mixed with 4 sides and 8 biscuits. I got 16 thighs, 2sides, 6 biscuits. . so i called corporate and made q report. After talking with them. I called the store para the mg was acting like i was trying to get some free food i work every day i have 4 children 1 in college. 1 on track he's a junior in high school. And 2 in grad school. Im not on any programs. . i had a sleep over for my baby and still had to get more food. Im not LOOKING FOR ANYTHING FREE. BUT CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT. . I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN I DON'T THINK THE STORE SHOULD STAY OPEN BECAUSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. .. 7508 s Lafayette Chicago il 60620 NO

KFC rude staff

My husband and I went to pick up lunch on 08/09/17 at 11:45. When we pulled up to order the lady at the drive thru seemed distracted. We proceeded to place our order and she would not let my husband finish and would repeat the first order with a drink without asking what kind of drink was wanted. We proceeded to order the second filler box and she just gave us the total as to suggest that we were done ordering our food. We pulled up and she took payment for our order without acknowledging us and proceeded to talk with a coworker about trying tomatoes or something. Nonetheless, she gave us our orders and closed the window. Did not ask if we wanted any condiments or anything else. My husband drove off and in a loud voice said thank you. As we were driving off she asked if we wanted any dipping sauce. I got to work and as I opened my box, I noticed one of the chicken strips looked as if it was recycled but a piece was missing. I was very disappointed with the service and called the manager. When I first asked to speak to the manager he was a little rude at first but after I explained my situation he was apologetic.

KFC service

When we entered the building, a very upset customer was leaving. The customer felt she needed to warn us about her dissatisfaction as she left when we passed her in the doorway coming in. As we approached the line to order, we noticed many people waiting in line to get their food. We had to wait to order our food because they were busy trying to get the food to other customers that were waiting. When the cashier finally got to us, she felt that she needed to tell us that they were out of some of their chicken. I told her that we are ordering Taco Bell food. I tried to tell her our order for the Big Box Double Chalupa meals, but she interrupted me several times before I could finish telling her. When I thought that she got my order correct, she tried to repeat the order. I couldn't understand her at all and had to ask her to slow down a bit, so I could understand what she was saying. We waited a very long time to get our order. I noticed right away that the food was not up to standards. The chalupas and tacos were difficult to eat because some were broken and did not have enough cheese on them. Also, we ordered one of the Big Boxes as a Spicy version and it wasn't labeled. I asked for more cheese and they told me I have to pay extra. Then, I asked if they can remake my food and they refused, so they gave me a small amount of cheese in a plastic container. I was not happy with this, but I made due. I didn't get to mention how dirty the restaurant was yet. The tables were very dirty and the floors had a bunch of food splattered on it. Before my family was able to sit down, I had to clean the table with paper towels with soap from the bathroom. They had their broom and dustpan out, so I decided to sweep the floor, so my family did not have to step in the food and get their shoes all full of food. The cashier noticed that I was sweeping and she said that someone will get to it and by the time someone did come out, I was almost finished cleaning. I have to mention that we had to constantly swat the flies away from our food the whole time we were eating. This was very annoying. This is the worst Taco Bell location I have ever been to and I hope they can fix this location, so we can come back. This location is very close and convenient to my place of employment. I live in Fort Collins and for now I have to travel home if we want to eat at Taco Bell. This is such a shame! Please help!

KFC the entire service/food

After repeating my entire order 3 times, we had to pull to the window and they had to start all over and take our order again. We were in the drive thru for about 30-35 minutes total, when we got home with our food (we live 5 minutes away) both of our "famous bowls" were almost ice cold. When I stirred my son's mashed potatoes to mix the gravy, that was in his kids meal there was nothing but powder that flew out and that is sitting (so of course he didn't eat them), the potato wedges that came with the 2 pc meal were cold and hard.

KFC cashier named sam

Today I went to the KFC restaurant in Findlay Ohio . When I ordered, I didn't hear clearly what the cashier named Sam said to me. Then she laughed at me. I ordered the an 8pc. meal( chicken only) but she told me 20 dollars and laughed at me agin. Then the manager came out and dealers with it. I think that cashier named Sam has a race discrimination. She laughed at me several times and had a bad manner.

KFC my meal, cashier sharon, manager lucy

On August 8th at 2:19 p.m. my husband went to KFC to purchase me a big box coleslaw, wedge, biscuit and medium Pepsi. he brought it back to me and my potato wedges were stale I asked him to take it back to the store and get my meal replaced.
he brought back the same Meayl with only the wedges replace. Store claim they replace all.
unfortunately, i did not take photo of meal. But part of chicken and biscuit was pinch off. I sent it back and requested again a fresh meal, it was an issue with the store. So this is why im here to make an complaint. This is a store representing your company name, that is very unprofessional and rude and think its ok. Its not.

KFC unethical behaviour

We were 6 people who asked for food from KFC located in above address.

The KFC employee didn't speak English well.

The employee name is Muhammet Ch...

This employee didn't respect us and reject to sell us KFC dinner food.

I recommend to employ people with minimum English language skill and respect other people.

KFC complaining about product, service & the lack of customer service feed back

Dear KFC management. This e-mail is literally just to reiterate, here again how extremely un-pleased my family & I are with KFC . The North Broadway location in Knoxville, TN has been on numerous occasions and now after waiting almost 3 (THREE) weeks, I FINALLY receive a $5 voucher! ! ONE ! JUST ONE ! This comes after I tell you of MANY visits to this location and purchases totaling at least $45-$60 !
WOW! THANK U, I NOW SEE WHERE THE KFC's employees are trained NO better. I hate to see a waist of such great potential in a restaurant that has been thriving at this location .

KFC customer service

I came into the Kentucky Fried Chicken on Shawano Avenue in Green Bay on the 3rd of this month I ordered a 12-piece bucket I asked to substitute the wings for something else they failed to do so I came back today on the 7th because the manager at the time when I called took my name and my phone number and told me I could get a free $5 fill up I showed up there today and they refused to honor it

KFC unethical behavior /scam

as an employee in Kfc I felt harassed and constantly misunderstood. The Managers were rude and very over demanding especially on busy nights. The employees /managers made very uncomfortable and confused by spreading rumors, not having the schedule out and holding back my checks a couple of times. They're very malicious and conniving and i actually have a court date coming up with the merger and would like to understand my rights as a employee working in any KFC franchise/ restaurant soon.

KFC cleanliness

My family and I ate at the kfc/taco bell location in Altoona iowa. (By adventurland) it was beyond disgusting. Flooring was not cleaned up, wrappers spilt pop on the floor. The lady working the register had poor interactions with everyone in the store. Not once did she smile and she had the look of not caring to be there. I get we all days where we don't want to work, but leaning on the register running her nose then grabbing cups to give to customers. It was great watching her pushing the trash down with a container then not washing her hands to go back to the register. Very poorly run. Bathrooms were disgusting. Will not be going back ever.

KFC food poisoning

My family of 7 was returning from an amusement park and we stopped at the KFC in Altoona, PA, next to the Logan Valley Mall. Only 2 of us purchased and ate chicken strips and both of us were very sick that night. The dining room had already closed, but the drive-through was still open. The guy at the window asked me to pull around to wait for the chicken because they wouldn't be ready for 4 more minutes. We did that and he brought them out to us along with a couple cookies due to our wait. They were very polite, however, we were very sick that night.

KFC entire store, service, wait time, slippery floors

On our way back from Panama City Beach, FL My family of 8 stopped by the KFC De Funiak Springs, FL location to grab dinner. There was no ice in the machine. When asked about it the cashier said she would get us some and never did. We ended up getting drinks without ice and they all tasted funny. There was tanding water in the floor of the dining room and the bathroom floor was slippery and slimy. I almost slipped several times trying to walk to the table. We had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for food and when we got it some items had to be fixed because they were wrong. The air was either off or completely not working and only 2 fans were placed in the dining room aiming at a single table. By far the worst dining experience ever at a KFC.
