KFC raw food and spoiled tea

My daughter who was visiting from out of town took me and my boyfriend out to eat at the KFC in Harrisonburg Va We waited for over a half an hour to receive raw biscuits and chicken which we paid about 25.00 for so we tried to return the food that night.but the store had closed so we had to wait til the next day at which time my daughter had went home but left the food and receipt With us so we returned all of it to the store at which time I was told no refunds because it wasn't returned the day it was purchased which was impossible because they had closed being just the two of us and not in the mood for 25.00 worth a chicken after the ordeal the night be forced I argued with them for about an hour and ended up taking home 25.00 worth of tea my choice because I figured that was a safe choice it spoiled in the fridge the very next still waiting to be compensated

KFC paid for items not received

got riped off TWICE in a row and this time was even worse on being shorted on food, TOLD the drive thru guy that they left out the slaw last time and to make sure we got everything after waiting TWENTY minutes for our food with NO ONE in front of us, we got our food and I asked is everything there, YUP. NO THANK YOU or nothing for a $42 order and guess what got shorted AGAIN the slaw and everyone of the chickens must have been handicap cause NOT ONE DRUM STICK. Tried calling the store and FINALLY got an answer after 40 minutes. GOT a I am sorry but that is it cause I said I did NOT want a coupon I wanted my money back for the items missing. DID not get anything except expect to hear from the district manager lol. NEXT TIME HARDEES, or CHURCHES CHICKEN or even BOJANGLES. but if you go to this one CHECK THE ORDER out YOURSELF cause they will LIE TO YOU bout it being all there and YOU PAY FOR THEIR LIES. This is the store in Wilmington NC on Carolina Beach Rd, . Been waiting for 11 days not for someone to call but so far NOTHING. THEY ARE THIEFS and should go to JAIL for riping off customers and keeping their money

KFC management

Restaurant in Ocean Springs, MS on Bienville Blvd. Their is favoritism, racism, harrassment, and hostile work environment. Both managers are black and give the hours to the black employees, allow the black employees to taunt white employees and nothing is done to correct this despite complaints to management. Employees are allowed to bring their young children to work for their entire shift and one even cleaned her car during her shift. The white employees are made to go home early if it is slow but never the black employees. This happens daily and this restaurant, it's managers and employees need to be investigated as it is harshly tapping on an employment rights violation.

KFC undone chicken disgusting

I ordered 20 piece hot wings on August 30, 2017, I got home and my daughter who is 8 years old bit into the chicken and discovered blood. She kept eating with out telling me, she counted 10 out of the box and there were 5 left when I looked in the bowl. Each piece was not cooked, it was almost raw with blood on the bones as well. Later that day my Fiance came home and discovered the rest were the same, we woke up today August 31, 2017 with stomach aches and my daughter threw up, and has a fever. I truly want this issue to be addressed, I would like a refund on my order and anything else you deem necessary to correct and compensate this.

KFC service and product

Onefa "the manager" from KFC on 124 nepperhan ave was extremely rude. She had a real bad nasty attitude. I asked her if she had honey mustard she just ignored me threw the sauce in the bag she gave me hard biscuits asked politely if I can have different ones she gave me nasty attitude and said they all the same u have to wait 20 mins. I asked for a refund she snatched my card n my food. She was real nasty. And she told me she was a manager I don't think a manager needs to be working there with a nasty attitude.

KFC service

I went to the location at 14570 Baseline, Fontana Ca. on 08/28/17 at approximately 1945 hrs. I went through drive thru and ordered 2 number 2's. I get home and go figure, they screwed it up AGAIN. They gave me a wing and a thigh when it should have been a wing and breast, xtra crispy. I drive back (after a long work day and traffic), go into the store (about 2015 hours). There were about 4 to 5 employees standing around and no one in the store. Took them about 5 to 10 minuets to get to me. A male finally came up to me and I explained the problem and thought it was resolved. I get back out to my car and figured I better check my meal...of course it was WRONG again. I went back into the store and waited again! Finally a female in a red shirt (store manager) came up to me and asked if I needed help. I told her "This is the third time I have been in here and it is starting to get [censor]ed". She then told me that I could not use that word. I was dumbfounded that this kid wants to correct a customer. I told her I didn't say she was [censor]ed, I said that coming in here 3 times is [censor]ed. She again said I could not use that word. I didn't realized that a Supervisor who is attempting to provided customer service would say such a thing. I told here I could use a lot of choice words at that moment but I was not going too. I also told her that I have a mentally disabled child and grandchild, so I could use that word if I wanted to . I told her to give me my money back as she continued to argue with me. Then I heard her mumble "[censor]" at the register. I stated laughing that she could correct my verbiage usage but her mouth was running about me. I asked her what her name was, she refused. She said, " I don't have to give you my name." I said yes you do. She again refused to give me her name. I told her to keep her liberal snowflake comments to herself and she should not be telling me what I can say or not say. I took a picture of her, plus I explained to her that the franchise could figure out who was working at that date and time. I found her to be a sad representative to your organization. I will no longer be a customer of this location, EVER! We used to go at least once a week and this is the first time I had an issue with the staff. We always have issues with our food from this location. Maybe someone should tell her that the customer is always right and I would have not been there if they could get a simple order right in the first place! This person needs some major retraining! She is a white female, tattoos everywhere and very long brown hair. She is about 5'7" and 230 lbs...

KFC service

Today I went on my lunch break to KFC (I am pregnant and was craving their mashed potatoes and gravy). I ordered my normal chicken little combo with mashed potatoes and gravy and a cherry pepsi with no ice. At the window I handed the lady my card and she went to hand me my pop and card at the same time. She ended up dropping my pop and it went all over my lap and my phone and car. She did not say anything, just stared at me then handed me like 5 napkins. She did not apologize or even offer to get me a new pop. I had to pull over and wipe down my seats with the few napkins I had (they are leather and I did not want them sticky). Now I am sitting at work with sticky, soggy pants and a half empty drink. It also got all over my phone but luckily did not damage it. I would not be so livid if the girl had said sorry and gave me a new pop. I will never go back to this KFC location.

KFC food was terrible

Hello, I have purchased the "To-Go Cup" For $3.28 at a KFC Restaurant at 6999 Country Walk Dr. Cordova, TN 38018 on 08/30/17 around 12:30pm. I am not a happy customer today due to the chicken was hard (maybe cooked to long or has been sitting up for a long period of time). By the restaurant just happening at 10am, I thought maybe the food would have been fresh at the time of my purchase. Also the potato wedges was dried out and look/taste old as well. I have order food at KFC throughout Memphis and Cordova, TN., and must of time I am always having bad food experience. There was a time when I just stop completely coming to KFC due to the food. Today, I went to KFC on my lunch break and after returning back to work which I'm about 3 mins away from my job, this is when I discovered that the food is just flat out TERRIBLE. I did not call the store nor did I have time to go back and let the store know about my meal, which I don't do well with confronting someone face to face. It upset me to go back inside the restaurant and let them know how my food is. So to avoid me getting all ugly and etc, I just decided to not go by inside the store. I don't think I would even go back to KFC. Not only KFC, there are other restaurants such as Taco Bell, Burger King, Wendy's, Captain D's, Sonic's and etc has the same bad experience, not along the behavior of the employee, which I can go on and on. All together I just don't agree with fast food restaurant. I wish it could have been like the good ole days, when the older/elderly people was running the kitchen. All these young kids might do need a job but not cooking somebody food. Half of them don't even want to be at work. Over all, I just wanted to inform somebody that I didn't have a good experience with KFC food and I am very pissed off to the max. I am glad that I didn't purchase a higher cost meal, than that would really send me over the edge. Best thing for me to do now is to bring my own lunch to work. I am surround by over 50 different restaurants in my area, and I don't think I would be doing anybody restaurant soon. That way if I bring my own lunch or stop eating out then I can't get upset/mad at nobody but my self. Good Luck!

KFC the worst fast food I never got

this was our worst trip to kfc ever! my girlfriend and i ordered a popcorn chicken meal and my girl ordered a pot pie. we werr told it would be 22min for the pot pie so she ordered a single breast meal. 18min later we still were hungry without any food. the girl that took our order and the manager asked us twice what we ordered and still no food. after 18 min i asked for my money back. i paid with a debit card. it took them 0 min to take the money out of my account but i have still not recieved the balance back yet! the total was $11.43. and still no refund and it has been hours since i was at the restaurant. i will NEVER step foot in another kfc again. the kfc that everyone should avoid is on 12th st in west columbia, sc. order there at your own risk! we were not the only ones complaining about their service. NEVER AGAIN!

KFC it's the management from adriana

Beware. The manager Adriana is giving out old chicken to people. She doesn't treat the crew members fair in other words she hires one new member in acts like he suppose to know everything on his first week. Seriously why work at KFC is the manager doesn't like her job I wouldn't work with someone mad all the time. She doesn't care if a team member struggling for answers. Please replace her with Stephanie as current manager because Adriana doesn't know how to treat her members accordingly to business policies.

KFC grilled chicken

On 8/28/17 I purchased 2 orders of the Monday special, 2 pieces of chicken, 1 side and a soft drink. When I arrived home and sat down to enjoy 1 of my meals I bit down on the grilled chicken and on something solid and broke my teeth. As I removed the chicken from my mouth, I discovered in the chicken a small round solid rock. After this incident, I called the store located on Altemesa Blvd where I purchased the chicken and report it to the store manager. He directed me to call or report my incident to the corporate office who would be able to take care of my broken teeth. I'm reaching out to KFC to pay for cost to repair my broken teeth.

KFC kfc in malta and saratoga springs show they open at 10:00 am and I went to both at 10:00 and 10:15 and they don't start serving until 11:00.

I went to Malta, New York store first and was told they didn't start serving KFC until 11 am but I could get Taco Bell. I don't eat Taco Bell food. They told me the KFC would be open and sent me on a wild goose chase to Saratoga Springs, New York. Waste of my time and gas. Both stores showed hours starting at 10 am on line and the signs on the doors. I'll never go again. date was today, August 28 and I just got home and went elsewhere for my lunch.

KFC bad quality food. long wait upto 20 mins and casual attitude of staff.

In pakistan islamabad f 10 branch the food served is cold and avg wait time is 20 mins. When we complain the staff gives justification of shortage of food. Most of customers were complaining abt long wait time and cold food. They said that they dont have ketchup when i asked for it. The coke 1 litre bottle was hot and they served ice in the paper boat. No complaint register and i was not given complaint number for my written complaint. Most of kfc branches in islamabad has same problem and we prefer now to have mcdonalds as they serve chicken pieces now.

KFC chicken selection, service

This store seems to never have enough chicken, unbelievable, as it IS a chicken restaurant. No original last night at 9:00. Got up to get a refill of tea, and the lady was taking it up at 9:25. The cashier was Very unfriendly, and seemed to be upset at a coworker. The employees change with every visit. Very disappointing.

KFC refused service

Last night Saturday August 26th 2017 at approximately 9:20pm I visited the KFC on Brook Rd. I usually don't eat this late but this is a moving weekend for my family and I. My wife and daughter was hungry and wanted KFC chicken. I research the time and it stated they closed at 10:00pm. So again I arrived there at 9:20pm. To make a long story short I was denied service because the manager refused to drop chicken at that time. They told me it was their policy because it was too close to closing. My question is why post a 10:00pm closing time if you are not going to serve up to that time? If I go to other restaurants they serve up until closing. I am a retired disabled veteran and I pride myself on professionalism. And I found that this store and manager lacks professionalism and customer service! And I will keep contacting upper management until I get answers!

KFC poor customer service & extremely slow drive thru

(August 26th, 2017)Today I was at the KFC in Green Bay, WI with my daughter in the drive thru. We went to the one at 1609 Shawano Avenue. My daughter was on her lunch from work & the drive thru was insanely slow, it was 20 minutes before our order was even taken! By the time we got to the cashier we were so angry because my daughter was late getting back to work & we were so upset we didn't even get our food. The store manager didn't seem to even care, all he said was that there were other people getting food too, like we didn't even seem to matter. What kind of customer service is this? VERY POOR in mine & my daughters eyes. Yes I do admit I did swear at the manager one time, but when you totally disregard what I say as a customer I believe it's called for. If he would've maybe showed some concern, or even offered a free meal which most places would've, then maybe I wouldn't be so upset. I've worked in customer service all my life & I can honestly say this was probably the WORST customer service I've ever received.
I felt that this needed to be said, whether or not anything is done about it I may never know.

KFC food bar

The food bar in Batesville Arkansas is a joke! They have stopped carrying chicken livers on their buffet, was told that they are not carrying them at all. What kind of a chicken place don't carry livers? First it was gizzards they stopped selling and now it's the livers! What's next the chicken?

The place could be cleaner, it's hard to find a clean table.

KFC everything

3 different times I have gone to the KFC on US42 in Florence Kentucky and all 3 times it's been a bad experience for instance yesterday I come in and ordered 10 chicken wings and they did not have them refused to make more and it was only 7:30 p.m. now today I just went to the same KFC and order 10 chicken wings and again they did not have them and refused to make them the manager was extremely rude . it's only 2pm . y will they not make any more ?

KFC 20 dollar fill up

I was a the Tumwater Washington drive thru and I tried to order a 20 dollar fill up, I was told it was only dark meat! I questioned the gal who was taking the order about why it was only dark meat.. I signage didn't say anything about it being only dark meat. So she kept pushing a mangers special for 26.00 plus tax. I said no and ended up ordering a 8 piece meal which was 26.00 incl. tax. So when I got home I got online to see if the advertisement show or said anything about only dark meat... No it did not. I called the store and talked to the manger on duty her name was Ashley she said that it has been a dark meat only for months, I was like no your wrong since I just order it a week ago. You know I think more than anything companies are not teaching customer service any more... I said I felt like I was being told something that wasn't true. Can you say BAIT AND SWITCH..

KFC’s Extra Crispy $20 Fill Up™ has 8 pieces of crunchy Extra Crispy™ chicken, a large cole slaw, 4 biscuits and 2 large mashed potatoes and gravy to keep those friends feeling satisfied. where it states dark meat only... The wanted me to buy the 26.00 mangers special... I said no and it wasn't stated any where on the menu board that it was dark meat only.. I do believe it is called bait and switch when you are advertising something and try to sell you up.. Because what was advertised isn't really what is on sale.. Yep against the law..

KFC customer service

Good Afternoon,

I went to your KFC in North Natomas, CA last night at about 8:23 pm. Myself and my friend waited in the fast food line that had no more than five customer's ahead for at least thirty minutes, but most likely more. Finally when we got up to the window I order a K11 and I wasn't aware it already came with mashed potatoes, I thought it came with fries and coleslaw. So I asked to sub mashed potatoes instead of fries and then I added Macaroni and Cheese to the side. The gentleman who took our order and we even heard him huff over the speaker because i think he thought we were taking too long to order. "Um, excuse me. But if I'm going to wait 30 minutes in line I deserve the same respect as I give him for making me wait. Also, you guys don't have a screen until you get up to the ordering so it's kind of impossible to know what you want before hand. Then we ordered, he tells us our price and we asked him to repeat back to us, which is not such a crazy request. He repeats back K11 with Pepsi and macaroni and cheese. My friend proceeds, since i still think it comes with fries and not mashed potatoes to ask if he subbed our order. Which typically every fast food place I have ever been too, 1. They repeat your order back to you without having to ask in the first place. 2. If you sub something in the beginning and it already came the way you wanted it, why wouldn't the server just say something? Instead he goes condescendingly, "ma'm it does not even come with fries." Like why wouldn't you have told us this in the first place, maybe this is why there service line goes so slow. Once we pull up the window we get no greeting for the first seven minutes of sitting there. He finally opens up the window takes our payment and hands us our food. I do have receipts if you guys need, where I left Safeway down the street at 8:13 pm and we did not leave there drive way until almost 8:50... That is ridiculous. And on top of it, you're rude to me? That is not acceptable. And I would like some type of revolve. I didn't even want to eat my food after the experience I had.
