KFC the person at in the drive thru

The man in the drive the drive thru was talking inappropriate while my wife was trying to place her order... We pulled up to KFC around 2:45 p.m. on on cullen in the sunnyside community. My wife asked for 3 five dollar fill ups and then proceed to tell the guy what kind of drinks we wanted.He was talking to someone in the restaurant so he some how got the order wrong. So when my wife told him again he started saying dam i sound like i offended you me-ma... Like he know use or something...my wife whole mood changed and she asked what you say. We was so worked up we just left cause it was gone get real ugly...

KFC rude store manager

KFC complaint Aug 5 2017, 10pm about Jason, store Mgr, Salina, Ks.

Drive thru order #5 a 2 piece dark $5.44 including tax, mashed potatoes w/gravy was substituted for wedges w/gravy. Staff tried to up- charge an Mgr was called because no up-charge previously. Mgr would not remove initially but did agree not to charge. Then out of nowhere Mgr said to "get off my property " three times an threatened to call the cops, then threw my credit card at me.

It is unacceptable that a Store Manager is allowed to be rude and unprofessional an chase business away.

Perhaps an apology is in order?

KFC store manager

Store manager at the kerman ca location is the most unprofessional manager I have ever dealt with, by far the rudest to her employees and customer I live in a small town and when every one speaks bad about her and knows what type of manager she is that says a lot. I've personally had a bad experience and know of employees who have and have had bad experiences, they are threaten to get a right up if they do not do the customer survey at least once a month, from my understanding that should be done by customers not employees and all that comes from teach and train your employees to give there best customer service and customers will gladly do the survey. No need to threaten or discriminate the employees. No need for rudeness and unprofessionalizm just because they are young teenagers or it's there first jobs, Give respect to earn it!

KFC service was awful

To Who It May Concern:
This complaint concerns the KFC/Taco Bell on Roosevelt Blvd in Jacksonville, Florida.
My issue is the wait time I endured. I waited 25 minutes and left with no meal for my family. I ordered and waited and finally decided to question the cashier about my order when I did I was approached by the manager with my order in hand telling me she made it 10 minutes before and did not know why I did not get it, so now you want me to take an order that has been sitting there getting cold for 10 minutes so I asked for my money back which I received with an apology that was not censer. Also I was not offered to take the order for free for the inconvenience or asked if I wanted another order made. As I was leaving another customer told me to complain to the manager the way I was treated and I replied she is the manager.
Complaints do no good because of the lack of training a by management at this KFC. My opinion is that this KFC store managers staff is looked into.
I know KFC is making money so complaints like this are not important but I just wanted to let you know my experience of what happened as my wife cried on the way home because we had no meal in hand and the way customers are treated these days. The manager will get a pay check no matter how I was treated.

KFC food service after handling money

Its a good thing that I waited at the counter for my food this afternoon. I put my order in for a Go Cup and a lemonade. The cashier said that she has to get the lemonade for me. So left my cup there waiting for my lemonade as the casheir helped the next person.
I watched as the cashier held money and made change in her gloved hands. I stood there in disbelief as she then used the same gloves that just handled money with and proceeded to fill my order.
She put my order in a bag and held it out to me. I told her that I wanted a "new" order after she just held money with those hands. I asked her if she knew the reason for wearing gloves. I told her that money is on of the dirtiest things to handle and if she doesnt believe then she can google it.
I could not believe her response. She said "we wear gloves so that she could give me more fries than I would get if she used the tongs." I said that I would rather get "clean" fries rather than more fries!

KFC service and undercooked food

First of all whenever I arrived at Kentucky Fried Chicken Long John Silver's in Newport Arkansas I had to wait 30 minutes and drive through the lane the girl that waited on me in the window was very rude when we received our food it was undercooked it was greasy and mushy they did not properly put the lid on the containers I had mashed potatoes and gravy all over our box I was feeding for people now over $23 may not be much to some people but it is to me I do not appreciate the rude attitudes the slow as molasses in the winter time workers and I don't appreciate having to wait 30 minutes and a drive-thru there's a reason it is called fast food but this was not it and I expect to be compensated thank you

Okay I had went to the Kentucky Fried Chicken slash Long John Silver's in Newport Arkansas and we not only did we wait 30 minutes in drive-thru line when we got our food the food was undercooked it was greasy and mushy they didn't put the lid on properly on a mashed potatoes and gravy it was all over the inside of a box the girl that was at the drive-thru window was very rude and I refuse to put up with this I spent over $23 which ain't much to y'all but it is to me and I want this taken care of immediately. I am not trying to be rude but I had four people to feed that evening and when we got home it was disgusting I would appreciate being compensated

KFC restaurant door locked during daily open hours!

KFC, DeFuniak Springs, Florida. August 2, 2017 near lunch hours. Had my mouth set for your food. Entrance door locked. Saw clerk working at he drive-in window. Wondering what was the reason? There were several other folks attempting to enter while I was present. I am sure this caused your company to lose lots of money during this closing. Perhaps other than the clerk present, the others didn't show up for work. If so perhaps you need to increase the hourly wage?

KFC drive through

Sioux City, Iowa on Spring Hills and Lewis.
I just experienced the most idiotic thing I have ever experienced. When going through the drive-through at this KFC, we were told we were only allowed one order per person, per car. Yes, they made us drive back to the speaker to order food for the second person in the car. When we complained about the service, they bragged about the fact that they were number one in the region in customer service. Ha ha ha! They used the excuse of a time clock that only allowed them to get one order per car out, so that they could have good scores. I have never heard of such a ridiculous thing. This is one very unhappy customer.

KFC the poor service that I received!

I ordered my food and then I pulled to the first window. The young lady name Ashley had a bad attitude. She gave me my drinks and i paid her with a credit card. After giving me my food she slammed the window. I did't even get a receipt, So i went inside and ask for one. Before i can tell her what I'm missing "she replies you need something"! I just wanted what I paid for. A young man gave me what I needed. After this happened I called back to the store and talked to a manager. It was a young man and he acted like she did nothing wrong so I told him want i was about to do and he acted like he did'nt even care. My next step was to file a complaint on the store. This happened around 6:00 or 6:30 in the evening.

KFC unprofessional and rude store manager

I find it unacceptable that a Store Manager is allowed to be rude and unprofessional without consequence. The Store Manager passive aggressively smiled and noted that he had been in his position for 14 years. He argued with me in front of his staff and the other guests in the Store. He displayed disrespectful and discourteous behavior over an extra side of ranch.

Now if my complaint isn't responded to nor addressed I'll be sure to document this incident on Facebook, Reddit, Instagram, and I'll be sure to pass the word along. This type of behavior is unbecoming of a Store Manager and I expect someone in Corporate to care about the KFC brand.

This all took place with Carlos at Store # L908001

To think that such nonsense can occur over 1 extra side of ranch is insulting to me as a customer and to all those who have loyal to this brand and the products it delivers to the masses. Someone please do something.

I have seen the staff that is working at the bushnell fl Kfc do drugs and they get away with it. And then i call to tell the manger about two works there that are doing drugs and she tells me that i am not allow up there again of i do the i go to jail. Just letting yall know that whats going on at KFC in bushnell fl that is just wrong i go there and eat with family. I guess you really do get away doing drugs.

KFC wait time

Presently, I am sitting in the lobby of store #g135070. (By the way, the lobby is completely empty, 2 cars in drive thru). My order was an 8 piece bucket. I asked for 5 wings/3 random, all krispy. The cashier said, that's gonna take a while mam. I said that's what my family eats, I can wait. He then proceded to go tell a female in a striped shirt that I had a special order. She looked displeased and began to speak to him in a hushed tone. He then returned and said that's gonna be about 30 minutes mam. Really?
As I sit in the lobby the cook just came out to confirm my order. He was very professional and reassuring. However, I will never purposely come here again b/c no one wants to wait 30 mins after sitting in traffic &getting off work.

KFC advertisements

I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way, but it appears in very poor taste to photo shop, ext, the Original Colonial (who is dead) in your latest commercials. I've seen many tacky things this, but this is extreme! Your system won't allow me to send this, because I haven't complained enough. Now I can add this to your lack of professionalism with insisted that I need to complain in more detail.

KFC chicken breast and strips

I went to the KFC/TACOBELL on telegraph in Berkeley I bought the famous bowl combo the popcorn chicken was hard as a rock. I also bought a 3 strip combo the strips where hard and chewy and a very dark brown color and dry the wedges tasted like old oil I asked to exchange my strips and was given a chicken breast that tastes like old oil as well after eating the food from this store I ended up with a very bad stomach ache. I love KFC but after eating at this store I don't think I'll
be eating at KFC anytime soon.

 Pulled up to the KFC  drive through tonight at 9:40pm, my daughter's choice of dining, and I notice as soon as I get to the voice box the lights on the menu flicker off. I thought ok no biggie maybe they are closed. I compare the time on my phone vs the closing time on sign and I notice they were still open, "Hello" I ask in the box and a gentleman gets on and says yes how may I take your order so I ask for Hot wings, again my daughter's choice, the guy gets on speaker and says well maam it takes 25mins to make hot wings and we close in 20mins. "OK, fine" I said because I didn't want to cause a fuss. My daughter immediately settled for popcorn nuggets, so I ask the gentleman well are popcorn nuggets made he said yes and I was like ok well let me just do a popcorn nuggets meal with mashed potatoes and a drink. The crew member then goes on to say well ma'am we've cleaned out stove so there are no mashed potatoes or potatoes wedges made and we are getting ready to close, but I can substitute that with a piece of chicken. At this point I'm fed up because I had already settled for something my kid didn't really want and granted they were about to close, I made it to the location to order my good 20mins before they were closing so why I wasn't granted the proper customer service tonight I have no Idea. Thanks for offering chicken but unfortunately that isn't a side, let along what I asked for. I just wanted to let corporate know how unprofessional it is for this location to tell me they can't fulfill my order because they close at a certain time. I  work customer service and if a cx comes in 5mins before I shut my doors we still give that customer the attention needed to ensure they leave satisfied. No matter if I wanted to leave on time (which in my years of customer service rarely happens). I want you to know we left without purchasing a thing!  If you want customers to stop making orders at a certain time, then you guys need to fix the signs that read you all close at 10pm

KFC service

We ordered food which they forgot all of our sauces, our mashed potatoes which we payed for, and our food was totally cold. To top it off we called ahead and we're told the establishment closed an hour before posted time! I would've been ok with one of the 3 because I also work in the service industry but that was unacceptable! So very bummed out local KFC isn't up on their game! We also tried going 2 days ago and they were closed an hour early that's why we went tonight!

KFC hot wings

I ordered two of the hot wings buckets on July 28th 2017 got home decided to eat my wings while watching my movie and my wings was bloody decided to call back to complain and she said they would remake my order but here's the thing I ate Bloody Chicken my money should be refunded plus my order should've been made over. The manager on duty wants to tell me I need to call this person because they can't refund money. I spend good money at this location all I want is to be taken care of when I come good service will make a customer return back.

KFC food quality/staff

Hello,
I visited your KFC on Detroit Rd. in Elyria, OH. I received very poor quality and worse service. My order was as follows: (3) chicken breast meals, (1) 20 pc. bucket, (2) large mashed potatoes. I requested extra crispy chicken and was told "we do not have any." I understood and accepted regular recipe. I waited 30 minutes inside to receive my order. However, once I received my order I was missing the (2) large mashed potatoes when I got home, the 20 pc bucket tasted like it was made the day before(rock hard and dry). I understand bad food quality sometimes but the service I received was the part that irked me enough to right this letter. During my visit I observed this: Approx 6-8 staff members. One worker doing his best, one standing at the register doing nothing, one worker going around to every staff member trying to get them to work for her, and the rest standing around talking to each other. No teamwork at all. I am requesting a store credit for the items I purchased. Thank you for your time and I hope to hear from you soon!

KFC short changed on order

Today I went to the drive thru at the White House, TN KFC. Very disappointed, I ordered the $10 bucket share spicy wings, there were supposed to be 12 in the box. When I got home and opened the box, there were only 9. I never would have spent $10 on 9 wings, especially since the drive thru sign clearly said 12 wings. I would like to be either reimbursed or receive a coupon for a replacement.

KFC delivery and manager unexpected behaviors

I would like to made a complain about KFC delivery and service in Dubai Al quoz area. my number is 00971 [protected]. I highly appreciate if any manager can contact me who can take a responsibility. I ordered few times near days in Al quoz, Dubai UAE. Delivery service wasn't really effective like before. Once it took 2 hours to deliver and I had to call so many time to followup. Today 01/08/2017 I ordered from KFC online at 8:47pm Dubai time and it did not deliver until now (10:08pm dubai time) When I called a manager from KFC the reason he picked up is lack of staff. (Oh come on) as a customers we are not here to recruit staff. KFC higher management need to think are they having correct staff or manager at work as in business EVERY DROPS COUNTS. In this way I can guarantee KFC will loose customer by customer. Because with this experience in future I will not order KFC neither my friends I will ask to order.
