KFC zinger burger

Dear Sir/Madam,

My husband and I (being an expat in zambia) have been enjoying visiting your franchise in Lusaka throughout the past few years. We love the zinger burger (especially the zinger wings) and in the past we have been happy with the products. However, our experience on Tuesday 24th of April was not a positive one.

We were unhappy with the products and I felt you needed to be made aware of the situation. The zinger chicken was very dry and chewy to digest. In addition, the zinger wings were not pleasant. They were dipped in a sauce (Am guessing its bbq sauce). Once we reached home we were surprised to open the box which was filled with saucy wings. It was a new discovery - an unpleasant one though.

What i feel is that the zinger burger is not a fast moving item in KFC. Am pretty sure that the ones that we had had exceeded it's shelf life after cooking. Am sure customers will prefer to wait a bit to get a fresh product rather than having to chew on a very dry breast fillet.

In the past, the restaurants have met the quality standards. We really do enjoy the food at KFC. If improvements are made, we would be more likely to meet there again in the future.

I have enclosed a copy of our receipt for your convenience.

KFC kfc

May 2, 2018 at 8 pm, I visited the KFC located at 2711 Emanuel Church Rd. West Columbia, SC 29170. I ordered a 3 pc dinner and a KFC bowl. The kitchen area had lids, trash, and food all over the floor. The counters needed to be wiped off. The drink area was dirty. There was no ice, no tea, no Pepsi, and no Mountain Dew. We waited 25 minutes for our food. We told the cashier that we were dining in and she still put it in "to go" packaging. We could not find a clean table. I had to go back to the counter to get forks. I had to wait 5 min. before somebody asked me what I needed and then she had to got to the back to get plates and forks- which took another 5 minutes. They had to make tea and while I was standing at the counter waiting on that, one employee knocked the cookies off on the floor and picked them up and put them back in the wire basket. That is certainly a health violation. Right after that, she dropped a pot pie on the floor because she could stay focused on her job due to texting on her phone. There were 6 people working in the kitchen yet the cashier was having to go into the kitchen to make most of the orders. And to top it off- just in the time we were there eating, 3 customers walked out because they got tired of waiting to place orders and 4 people walked in from the drive-thru complaining of wrong orders. I frequent this KFC regularly and half the time 3 and 4 employees are always outside smoking while customers and inside waiting on food. KFC TOP MANAGEMENT IS TO BLAME FOR THIS. OFFER BETTER MANAGER PACKAGES AND YOU MIGHT SEE MORE QUALIFIED MANAGEMENT APPLY. AND LASTLY, ALLOW MORE HOURS FOR TRAINING.

KFC drinking alcohol!!! while attending drive thru

Today may 2 2018 I was on the drive they if your location on mount Vernon ny! The employee taking the orders had blurry speech then when getting close to the window we realized he was drinking alcohol from a bottle that he was hiding from the rest of the employees behind the soda machine on a black bag ! We saw him drinking as we went thru thedrive thru ! I have pictures to prove ! Time was 7:34 pm

KFC order

May 1 2018 at 6.46 pm

I order with a coupon of 14.99 deal
6 pcs of chickens. 2 fried.2 salade macaroni and coslaw.2 pop. And a side gravy...
Now when i got home..no gravy and no coslaw i keave 25 min away nit cery impress
2 kids home ..very hungry.

25 years ago i work at kfc and if I made that mistake. My boss would of been piss I me
I coukd tell you the name of the server
Cant read the receipt. Anyway not impress
Will not be back...

KFC cleanly

On Sunday, 4/29/18, around approximately 4 pm my husband and I stopped in to eat. Of course there was a twenty minute wait for a pot pie, then they were out of the Colonel sandwich! I don't go there that often but this happens every time!

After this visit doubt I will visit this location again, it was filthy! The floors and tables were gross! There was a baby high chair that was left filled with crumbs!

It really was deplorable!

I don't even know how this KFC goes on like this! Beyond disappointed!

KFC service

I went through the drive-through in Colorado Springs First and Main. I ordered k7crispy with mac and cheese and root beer and 4 original legs with medium root beer. I received my k7, ok, but the 4 original legs were actually just a 4 piece and the root beer was a Pepsi. I looked at the receipt which did not reflect what I ordered, even though she repeated the order correctly to me. When I went in to get the order corrected I was standing in front of another person who did not get what she asked for either. I worked for KFC in the 70's and I know with today's technology this is silly mistakes because the order taker is not reflecting the orders that were given and there are buttons so it makes ordering simple. Employees just don't care in today's world.

KFC product/food

Yesterday my husband and I came through the drive through spent 34.94 on an order for 2adults n 2small children got home n realized we didn't get what we ordered and paid extra for in out big boxes!spent extra for cuts that we didn't get we ordered breast n thighs got 6 drumsticks Wich were ordered extra crispy n we got extra soggy!so we were very upset about it considered it was paid extra foe n got none!we got the coleslaw n mashed potato sides the mashed potatoes were great as always but both the cloeslaws were so dry neither of us ate them!my daughter s both got a large popcorn chicken one trying was grews no complaints but the whole other box was filled with popcorn chicken bread there were only small pieces that were 90% breading!we were very frustrated and disappointed especially cause we spent 34.94 on it and the quality was terrible!

KFC employee who refused to serve tourists

Dear Madam, Dear Sir,
On April 9th we were in Cuzco during our Perú holiday. Around 15h30 we wanted to order something in the KFC restaurant at Plaza de Armas in Cusco with 7 people. The female employee who was in the restaurant at that time said there was no change at all, so we could not pay (and thus not order). It all looked like she did not want to serve us. We waited a little bit until other (local) people came in. As we expected, there wás change available (the people paid with a note of 100 Sol and got change without any problems).
We felt really discriminated, probably because we were tourists. It is a shame for the KFC restaurant, both for the image as for the earnings (we went eating in the Mc Donalds at Plaza de Armas with the 7 of us, were we had a great service and meal).
In the KFC restaurant, there were signs of anti-discrimination. This makes it even more strange…? We could not believe this, never experienced something like this.
That is why we really wanted to communicate this and put a complaint!
You can find some pictures in attachment, taken in the restaurant, also pictures of the female employee who refused to serve us.
We would be interested to know how this case will be handled.

KFC no military discount, no senior discount..

went to kfc today April 28th at n. center ave, somerset, pa. 15557. was disappointed cause i gave a 1.00 discount coupon and they don't give the military or senior discount(we're 73 and 80), and hubby is a veteran just because i had a 1.00 coupon...can go to other places as Wendys and get senior drinks free and military discount w/ my coupon!
Ticket # = 4279...
Jessica was the cashier...
we enjoy kfc but will have to go to places that honor our age n military..
would appreciate coupons or gift card.

KFC cleanliness

We stop in to a KFC on Brookdale Ave. I am a shame of the store. it is very dirty. chairs, tables walls floors are blacken with a long period of dirt. you hiring people to work in the food sales and does not know how to clean, which is one of the big important to make your customers welcome and that the food you eat is safe. You just lost a customer until the place gets clean up.

KFC the food

I just ordered from KFC on Hyland and New Dorp Lane the food suck the cashiers gave me a $5 full up instead of the $10 big box and the only reason why I kept it was because I already had threw out the receipt but the Gentelman was very rude he barley wanted to take my order the and rushed me my food forgetting to give me sauce and napkins I didn't even have a fork for my mash potatoes and the chicken was burnt please get better staffs i'd hate to see KFC go

Oh yea and I asked the Gentleman for lots of ice looks like because of his attitude he put little to no ice because as well know ice take forever to melt and there was little to no ice in my drink

KFC food / service

Went to KFC in Irmo SC at store No# H665029 ...I go through the drive-thru at this store at least once a week...Its almost always something going wrong at this store..If I order grilled Chicken they either don't have any up or of they have chicken up it xtra dry...I went into the drive -thru on yesterday at 5 :47pm Made a order ask for grilled chicken like I always do ( the No#10 Big Box) I also asked for a large coleslaw and the young lady told me I couldn't order a large coleslaw ...Why is that when I'm paying for the coleslaw...She went to get the manager and I had to explain to the manager that I want the big box with a large coleslaw and she precided with my order...So I get my order get home and low and behold they still didn't give me all of my order..The large coleslaw wasn't in the bag a small was in the bag but I asked for a large and I looked at my receipt I definitely paid for a large Coleslaw...I don't understand what the problem is with this store..I go to this store because it's 2 minutes from my house..I decided to either stop going to KFC or travel 3 miles to the next one to get my grilled chicken..This is ridiculous...

KFC poor service/raw product/lack of product

I ordered the 3 wings and a biscuit it was not available- No wings as an alternative I ordered the 5.00 box breast and left the store. I had to return the breast was not completely cook- RAW and bloody inside. they took it before I could get a photo The cook came to the front of the store was rude and offended because of my complaint. I was given another breast. I left the store. As I tried to eat the breast I realized I had been given a dry breast it was so dry I could not chew it. I was too far gone on my was back to Atlanta to return. I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the service I received and the Management. which I never saw or spoke with. the cashier Gerald and the cook handled the situation very poorly. Sad...I want a refund.

KFC service

My wife and I frequent the KFC in Boone NC. often. The past three times however we have asked for the Extra crispy 20 pc meal deal we have been told they were out. I can understand 1 or 2 times or even if we tried during peak hrs but these were times that there were no cars in line or very few (1 or 2) customers inside. I'm sure I'm not the first to complain, but one of the reasons I go to KFC is for the extra-crispy.

KFC appalling service

I went to Woodmead KFC in Johannesburg to buy me some sweet chilly twisster got into the driveway and placed my order and the lady told me it'll take about 6min to prepare I then drove off to the collection section. The lady said I can wait at the parking lot she will bring my order. They took more than I'd expected I went in to find my order on the floor. The lady didn't notice I was behind the counter she picked up my order and wanted to place it in another packet. I then asked her to make me another twister the attitude that she gave me was out of this world. I am very disappointed at the services offered I still have my proof of purchase to serve as proof. If this is how KFC treat their customers they should think again.

KFC horrible services terrible employees.

Please take this as a constructed criticism
Two days ago I went to the Location KFC # E648030 at 720 NW 37th Ave. Miami FL. 33126
at approximately around 1: pm The location inside was extremely dirty and employee with extremely bad attitude and appearance they seem to be angry with each other and taking it out on the customer
There was a long line and some customers were leaving frustrated for the lack of concern or courtesy been demonstrated by the employees
I went to the drive-thou today approximate 9:30 pm there was one vehicle at the drive-thou speaker and they were a being acknowledge
However, once their order was taken they were instructed NOT TO PARK in front of the takeout window and wait; This went on for 12 minutes
Finally, it was my turn I got to the window the customer which had picked the order ahead of me came back walking to the window and started to argue about their orders been uncompleted so I just backed up and left
It seen like the management do not care whether or not the business is successful
Thank you very much and hoping not to offend anybody.

KFC bad service

We have been to this Kfc / A&W 2 weeks in a row on Tuesday, it is buy 1 papa burger meal get 1 free. We have been told both weeks, sorry we have ran out of patties, this is at 8pm mind you. I find it hard to believe that a fast food restaurant that sells hamburgers daily, would run out of patties 2 weeks in a row. Last week we left this week my husband ordered but i refuse to eat at a place that chooses to lie to their customers. The services is bad anyway, i am sorry but this just takes the cake.

KFC dry chicken and burnt corn. we bought a 20.00 fill up at store number e080017 in tumwater, wa.

So I took my food back up to counter, and showed them how dry the chicken was and how burnt the corn was and I told them the only thing that was good to eat was the biscuits and the cold slaw .they didn't offer to anything. I think they need to talked with on how they preparing the food. When you order dark chicken it should be moist you couldn't even taste the chicken it was so dry. Thank you Linda Flahaut

KFC everything

I worked at KFC back in the 70s when I was in high school and it's been one of my wife and I favorite place to eat. We have tried 3 different KFC's in our area called in to complain to no avail nothing has changed nothing has gotten better. Three times the Cane Run Road KFC was like a jungle inside laugh and running con each other the N word we stood in line 20 minutes while all this was going on I called and complained we went back again and they're having dishrag fights doing the same thing. The KFC on Dixie Highway in Pleasure Ridge advertisers grilled chicken they never have it they told me to call one or two hours ahead of time if you want grilled chicken and nothing was offered in its place not even any kind of discount either time this has been the third time. The KFC in Radcliff Kentucky twice we have paid for the buffet only to find out there is no chicken available we would have to wait 45 minutes this happened to straight weekends and the third time we stopped we checked and there was no chicken so we did not eat there . Through this I am sad to say you have lost several good customers that has been long time KFC lovers and a lot of other customers in the store was upset too so you probably lose in a lot more. All three cases of showed us lack of poor management and we have decided not to eat there again. We were always talk if we had an upset customer over something that we controlled we would compensate them or no way to take care of them to keep them happy, this is just not very friendly workers that you have. After returning to the stores and having the same problems we had called back someone was supposed to call us back but never did if someone wants to call us back we can explain more in death which stores and what happened, thank you

KFC mega deal - original-kfc kuwait

Hi,

We ordered the Mega Deal - Original from KFC Kuwait with the below details and as you can see in the attached image the picture of the items available in the KFC website while ordering . And when we received the food it was not the original KFC crispy chicken as in the picture .We request a refund of the same as we ordered to have the original KFC and got cheated with the wrong picture add .The one we revived spoiled the real taste of KFC and the party we planned as nobody liked it.
