KFC about their service, foo, d closing or not closing but it w

Food cooking at 815pm on Dec.22nd.This is the nastiest KFC that I ever have been too.I mean we asked for breast a k7 order but they didn't want to cook no breast.They served 4 chicken littles they were nasty stale bread chicken like it's been sitting in oil for hours would you eat this?Me neither .I feel we should get a refund plus a complimentary dinner in another restaurant.Look forward hearing from you.Have a Merry Christmas too all of you at KFC corporate. KFC undercooked chicken

We bought 2 20 peice meals we got home and started to eat the chicken it was slimy and under cooked at the angola indiana store i've got sick family members now i'll deal with them I just want my money back i'll return it all to the store the store said bring it in they will swap I don't think so I know it's not your fault it's the stores I don't want to go through this I just want my money back

KFC kfc at 22911 ne 4th, sammamish wa. 98074. foreign object in coleslaw.

On Dec, 12, 2017 I bought a 2 piece combo meal with a side of lg. coleslaw to go at 5:50pm. When I got home, I opened the Lg. coleslaw and served up a large spoon full to eat. As I was chewing the coleslaw, I felt something strange in my mouth, thought at first it was a large piece of cabbage that hadn't been processed. Almost swallowed it. I pulled it out and found it to be a piece of plastic about the size of a silver dollar from, as I was told, the packaging the coleslaw comes in to the KFC location. I put it in a baggie and the next day took it back to the KFC and explained what happened. The shift Mgr. explained that it probably came from the packaging, apologized and reimbursed me for the entire purchase of my meal for which I am grateful. I left my name and phone number suggesting the manager give me a call. I wanted to be assured the manager understood what happened and would take action this would never happen again for every customers safety. I have not received a call from the store Mgr. Like I said, I almost swallowed the plastic wrap and could have chocked on it. I'm retired from the package food industry and fully understand the seriousness of food safety. Please contact me and the KFC location and take action to keep this or anything similar from happening again. Thank you.

KFC kfc a chicken restaurant alway claims they don't have chicken breast available...

On Tuesday, December 19, 2017, my fiancé, Art Mendoza and I stopped off at the:
Christown Spectrum Mall - KFC
1749 W. Bethany Home Rd
Phoenix, Arizona 85015
location to pick up a dinner for our family. Placed my order and Specifically requested chicken breast (White Meat). The cashier advised they did not have any white meat available and would take an additional 12 to 15 minutes to cook. We agreed to wait as the white meat is our favorite and don't mind waiting or paying the cost difference. She rang up the order and we paid.
While waiting for the order about half way into the waiting time, a different employee/food preparer call out our name, only to offer that we take two thighs and a wing in replacement for the white chicken breast. We told him that we specifically requested the white meat and did not mind waiting.
We received our order drove home and tried to enjoy our dinner since they did not provide the chicken breast that we ordered... this was very upsetting to me since we ordered and patiently waited. My biggest problem is KFC is a chicken serving establishment, how in the world does your establishment not have white chicken this is unacceptable and I will surely think hard about returning since this incident has occurred before... I really don't understand how you can sell chicken but never seem to have chicken breast available to serve. My resolution is that the corporate actually care and discuss with their employees to stop being lazy and cook the chicken as requested as your in the business of selling chicken and white meat should not be an exception available. I hope that in the future this issue is not longer there .

KFC cleanliness of restaurant

Store was filthy ! Arrived at 11 when they just opened. No excuse for store to be this dirty! Huge cobwebs under seats. Food on walls. Inches of dust on wall rails. Tables and chairs were sticky and dirty . We reluctantly finished eating there. My daughter had diarrhea before we even made it home. Disgusting! Moline illinois KFC 16 the avenue by South Park Mall.

KFC chicken

I ordered the $20 fillup and when I went to my truck I decided I needed to eat a quick piece before driving my 18 mile drive home. When I saw/the chicken I was so upset! At first I thought they had given me the crispy chicken. Then I saw/that the chicken was hardly coated at all! In fact the skin had totally fallen off the breast on top of the bucket. I went back in and I was told that all the original looks like that...What? It was awful! Then the manager told me that they had changed the flour used. WTH? So now it's NOT original KFC? My favorite comfort food has been ruined? It looked and tasted like the fried chicken you can buy at Bilo's grocery store. 😱😭 looks like I'll be paying a lot less for my fried chicken after all, Bilo charges only $6.99 for theirs. Can't believe you'd mess with a success proven recipe! Good bye Seneca, SC KFC!

KFC service

I went throigh drive at the KFC in Georgetown Ky. I got 2 of the $5 boxes plus a individual side of cole slaw. I got my meal and asked for some honey. Also, asked if the cole slaw was in the bag. Girl rolled her eyes and was like yes, it's in thr box. One was chicken strips and one was breast meal. Was asked if I wanted crispy or original. I asked for crispy. When I got to work (i was on lunch break) both was wrong. The individual side was placed in box but no mashed potatoes that was with the meal and original chicken on the next. Just wanted my meal replaced. They wouldn't because Idk what I done with my receipt. Love kfc but will not return back there.

KFC chicken

My husband and I went through the drive thru in Asheboro NC tonight and the chicken we got was the smallest, toughest and oldest chicken breast I have ever eaten. I am sure this chicken could not have been cooked today! KFC is my "comfort food" but after tonight's meal, I will not return. The slaw wasn't even etible and I usually love it. You need to see what is going on at the Asheboro location.

KFC food service

ON DEC 14, 2017, I Stopped in kfc store #Gin 135312, 1682 annapolis rd, odenton md, served by cashier named amber, i ordered a 20 piece hotwing meal, i live less than 1 mile away, i get home and i got the oldest crustiest wings, and the coldest hotwings, so i decided to count the wings and i only got 17, i was charged full price for the meal, its disappointing as a retired military person, kfc was my favorite, this is the third time this has happened to me, my first complaint. I hope this will not happend again to me or any other kfc customer.

Koach, sadly at all KFC's and many other similar "fast food places", they seem to cook the food all at one time, and store it in "warming units" until they are sold to customers. I'm sure that KFC sets a time limit for them to stay warm. But if the local store is sloppy or doesn't care, they will sell you anything that is far beyond the edible time limit. Once again, if someone cares, the food will be good. If not, you got what you got.

KFC kentucky fried chicken location service and food

I have been going to a specific KFC location in Las Vegas at 4434 N Rancho Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89130.[protected]
I have with absolute no exaggeration for almost 3 years now stopped and re tired again at this store but the results are the same . Half the time I have to return the food because it is dry or is served with parts unknown and disgusting.
From the management down they are the most incompetent staff I have ever seen at a restaurant.
I have to actually go in and ask to see my food every time before paying to see if I am getting 3 hour old food and dried up pieces of god knows what so I can force it back. And by the way its not like I only order one meal instead usually 2-4 meals at once and they are all disgusting.
And like today it was so crowded I just figured since I said that I would want to see it first before leaving like I have to do most times I would be safe and they would be careful... but no... Instead and my fault for being trusting again.. just asked to save time are and said are you sure its ok . and they said yes .
AGAIN..got home and the food was dry old and I had a breast the size of a thigh and a piece of back WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG with these people>>>>>
Had to drive 3 miles back and go through this again and force them to replace the whole meal because they wanted to just give me chicken again and believe it or not just let me go home with cold mash potatoes.
They are getting High at this store I believe or drunk and seriously as I say can't even have a coherent conversation at times! The whole Lot of them even the managers! Disgraceful!
When you make a complaint they snicker at you at you and give a smug sorry or no sorry at all and have a condensending face like why are you bothering me and so what basically. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR JOB !
Also the staff with no doubt in my mind have to be and are stoned or something with a severe lack of understanding and communications skills most of the time.
I do not want a refund or care about that. I would like you to fire and at least for your own brand protection all of these [censor] and clean house and place some appreciative people who need a job and would take it seriously.
I have never complained about any other KFC Franchise store in my life of and I travel extensively as a musician.
I keep hoping since this location is the closest that at least I only go now 1 out of 5 times which means I go somewhere else for other fast food 4 other times because of the turn off from the last time, that maybe, just maybe the last time was just bad luck.
But after 3 years and about a visit per month I am done with them and will pass the word on.
YOU NEED TO FIX THIS STORE THEY SUCK... I have 1.6 million fans as an artist and If I want to get really mean I could go back get the crap they serve post pictures on my sites and bad mouth them relentlessly. Every time I am screwed by them I consider it.
But I understand there are innocent people as well in the mix so will not do that. But you need to fix this and first before someone does take it to the next level guys.
Good luck and when ever I am out of town or in an area away from this store I will continue my patronage.

KFC food

We went to the drive thru at 5:59pm on 12/16/2017 and bought 2 Fill up Boxes and a famous bowl from the Kfc located at 3120 5th Street Highway. The chicken was EXTREMELY Dry and hard! Like it was left sitting out for hours. We didn' t even eat it. We also tried calling to complain 4 times and no one answered the phone either time. I even left a message. I'm very disappointed and definitely not satisfied with the food or the service beings no one evens answers the phone. I will never visit that store again and i will be sure to tell any and everyone i know about the horrible food that is being served.

At $1.70 - $2.00 a piece, their chicken sits in those heat bins all day. Big ripoff. Nobody goes there except an occasional mud with foodstamp income.

KFC customer service cleaning and overall quality food safety

Hi my complaint is for KFC STORE G135026
I have gone to this location a number of times because my on my way to and from work. The times that I have ate inside there has not been any clean tables or booths the buffet is always empty of chicken and dirty. No soap in restroom to wash hands .also seen cashier go out clean off tables and return to take order and serve food all without washing hands in-between or before handling food after completing other tasks . Today I ordered drive through ordered the 20 dollar fill up and when I got home I only had 4pieces of chicken in my bucket. Called store location and said they couldn't do anything because I had already left .I don't live so close to the store to have to go back because they did not give me my order correctly and got charged for it

KFC coleslaw

On December 13, 2017 in Garden City, Ga I purchased a $20.00 fill up with coleslaw, mash potatoes and gravy. My family and I ate the chicken and biscuits but I was the only one that ate the coleslaw. As I ate the slaw I noticed that it wasn't cold like it should but I still ate. About 2 to 3 hours after I began feeling sick. I experienced stomach pains, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea throughout night. On December 14th I went to the ER and was diagnosed with Food poisoning. I called and reported it to the store as well as the Chatham County Health Department. I missed 2 days from work and I'm still experiencing pain and discomfort from the vomiting and dry heaving. I have consulted an attorney about my rights and what I can do. Just letting you all know of the situation.

KFC tv commercials

Dear Corporate,

I come from a time where Kentucky Fried Chicken was a tradition and respected family values. The real Col Sanders was respectful and came across in such a way that people would go eat there because of what he stood for on the commercials that were run at the time. Now we have a joke Col Sanders who acts like a fool while slapping people on the butt. Great Marketing! No one buys this kinda [censor] advertising. Excuse my language but you folks need to get serious and maybe go back to the basics. Watch a few old commercials and work on that message. I would cease and desist the marketing campaigns you currently are playing. You are losing market share and you will continue to lose customers from the Tom Foolery you are playing on Tv. Don't let anyone [censor] you into believing that what you are doing is working.

KFC customer service/ food quality

On December 11, 2017 I visited KFC on, 7428 E Brainerd Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37421 around 9:15pm. I ordered two 5 fill-up boxes with 3 tenders with potato wedges with a Sierra Mist. Upon arrival to my home I noticed my order was incorrect and I didn't receive my receipt. They gave me mashed potatoes instead of wedges and also left out my cookies. I called the restaurant to speak with the manager to advise her of the incorrect order and before I could finish speaking she yelled at me, "First of all what did you order little girl?". I ask again was this the manager because I couldn't believe how rude and disrespectful she was. she said you are speaking with the manager. She became more belligerent to the point where I just hung up the phone. I am not a little girl! I was very upset. I am a very loyal customer to the KFC brand. I had just visited earlier today and I have NEVER had an experience so bad in my ENTIRE LIFE! Not to mention I am pregnant and had cravings for the potato wedges.

KFC kfc - terrible manager. slip and fall case

I've been waiting for a person to contact me regarding a slip and fall in the area where I live. I have contacted a lawyer. If putting this message for the public to see in order to get some one to contact me that's what I will do! The manager would not write an incident report. Come on KFC get it together. I'm dealing with a lot of pain and have been going to my Dr with medical issues! This is just bad business!

KFC old chicken and bloody chicken

Your KFC located at 2303 Easy Highway 190, Copperas Cove, Tx. 76522, served me some old chicken wings through drive thru and once I went in to show the shift manager she had them drop some more hot chicken wings. When I got home I found out the NE batch of wings were bloody which means they undercooked the wings. This is poor service and the crew needs to be retrained on the dangers of undercooked food. I don't know what you plan on doing but I as the customer wants my money refunded and the amount was $20.42...for your records the receipt number is 2595 and the restaurant number is G135221...you can mail my refund to Tanya McCallister, P.O. Box 690006, Killeen, TX 76549...I've included 2 pictures, one is the bloody chicken and the other is the blood at the bottom of the chicken box.

KFC no food/ lousy service

I live in Cancun Mexico off of Avenida Uxmal and near a KFC and a Churchs
restaurant. The KFC is closer to my house so I go there occasionally. I have
gone there on three (3) occasions and they have had no food! they are out
of condiments on a regular basis, the staff is not helpful and in general not
in the same league with churchs. It is like night an day with these two restaurants. going to Churchs is quick clean and they always have food.
They are MUCH more professional and the manager is always on the ball
with the staff. Restaurant is clean and food is better overall.
One would think that since they are 500 ft from one another that KFC would
try to maintain a higher standard just to compete. Nope, not the case.
Anyway it is Mexico, and I am thinking no one cares...

KFC missing chicken

December 2nd, 5 pm, ordered 20$ Fill up. Got home, opened the package, Missing 1 Breast, 1 Thigh, 2 biscuits. Called the phone number ALL WEEK, to no dial tone whatsoever. Super dissapointing service. This was at the Issaquah store Washington State. Certainly I believe that some form of refund or coupon is definately in order. And hopefully with some effort in a quick reaction from YOU!

I've been in several of your restaurants and the floors are always dirty and sooo greasy. Is there something better you can use to clean your floors with? The restaurant here in Versailles Ky always has a film of grease on the floor. I don't mean to sound cruel. I just want to help by letting you know about your floors. Seems like so many people say the say thing and some do not eat there for that reason
