KFC food and employees

Two weeks after opening, my parents went through the drive through and ordered a bucket of chicken.
After a one minute drive home the food was opened to find it was cold and days old. My parents microwaved the contents so they could it eat it hot. That night they both were sick and came close to seeing a doctor the following day. My parents are elderly and this could have been something much worse. Two days afterwards, I gathered my equipment and paperwork and made a personal appearance to see how this business is being ran by it's employees. I ordered me a medium sized mix piece with a side order. The food was hot,
but it was (day / days) old. I'm sure it was food left from the day before if not earlier. While seated in the restaurant, I noticed employees talking and laughing with one another while customers are in line waiting to place their orders. I also noticed employees making their own meals and carrying them out to their vehicles upon leaving for the day. I was there long enough to witness their food not being paid for. Another observation I made was the housekeeping part of the restaurant. Most of the tables were not wiped cleaned, trash all over the floor, and empty condiment containers. The Eunice establishment is getting many negative remarks and many customers have been complaining. The employees are not doing their assigned jobs. I made a night time visit to grab a coke and see how things are being ran. A restaurant with no customers gives every employee all the much needed time to pick up a wet rag and clean up the dining area. Instead they choose to play on their phones and talk amongst one another. I don't see this establishment staying open in the near future if these conditions continue. I check different restaurants regularly and send my findings to any responsible parties. No particular time later, I will make another visit to see if my findings have been addressed. Any problems still existing, will be put into a final report (pictures included) and mailed to headquarters, health board, etc. Employess must be interviewed accordingly or you will continue having a poorly ran establishment.

KFC deaf couple not served food and laughed at

A couple were at your KFC in Byram Mississippi at 9 pm last night. Tbey were deaf and because the door was locked they went through the drive thru. They told the screen that they were deaf and stated their order. When they got to the window the girl put her hand over her mouth so they could not see what she was saying the deaf lady told her that she could read her lips if she would remove her hand. Your employee was told this twice and did not remove her hand. The lady said that the employees all started laughing at them. This couple did not get there food and were subject of your employees jokes. If this is how customers are treated at KFC. I will not be going to your stores and hopefully others will not either. This is totally unacceptable and these employees need to be fired. Discrimination of any inexcusable and will not be tolerated.

I would like to say I am from Canada and I want to say that those people working for KFC and they laughed at this girl and it is obvious they are ignorant to the fact that they showed no respect so all the employees working at that location in Bryam Mississippi should be fired and I don't mean that one girl I mean all the employees and find more respectable employees to work there as these kids have no respect for anything and it is not union and I want them to be fired.

I am absolutely appalled at the treatment of these customers. You should be ashamed to employee who would deliberately treat someone this way. I fully expect that they be terminated. Humans are humans regardless of any type of handicap they may have and having a deaf nephew makes this hit even closer to home.

Seriously, is this the way your employees treat your customers? Was there not a manager on site for them to request to speak to? Please tell me they are taught/trained NOT to treat people this was. I would hope that every business who serves food to the public would've learned their lesson after the fracas at Starbucks. This is insane!

I am disturbed by the treatment received by the deaf couple in Mississippi. People suffer, but when it is intentional and malicious and at the hands of a once respected fast food establishment, it begs the question, who's running things at Kentucky Fried Chicken. Discrimination, with holding services, foul, malicious, treatment of customers is unacceptable. How do you reconcile what was done to those people? Are your employees still laughing at diverse people?

I have never been a big fan of KFC but recently reading about this experience the deaf couple had there. I will never eat there again. It is unacceptable to treat your customers this way, just because they have a sort of disorder. They could have been born with it, born with it or not NO ONE should be treated with such disrespect ever! Especially someone with such a disorder. I swear if i was there with that couple I would've jumped through that window and beat that employees [censored]. It isn't there fault they can't hear, just imagine you being deaf and people making fun of you for trying to order [censored] food! Disrespect [censored] people I swear. The second I go to Mississippi I am personally stopping by this KFC and giving them all a price of my mind. I have worked in 8 different fast food places and never have I been so disrespectful to any customer, in fact I treat them even better then most customers, that kind of stuff is not and should not be tolerated in the fast food industry. Every single one of those employees from that night should be fired.

KFC monetary loss

I came to the drive-thru at Mansfield, TX location on 5/31/18 and ordered 3 #5 for a total of ~$16, gave the guy a $100 bill in exchange for my foods then drove off. I came back 2 hrs later and talked to the shift manager about the situation and hopefully we could review the tape or checked the cashier register so I can get my money back. He said the guy that took my order have already left for the day plus his cashier was balanced so nothing he could do about it, but he did ask for my number to report it to the upper manager about the camera which I gave him all my info.
Waited for 3 days and no one called me back, then I decided to write a report on the main KFC website. The next day the upper manager called me back. We were back and forth for 2 days and he came back with me saying that they reviewed the video and nothing they saw on the video indicating that I gave the $100 to the guy or if the guy cheated. I asked if I could see the video and if it shows that I'm wrong then I'm willing to apologize the store for wasting everyone's time and just drop this and walk away happy otherwise I just need my exact change back. He said he tried his best but another upper level manager would not allow him to release the camera or give my money back. I am not happy with this at all. All I wanted was proven I'm wrong or give my money back because telling me they couldnt see anything on the video is to avoid working with unhappy customer...and they're willing to lose a good honest customer. Very disappointed!

KFC wrong order

I came though the drive though with my girlfriend. We ordered a famous bowl and 3 piece meal. Then we waited to get to the window which took 10 mins alone. Then we got our food and went home. Only to realize that my 3 piece meal wasnt in there but instead got very thin cut chicken strips. Last time my order wasnt even cooked all the way and i returned it. Havnt gone back till today and this is what i get. Not a good job at all

KFC service at your byram, mississippi restaurant

I was appalled to watch the Facebook video of the woman relating the experience of her deaf parents at your Byram, MI restaurant. Door was locked so they went to drive thru. Mother explained to employee at window that she was deaf and gave her order. Girl at window covered her mouth so mother could not read her lips. Girl and other employees were laughing. Really? These employees refuse to serve a deaf person and then laugh at them! What is the matter with these people? I suggest you contact the manager, find out who was working that night and give them their walking papers and story goes in their personnel file when they look for a reference.

This was on Facebook and has gone viral, which it should.

I just saw the video and I am sickened that people like this exist! excuse me, they are not people, they are animals!
I hope kfc fires each and every employee working that night... kfc best get onto this and fire every one of them on the schedule that night! I can tell you one thing, I will not be going back to kfc, and as I see it, the thousands of friends on my list will also not be going back to kfc unless there is a report and proof that every one of those sick little [censored] are fired immediately!

I too was appalled at the video alleging such disrespectful and discriminatory treatment. If the charges turn out to be true I expect more than the simple firing of employees. I expect the entire shift to take their sorry selves to apologize to the couple. I care not what happens to them after that. KFC should be concerned that their training is woefully inadequate

I watched the video of the woman explaining the insensitivity of the KFC employees in Byram, Mississippi. I have been told how backwards these people are and now I have seen it first hand. It's boggles my mind that idiots like this are hired to work with the public. I too am deaf in one ear and wear hearing aids to help me to be able to hear. I truly believe in karma and someday, hopefully soon, these idiots will get theirs. My biggest hope is these employees will be dismissed from their job and their actions will follow them so that getting a job will be very hard for them to get. I used to really like KFC, but now there is no way I will step foot through the door.

KFC unethical behavior

I am totally appalled that you would allow people to work in your store in Byram, Mississippi, that are going to make fun of people who are deaf! This story is on facebook, and it is a shame that the daughter has to go on social media to put this story out. If this is what happens at all the locations, I can guarantee you that I will not be going back to another KFC again! I thought for sure that someone at this location would have said something, like a manager on duty that night. There is no sense in making fun of someone who is deaf, or whatever. Suppose it was your family member who was deaf, you you want someone who worked for you to make fun of them? Suppose you were there when it happened, would you have said something to the girl working there, or would you have let it go and not said anything? I would hope that something would be done to all the ones that were making fun of this elderly couple and laughing at them. I think they should all be fired for what they did!

They didnt hear to us ! We orderd from 5:00 pm and the order arrived @ 7:30 PM !
The food was so bad and dry !

Also we call them many times they told us that they gonna hold the phone to their manager but they dont and some of them they told us that the manager gonna call us to hear us but no one care !

We talk finally with one man and he said that he is the manager and he told us so what i can do for u ! They was so bad with us !

KFC 12 pc. bucket, poor customer service

Kfc jacksonville, tx 75766. I called and talked with manager leon on having me a 12pc of fresh chicken with sides ready for at 5:15pm 06/03/2018 I was having company and need it to be fresh and crispy. Leon told me he would wait until 5 to box it up and have ready. I went inside to get my order and they at first didn't know where it was and asked leon. He had put it in a warmer. I paid and on my way home opened the box to check it and this was the soggiest,. Greasiest mess I ever seen.
I took it back and was thinking they would replace it with fresh they had plenty under the warmer. Leon comes up no smile no greeting and told me this was the best I was going to get? I said get me a piece out from under the warmer and lets compare. It could obviously see it was crispy. I asked him if he boxed it up after I talked with him and it has been setting in the warmer steaming and getting greasy.
Once again he just said this is the best. Clearly not so, I just got a refund an d called brookshire's brothers in jacksonville and they gladly cooked me up some nice and fresh. Y'all need a new manger with customer service skills.

KFC refused my order

on sunday june 3rd i called the tumwater store. The time was 9:58 pm and they are open till 11:00 pm. But they refused to make chicken said it was to late, so why do they stay open till 11:00pm if they cant cook fried chicken is that not what they sell! I, m sure the commercials i have watched my whole life say they sell chicken and and they dont say but not at 9:58pm because they are open till 11:00 so what do they cook starting at 9:58

KFC complaint about service

I am a regular patron of kfc, an have been for over 40yrs, never been so frustrated untill now about the service & inconsistency. For one the customer service is very poor, the cleanliness is not the best however i've seen worst... But to have customers coming back & forth for no reason is beyond me. I come to spend my hard earned money & to enjoy my food without conflict or excuses as to why there, s no chicken or sides!

KFC customer service non-existent mesa az

I have had problems with this KFC on several occasions (No chicken, no Slaw, No biscuits, pigeon size pieces of chicken ect.). I keep going back because my Father LOVES the chicken. After tonight... he will be going to get his own chicken. I will NEVER give this place another dime of my money!

38 minutes waiting in the drive through, No original chicken, No biscuits (told me this AFTER the wait). I couldn't get out of the drive through because of cars in front of me and behind me. When I FINALLY got to the window I asked for the Mgr. I got some High School kid "claiming" HE was the MGR. Flat LIED to me. He said I had not been waiting 38 minutes... it was ONLY 25 (He didn't count the 13 minutes I waited to Give my order in the 1st place). He refused to give my ANY contact information for the REAL MGR or Franchise Owner and said if I wanted it... go TRY to find it online (I did, took less than a minute). Dared me to call them. I did as I was sitting there. Corporate was almost as incompetent as he was. Offered me a voucher! A voucher to go there again! REFUSED to give me my money back. I refused. They can keep the last dime they will EVER see from me!

They have closed 2 other KFC in our town... I will feel better when they board this one up as well! After reading these reviews... it won't take long! If I ran my business, like they run theirs... I would be BANCRUPT! They will be too... sooner than later .

KFC bucket of chicken, french fries and salad, no meat, no fries, oily cold food to much money

For 52.00 cananain dollars we got bones in are bucket of chicken, no French fries that was worth eating the small amount didn't even come to a 1/4 of the large container and cold like ice and hard like hockey pucks. The salad wasn't macaroni it was mushy and smelled bad and looked like a baby's vomit! This is the 4th time getting bad food the first time was the same order in February at the perth location the second time was in Arnprior and the last 2 times is the Kanata location. I never complain, I cannot take the lack of quality anymore. I've spent over 200.00 dollars since February and have yet to get a good family meal. Something has to be done about this. After last night eating what we could pick through and then having my 3 daughters and myself feeling sick I must say it was a terrible night and I'm not impressed!

KFC service at kfc, ezdan mall, wakrah

We have been in Qatar for more than 9 years .We are a regular customer of KFC. Last Friday we went to dine in KFC, Ezdan mall.We ordered two dinner box. They served the chicken in two very small paper plate without the normal KFC plate or Box. We thought not to complain. Today also we bought 9 piece family meal. They put all chicken in a box and gave 3 paper plate and two glass extra. We requested them that it's really hard to eat in paper plate and ask to provide the kfc plateand 4 glasses.The cashier Mr.Rolando argued with us that they cannot provide KFC plate and will give only paper plate. We told We want KFC plate .Atlast he gave that with a very bad face. Before coming to Qatar we were in Dubai also for 8 years. We always got good service from KFC since 17years in gulf !please provide a good service to the customers. It's really hard to eat in small paper plate which will become wet after putting colesaw. So please take care of this issue seriously.

KFC customer service - missing bread

I sat in the drive thru line for about 7-10 minutes. I received my order and drove back to my job, about 5 miles. I opened up my order and the bread was missing. I called the store manager and she told me that the cashier should have told me they were out of biscuits. I can't understand being out of biscuits during the peak of the day, lunch time.

I told her I was coming back for the biscuit. When I arrived she said it would take 6 minutes to cook, so I told her I would wait in the car. After 15 minutes I went into the restaurant to get the biscuit and the manager had an attitude like I had done something wrong. There was NO compensation for my extra drive back, the wait and the fact that I had to leave my car to check on the biscuit.

Very poor customer service!

KFC product/service

I left work around 9:10 pm and I wanted to stop at kfc for a late dinner. I pulled up to the drive-thru and ordered a $20 fill-up. The gentlemen told me that they have no mash potato and can give me some chicken that is left and wings, I said how are you guys out of mash potato and a few chicken he said we close soon. I said it's only 9:24 pm and you close at 10:00pm. So I placed it and he said he would give me Mac and Cheese instead of mash potato I said that's fine. I pulled up at the window and the lady said it will be full price I said you don't have a lot of chicken left and you exchanged it for wings or mash potato. She said well we're closing soon. I said I'm a Ceo/General Manager for a restaurant and that's not the way you response to a guest. They gave me my food and a receipt with only the amount I paid and clearly crumbled up my detail receipt. I just got home around 9:40 the Mac and cheese is is great the cole slaw is bad and I ate 3 chicken out of the bucket and there is a funny taste to them. They do not taste like it's fresh tasted like it's been sitting. I guaranteed if a camera was running around 9:20-9:26 pm you will see how these employees act. They were very unprofessional and if I had employees treat my guest the way they did to me they wouldn't be working for me. I expect a call from a general manager/ regional manager.

KFC service

Ive been to kfc on south 6th st in springfield il 3 times in the past week once at 1pm. Once at 1140 and today at 3pm. I was told i would have to wait 25 minutes becaise they where out of chicken. All three times i waited a hour and watched other people get their food. I went up to the counter amd they said all 3 times oh im sorry we forgot about you. I will never ever step foot into another kfc ever

Went to KFC this evening. They wouldn't take coupon I received in mail today, good thru 7/22. I ended up paying $20.36 for 2 two piece w/m.potatoes and biscuit and 1 sm. coleslaw. Advertised for $299 for 2/piece! Chicken was so overcooked it was inedible! Every time I stop there, I swear I wont return and seem to forget how terrible it is! Customer service really sucks! Not one of them actually know how to do their job! Not even the manager! I was in restaurant business for over 40 years, and KFC is absolutely the worst! No improvement in 10 years!

KFC food, service and products in stock

I went to the KFC at the 8900 block of Frankford ave in Phila.pa. 2 times I went in their they were out of honey mustard, another time i ordered legs and these things were so dried out the the meat if you want to call it was balled up at the top of the bone and the rest of the bone was bare bone. Lat night I went their and they had no legs they said it would take 25 minutes so I said give me breast and strips as long as they had honey mustard and they did, it took 22 minutes to get my order and when I ask the girl about giving me the honey mustard it must have taken 2 more minutes to turn around walk 2 feet and put them in the bag. She could barely speak, every time I ask a question she had to walk to the back to get an answer. I'm done with KFC, hello Popeye's.

KFC my complaint is about the rgm at the burlington location

Very unprofessional her name Anika she is not nice to her workers or to the customers. She called me out of my name she plays a lot of favoritism towards some of the workers. She belittles her workers she makes them choose between work and their families. She's a very rude individual that thinks being disrespectful to her workers is how your supposed to manage a business. I know alot who has worked at this same location and quit within a month or two because Anika. Her own workers say that she shouldn't even have the position of a RGM cause she doesn't have the experience and she doesn't work well with others.

KFC I ordered 4pc meal today

I ordered 4 peace box meal today nd your chicken was not fresh at all. When I asked the staff she said its fresh we just now made 8 minutes ago nd I had one piece of chicken nd got a stomach ache then I had a corns it was good and then again I went to the staff nd showed her that I am throwing this because this is not fresh and she just smiled nd said ok.. She didn't even offer me something else as I am a regular customer there and she knew that but I am not going to eat kfc in future.. Highly disappointed... I throwed all my fries nd 3 pieces of chicken... Honestly, I ate the corns as a side it was good nd one piece rest everything I thrown out in the garbage in front of the staff and I think she was the manager over there... I request you to refund my money or give me a credit...

Nice try, acting like you got food poisoning from them. It is obviously a lie. If you are going to pretend to get food poisoning to get a refund then at least do some research. Food poisoning does not happen that fast. Why would you want a credit on food that made you sick. Obviously you are looking for a free meal because you cannot afford to feed yourself.

If you post on a public forum anyone can reply. Obviously you are making things up because you cannot afford to eat there. Why would you keep going to place that makes you sick? You obviously cannot afford to feed yourself if you have to lie to get free food or coupons . If you were a regular customer you and you were sick from their food six times you would not keep going back. Get a job, visit a soup kitchen if you want free food. Stop lying . The fact that you did not deal with it while you were there shows you are lying. Maybe mommy can give you an allowance, or cook at home so you don't need to beg for free food? if you obviously going to lie to get free food and beg I will call you out on it. Cook at home (or have mommy) if you cannot afford to feed yourself.

KFC drive-thru

On Thursday 05-24-2018 at a little after 6:00 PM we to KFC at 10220 W Colfax Ave Ste 281, Lakewood, CO 80215 (303) 237-9552 to get a root beer for my daughter-in-law because her blood sugar was low. We drove into the drive-thru and ordered there was a car in front of us and we saw the manager and crew of 4 talk to the two woman in the 10 minutes when by and they still all talking, so my started to revving his motor a few times the three car behind started honking at them after 15 minutes I walk up to the to see what going on they take about party's and not working they said they were going to call police on all of for being rude they acted like they on their calling. We were pinned and so were two car behind us, my daughter-in-law was starting feel bad it had been 20 minute. Now my walked to the and he pay for root beer and they gave to him. We waited 5 more minutes and she started move slow out the dive-thru when we got the window where you pay the manager saw that was on the phone talking to police he when out the front door and told the woman in car and she took like a rocket. By this time there was line of car all the around the front of the building. People were waiting 30 minutes by this time. I will never go to a KFC any more this did for me and this manager his crew should be fired for this no should wait more than 10 minutes for their order. I would like know what you think.
