KFC food

We ordered a 6 piece family feast. The batter was falling off the chicken it was swimming in grease and very small pieces.when my husband brought it back the girl just daid they are all the same and left it at that. We had been travelling in the car for hours wit our two small children so we were extremely hungry needless to say we ate it but are left sitting here feeling sick and in need of a wash the grease was unreal. We wont be coming back to the restaurant.

KFC filthy restaurant, lewisburg, pa. / kentucky fried chicken/ taco bell

We stopped for dinner at this Kentucky Fried Chicken in Lewisburg, Penna. The floor in the main restaurant was filthy. I can't believe that the Manager would allow the floor to get so disgusting . All the people standing in line were commenting on it being so bad. There is no reason for a floor where people stand and the food bar located to ever get to the condition it was in. I am a local of this town and I have never seen another fast food restaurant in Lewisburg, Pa. this dirty. There were at least 10 kids behind the counter and someone should have had the responsibility to keep the main dining room clean. My ticket number was #3404. Date 06/09/2017. I spent $20.95 and my cashier was Michele. I will not be eating here again as the restaurant was nasty. There was also garbage and straw papers all over the floor. Looked like the floor had not been swept or mopped in about a week. They should be ashamed!

KFC it was unbelievably hot in this store

This store was so hot I couldn't believe it. It had to be in the 100's in this store. Not even being dramatic. All the workers looked so drained from the heat, ther was even a pregnant girl working and I felt horrible seeing her there. Not to mention ther was no tile laid down in some areas and wood boards on the floor which is a huge safety hazard!

KFC service and product

The cashier in the drive thru was very nasty and rude! She got mad every time I asked a question! My sandwich was made very messy with mayonnaise all over the bun! I eat at KFC all the time I love KFC but idk if I want to come back ever cause I was treated really bad!i come to this KFC all the time and I never have this problem but that day I don't know if the cashier was having a bad day or what but she just didn't want to be nice at all! Any other time I've been there she is friendly! I've never been talked to that way! I think my food was prepared messy on purpose! I tried to talk to a manager and she kept telling me the manager is not here and I asked her when will she be back in and she said she didn't know! I ask for the 1800 number and she walked away! I had to look the number up myself! Thanks for taking the time to review my complaint and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else

KFC the service and total disrespect of the employees and management alike.

I visited the location at 1925 lancaster ave. Wilmington delaware 19805. I usually have "ok" experiences at this store but I have noticed in the past where the team members are most time, "short" or "rude" when replying to a question or just unprofessional. On 6/8/2017 at approximately 8:10 pm. I went and visited this location, and purchased my items through drive through. The car in front of me had just ordered and rounded the corner to go to the window. The flow of drive-thru was such, that the back of her car was still at the speaker and I was unable to fully get to the speaker. The team member said can I take your order. I proceed to tell her what I want and she says, "huh, what"? I said I am not by the speaker, wait until I get there and I can give my order. When the traffic started again, I proceeded to the speaker and began to give my order... At which point the team member again says, "what...". I became irritated, as I knew she could hear me at this point so I raised my voice to a loud scream and said, "can you hear me." at which point the team member says, "no, I cant hear you." so I then say in my scream, "I will be around". To which they reply, "ok". (Amazing that she couldn't hear me, but she replied to the dialogue correctly) I then listen to the person behind me with no problem submit their order in the same voice I began with. When I rounded the drive-thru I see the very unprofessional workers... Lauging... And looking out of the window, which further enraged me. When I get to the window I said, which one of you guys is deaf, as a matter of fact I need to speak to the manager since it is so extremely funny that you are being rude and ignorant. The manager came and was no help. I told her, what I wanted for my order and I also wanted the district managers phone number as well as the workers names that were standing in front of the drive thru laughing as if this was a comedy show. The manager refused, to give me anything... And she goes on to say, "I am fasting right now, and I am trying to appease you but you are not trying to calm down." I tell her, "if you were trying to appease me, your very first words after I told you my problem would have been, 'I am sorry for the inconvenience', however she also found the situation funny and continued to laugh with the team members. (Please pull the tape of this interaction... It was so funny to them) I have never been more upset at any treatment I have received and especially a business where I am spending my hard earned money. The fact that the manager was fasting due to religious principles has nothing to do with fair and just treatment of the consumer. Ramadan has nothing to do with being respectful to the person who is spending their money to patronage your business. The manager refused to give me a complaint number in fact she gave me a number to the very kfc I was sitting in front of. Back to her and her employees, the manager refused to give me any names of the employees in questions so that I could make a formal complaint...in fact... When I received my receipt these ladies defaced my property by blacking out the cashiers name on the receipt. I don't know if tapes are running at this location, however I would love to know who had the audacity to deface my property and it should be able to be witnessed if there is a tape in this store. Furthermore I was told that the tapes would be pulled for the audio where the worker"claimed" she could not hear me. This is the first incident for me that has went this sour (Though as I said they are never professional), however two weeks ago, my son swore he would never go back to this location due to the rude behavior displayed by the staff here. He went in and asked for hot wings and they told him it would be a nine minute wait, he said he would wait (It was close to closing) and when he gets to the window the workers are laughing and joking and asked him do you want your other food for a snack while you wait. My son took offense to this, however he said you can send all out together to which one worker replied, yeah he wants it for a snack. Which really enraged him, however he let it go. I myself gave them the benefit of the doubt because this location is close to me... However I can say... I will never visit this location again, and will go out of my way to ever eat kfc again no matter how close this location is, and anyone I come in contact with will know that.

KFC doesn't taste like it used to

We hadn't had Kentucky chicken in a while and was craving it, so we went to our store on Sprague Ave in Spokane Valley. We went through drive through and it was fast. We got our food home and it was still hot..yeah! But when we tasted the gravy it was bland..no flavor..not like it used to be. Also the casual was bland. Did they change the recipe? Needless to say we wont be ordering any sides from now on. The chicken was fine though!

Went to Kentucky Fried Chicken in big stone gap VA! Went into the bathroom and fell in water in front of the urinal! The manager was notified at which point she admitted that she was aware of the water but they had been so busy that she hadn't had a chance to clean up the water or put out a wet floor sign! KFC customer service

I went to your location in Silver Springs on Blair Road yesterday evening. Now I've been in this location before and the service was satisfactory. But yesterday was the worst I have ever seen in this location. First, I went to the counter to place my order, the gentleman was very polite and friendly. He took my order, I paid, then when I normally get a receipt so that I know my number, the machine didn't print my receipt. Ok, I go get my drink while I'm waiting, then I go to get a straw for my drink, and there are no straws. Mind you it's only one person doing the orders for the walk in side of the restaurant. Then she's calling order numbers, mind you, some of us didn't have receipts, so we asking her what is the order, so the person knows which one is there's. Finally after waiting 20 min, I get my food, and it's no spoon in the back. So I had to go back and get a spoon cause there wasn't any on the counter, like normal. So she had to stop what she was doing, give me a straw and a spoon. Unbelievable. One thing I can say is when the manager is there, everything runs smoothly. But when he's not, I don't know who the Assistant Manager or Managers are but they need to get their employees excited about working. I mean it makes no sense on a Sunday and it's warm out, for customers to have to wait long periods of time, or ask for condiments that are normally displayed. There was one time I went and I had to wait for my chicken to get done cause the pieces I wanted wasn't in the chambers they keep the chicken in after it's cooked. When people come to a fast food restaurant, they coming because they don't want to cook and they want to get in and get out with their food and enjoy their day. Not have to wait long periods of time, if that's the case, then they might as well cook themselves. Thank you for your time. Be blessed.

KFC lack of products

I went into the store an hour and 20 minutes before the store closed I asked for a 12-piece bucket they said they only had two Wings left but they did have chicken tenders we decided to order the chicken tenders after we said we would take the chicken tenders he said we don't have any mashed potatoes. I would think if there was an hour and 20 minutes left to closing time there's certainly would have been time to make more chicken and especially mashed potatoes ! This is not the first time I have had problems with your stores but it is the first time I'm complaining

KFC lack of product

I went into the KFC in Pittsburg, KS on June 4, 2017, at 8:25PM to buy a 6-piece bucket of chicken. The young man at the counter thanked me for coming in, but said "we close in about 30 minutes and do not have any chicken, but we do have wings." I asked him how early I need to be there in order to get chicken and he said, "oh, any time" to which I replied "well, apparently not less than 30 minutes before closing!"

I then asked to have the district managers telephone number so I could call in a complaint, and the manager came out to inform me that "district office telephone numbers are confidential." All I could do was leave my telephone number with the request the DM get back to me.

Is that how it works at KFC now? Cook chicken and when it runs out it's too bad for customers? This KFC has always had an issue with keeping product, but this is ridiculous.

KFC hot wings and customer service

I came in with my daughter to dine. I ordered a 10 piece hot wings with some other items. My hot wings came, and they were undercooked and raw on the inside. They were very red and bloody. I took the hot wings back up to the counter, gave them back to Jason, the young man who had waited on us and explain to him that these were raw. He took them to the back came back and said his manager said they weren't raw that is how they're supposed to be cooked. I do not believe that that is how they were supposed to be cooked. I told him that was not acceptable, that these were raw. Another customer in line saw the chicken, and also said that is raw. It was bright red on the inside. I then asked Jason to see the manager, and he finally came up. I spoke with him and he gave me a story about how they had just changed the oil, and that is why the outside was not brown. I said I did not comment on the outside I am addressing the inside is raw. I did not want to eat raw chicken and I would like my money back. After unfortunately having to argue for several minutes, listening to that he had looked at other wings that he had in the back, and they were cooked fine, so mine had to be fine, he finally agreed to refund my money. I then asked him if I may have my receipt back and he told me no. I asked him why. He told me it was because he had to keep the receipt to refund it. I explained that was fine, but I would like to take a picture of my receipt with my phone, so that I would have a copy of it. I want it so when I call corporate about his being so rude, I would have the receipt to reference. He refused to allow me to see the receipt to take a picture. He was very rude and belligerent. I had to ask him to calm down and stop shaking at me several times. All I wanted was a refund for raw undercooked chicken. He made this into a huge scene that was quite embarrassing and inappropriate. I am not sure why I could not have a photo of my receipt, - it was a receipt. I understand that he needed the original, and I was going to allow him to have it, I just asked him if I could take a picture of it so I could have the information off it. He then decided to make that a huge issue. I am still perplexed why I could not take a photo of my receipt. A young lady finally came forward and offered to go photocopy it. She brought back a copy of a receipt, but I am not sure it is actually the original receipt. The cash receipt said it is Paulina as the cashier, but I know our cashiers name was Jason. I am extremely disappointed and upset that something as simple as asking for a refund for raw food turns out to be such a huge production and your manager can tell me that is supposed to be cooked like that, refuse to refund my money, be incredibly rude, and then when he finally does refund, refuse to allow me to take a photo of my original receipt. The situation was completely unacceptable and should never have occurred.

KFC dirty, rude teller & manager

Bear Delaware Location
Cashier (Ty) should never be on the front line. I had to excuse myself 3 times throughout the order, to get her attention away from the manager just to place my order. The manager was too busy having kids sign a birthday card. Really important when there is 1 cashier open and 5 other people behind me waiting to order. Ty proceeds to start filling my order when she drops fries on the floor. She proceeds to pick them up with her gloved hand, then leaves that same glove on to finish with the rest of the order. I tell her to stop and call the manager over who then curtly says, I saw what she did & I'll take care of it. Meanwhile the girls is still packing my 50.00 order. I have to tell her to STOP because the manager didn't stop her. At that point I told the manager that she herself can now put on a fresh pair of gloves and to refill my entire order while of course I watched her. They should be ashamed of themselves. BeWare Bear Delaware!

KFC not safe

I'm in Wichita, Kansas. I had KFC on Maize Rd and 21st for lunch this past Tuesday, May 30, 2017. I ordered the $5. Lunch deal a chicken breast, mashed potatoes, biscuit, and cookie. Within an hour of eating my day went from wonderful to take me out back and shoot me. I don't think I have ever felt so bad in my entire life and that's damn near 40 years and lots of bad decisions. Here it is Friday June 2, 2017 and I almost feel human again. I haven't been able to go to work or do anything, but wish I was dead. I lost 21 pounds in just under a week. That's just not right. Where is the pride in people's jobs anymore. Back in my days of working in fast food you had to do food handlers safety and stuff. I don't know if people are still required to do this, but they should. I know it's all about money, but people can die from food poisoning, seriously. I will never eat here again. That is if I ever feel like eating again. It's a shame, because there are an awful lot of people out there that eat fast food daily. Now I know why I only do it occasionally.

That's just awful, and yes, food poisoning is dangerous. Life-threatening in fact. But 2 things: First consider anything you ate earlier that day. I don't know what kind of malady you had, but food poisoning usually takes 2 - 3 hours to come on (if staph) and 4 - 6 hours if salmonella (more likely from a KFC). Secondly, I hope you saw a physician who might inquire what you ate, and where, and got cultures. That is absolutely necessary to identify the source. Otherwise its pretty useless (and possibly damaging) to assume stuff when it comes to food poisoning.

KFC unhealthy chicken served, it was tough to chew and was completely dry beneath the fried layer

We had ordered 10 piece hot chicken bucket on 31st May, 2017, bill number 2778 at a local outlet of KFC. The quality of chicken they served us was not eatable because of several reasons. Firstly, chicken inside the fried coating was not chew-able as it was severely dry. Secondly, after the first bite, we observed that the bone of chicken was black in color. We were really shocked to see that bone color, it seemed like they have cooked a diseased chicken.

Lastly, as we know everybody order the food to eat and it was not worth eating. I would like to get a refund on the overall bill and if the outlet is unable to raise the standards to make the food at least eatable, the franchise does not deserves to sell anything.

KFC facility

Looking over all the other on line complaints, I was going to complain about the facility in Antioch, CA. The problem seems to be with upper management, collecting a fat pay check, and never checking in on their facility or employees. I know upper management will not acknowledge this post.
The Antioch CA facility 2410 Mahogany Way
#E720337.
The facility is run by very young people with no work experience (they'll be ok, just need management to earn their pay) the facility is absolutely filthy. It should be rated as a D-
I promise you with all I have in me, upper management will not only do anything about this, but this post will not be acknowledged. Just keep your upper management pay and continue to careless about the customers, safety, customer service, training program. At least your surviving that's really all that matters.

KFC wrong order received, bad customer service

On 5/31/2017 at 5:51 ticket #1650, I went through the drive through of restaurant #E720396 and ordered a 12pc meal with 3 large mashed potatoes /gravy, 6 biscuits and 12 Chocolate chip cookies for a total of $45.08.

I was handed my food and was not told thank you, have a nice night, bye or anything, just the window closed in my face. I drove away from the window and proceeded to look in the bag and noticed the cookies were missing. I went inside and after several minutes of being ignored was asked if I could be helped. I explained the situation and the employee had to ask the manager how to handle the situation. The manager put the cookies in the box, placed them on the counter, said nothing and walked away.

Upon my return home and opening the bags, I found their was only 7 pieces of chicken (I don't believe there is even a 7 piece meal, so they can't even count properly) 2 mashed potatoes, 1 gravy and 1 coleslaw (which we didn't order or even eat). I called KFC and asked to speak to the manager, the employee hollered for the manager and placed the phone down. After waiting for 15 minutes (and being able to hear the employees bicker) I hung up the phone. Needless to say there was not enough food to feed my family and I paid $45.00 for about $20.00 worth of food and still had to cook to feed the rest of the family because I was not going to drive back to KFC!

KFC creepy employee

I called KFC twice now reporting an employee. Daniel Liptak works at the Streator location. He was arrested on Saturday May 20th wearing his KFC uniform along with his name tag on his hat. He was following my children around Walmart. He was taking photos of them and was talking to someone on the phone. He was whispering but my kids could hear him and he was making them believe he was trying to kidnap them. Police were called and he was arrested. I am disappointed with your company who allows a creepy old man to work at your Streator location. This man has also been arrested for taking pictures of a 10 year old and 14 year old below the waste. It is public knowledge through police records this guy is a creep. I feel you are putting the children of the Streator Community at risk by allowing a creep to work at your establishment. Also, he is out in the community representing your company. Your company should be ashamed and embarrassed that he was arrested with his KFC uniform on. I will no longer visit the Streator location knowing a creep works there.

Everytime we go to this KFC we get old chicken. I decided to try KFC one last chance for my business, however they let my husband and my self down again. I ordered the three original chicken wings and a biscuit and they left out the biscuit. The chicken tasted like it had been cooked hours ago. I will never go to this KFC again. I can just go to Popeyes instead.
