KFC service

My husband and I really enjoy going to KFC once in awhile, its our 'treat'. Yesterday Saturday Oct 20, 2018. He went to KFC in Kittanning PA 16201 #J089012. Ticket #3166. We ordered the 7pc with sides with a coupon 7+3 = 10.00. Got chicken and sides but no biskits.
Store was NOT busy, though he did use walkup instead of drive through. **This has been the 3rd time this has happened. We are very disappointed in this service. This might just break us to the point of not returning.

KFC I am complaining about service

Today I received very bad service from a lady called Doree at leboakgomo kfc, she firstly didn't greet me very rude face with attitude, I ordered a zinger lunch box meal she told me I had to pay extra as her soda machine is not working I said to her I don't want soda she.than said she won't help me coz I don't want to pay extra Becoz I don't want soda she made a big deal out of it I was so upset. I think kfc stuff in lebokgomo should be taken for service delivery training because even the manager didn't apologize on her behalf they treated it as a normal purchase. I would like this resolved as I feel sorry for leboakgomo kfc customers

KFC disgustingly dirty restaurant

I made the mistake of bringing my 5 year old daughter, and 3 year old son in this place for a meal. There was trash and food all over the floor of this restaurant!, huge chicken crust crumbs on many tables, and spilled fountin drink liquid in front or every dispenser - so disgusting. We waited 19 minutes to get our meals! I can not help but wonder if our food was contaminated by the same employees who allowed the dining room to become (and stay so filthy! I actually felt ashamed that I stayed in that filthy restaraunt with my kids. I had to wipe the table just to be able to sit.
What these employees are doing to this beautiful place and the kfc name is nothing short of wrong and shameful. I hope you can make corrections asap. Thanks and besh wishes. We love kfc food and the big chicken (when the on-duty manager acts as if he or she cares about the restaraunt and food as well.)

KFC chicken tenders

On 10/19/2018 I purchased a 3 piece chicken tenders ($5 fill up box) ticket #2122. The chicken tenders did not appear to be chicken! I tried to take a bite and it was biting into plastic/rubber, and did not taste like chicken. I have not had a problem with this restaurant before, but yesterday I could not eat the "chicken". You might want to check the restaurant and make sure they are not substituting. Normally the tender I have purchased are tender and juicy, not yesterday! very disappointed, threw in the trash. KFC service

Went in to store #G135146 waiting to be served. Observed rude and obnoxious behavior from wait staff. Four people ahead of us, they had been waiting awhile and all their orders were wrong and had to be corrected. One individual was told her order hadn't been dropped yet did she want to wait. Individual ask how long and was told 20 minutes, she asked for a refund. The individual behind the counter had attitude. The next person to get her order the chicken should have been crispy and was original and other parts of the order was wrong.

The people started working on our order and kept asking for the receipt back to see what we ordered. She ask four times for the receipt and still kept getting it wrong. Other customers were very agitated and said this site is horrible for service and attitude.

KFC employee named morgan

I went to KFC @ 7228 Maynardville Pike Knoxville TN. I went through the drive through. She said can I take your order ? I said I want a 12 piece with white meat and can I have 3 breast? She said you get 3 of everything. I said ok that's good. She said is that all and I kept on ordering and everything thing I said she would say is that all? Is that all? She was really rude . Then I get up to the window and she has this mean mugging going on. I just hand her my card to pay for my order. So when I got home I was making my family's plates and there was only 8 pieces of chicken and I paid for 12 pieces! Also there were only 2 breast and the rest was thighs and wings! I get my phone and call them ... well they let it ring for like 7 times then picks the phone up and lays it off the hook. I kept on calling and it was busy then I would call back and it would ring several times then they would pick the phone up and lay it off the hook. I'm very upset at this time! I was going to go back there, but I didn't feel like going to jail, so I waited until I got off work today to look up corporate office to make a complaint! I really don't think Morgan needs to work where she has to talk to people, because she is really rude and needs to learn how to talk to people.

KFC 5$ box

Starting off they were completed ride through the drive through and when we got to the window they made us taste our drinks because they said they don't know what's what so just do a taste test and then they forgot both of our cookies and didn't realize until we got back home . It was just a unpleasant experience there today and not one anyone else should have

KFC drive thru person

The night of October 19, 2018. The guy that took my order was high or extremely has mental problems. I don't need to hear laughing coming out the speakers as I tell him I need a #5 extra crispy with a Pepsi and as I told him Pepsi. He responded sweet tea.. I corrected him plan I said Pepsi so he gets that I said Pepsi and he gives me my total.. I get to the window it's a dark skin guy naps all in his head but he don't got on a hat. I stay too far to turn around.. Tell me why I'm drinking a tea instead of Pepsi I couldn't do nothing but stare at my cup in such a mad way so I open my box I picked up my skin on the chicken.. They failed me twice .. I just felt Stupid for coming to kfc ..

KFC posted hours

I frequent the Hayward, Ca store on Tennyson Road. The open hours posted day 10:00 am to 10:00pm. The first time we tried to go inside the lobby at 9:30pm. They said they are closed. I said your sign says 10:00. So I suggested that they post that the lobby closes at 9:30 and the drive through closes at 10:00. Last night I tried to go into the lobby at 9:00pm. They said that they close at 9:00. You have to use the drive through. This is very irritating that the time keeps changing. AND THE STAFF ARE VERY RUDE! I would like the posted hours to change to reflect the correct hours. Lobby closes at 9:00 and the drive through closes at 10:00. Thank you!

KFC employee complaint/ uhura feyette green [protected]

I was just hired on October 4, 2018 and was told I would be making $8.50 an hour part time which is 25 to 30 hours a week.

I was told today that it would be $8.25 and that the other manager had no authority? she is no longer there

another employee is giving me orders and sending people home the managers seem like they have no control

they send people home early when it gets slow so how do you know what you will have each week?

there are 4 managers in the store doing the jobs of employees and sending us home when it gets slow not themselves

I was hit in the back today by an employee and I do not think it was an accident

a manager told me to work on cookies and then this employee says she does not need me but he told me to be there

can you please contact the store on 3 old kings rd, palm coast fl

I was told i was to make $8.50 an hour and get 25- 30 hours a week

KFC upset

Please find below a link to a woman's story about the way her deaf parents were treated in one of your outlets. Now I live in England but the story she told was so moving and sorrowful I just had to write to you.

I think you should look and listen to what she has to say. I have shared this with so many people and I for one will NEVER go to one of your outlets here in England ever again and I hope many others don't either. It was cruel and demeaning.

I hope and pray that the women at the KFC the lady mentions are either sacked or made to make a groveling apology and to go on a mandatory customer relations course. I also expect that you as a company to also make an apology to the people concerned.

KFC chicken & no product received

on 16/10/2018 at 03:22 pm on docket no. [protected] order no.1128
I ordered 2x 9.95 Tuesday 9 packs 1x potato &gravy 1x large coleslaw ix solo
making a mistake and going during end of school time I was prepared to wait
for my order, but not what I did and did not receive.
I live in a small village outside a country town I am a triple amputee and look forward to my occasional trip to town I always choose nth Nowra over sth Nowra
when I buy the difference was like chalk and cheese up until my last visit
after waiting in the car for who nose how long a young man taps on the window and asks what did you order after repeating our order a bag was shoved through
the window and the young man ran off to deliver other people their stuff. my companion and driver put the bag on the backseat for the 20 min drive home.
upon getting home I found both boxes of chicken completely greased to the max
and no coleslaw. the chicken was inedible the coleslaw a no show my entire nights plans for dinner was ruined for myself and my carer i did not bother to give the other pack to my daughter and grandsons(who where disappointed ).
so all up a bad experience I hope things are improved if and when I venture into any other store. ps I had been a customer of over 50 yrs and it is the only time I have been motivated to complain

KFC poor service.. sanitary conditions

Went to buffet..most of the food bins empty..
The one chicken original been in pan so long it was dried out..
2 biscuits in bin ..hard
Gravy had skin on it
Mashed potatoes hard crust on top
Saw employee drop a chicken liver on floor picked it up and put it on the buffet ..i told him you cant do that, now the whole pan had to be tossed out..he laughed and said "it be ok"..im not eating that now
Asked the MOD 6 will the be chicken on buffet he stated "when i feel like putting it out there" and "you dont like it leave"
The tables were not wiped off
Food on floor ..floor sticky ..

KFC ignorance of staff

my husband went in to ask for menu for me to look at as I was in vehicle I just had knee replacement the day before the staff refused so he came back to me I told him to get phone number so I could call and place my order they refused to give him the number he came back to me he put me on my walker I went in with my husband pushing me I insisted head office phone number they refused said they did not have it I was totally outraged this is not acceptable customer service I am going to be contacting the better business bureau and I will be going public I am expecting a phone call from head office [protected] as soon as possible

KFC complaint food service

Went to franklin indiana KFC, didn't get what I paid for white meat and got all dark meat that I dont dar, they didn't give me the recipe but I told the manager the time the person who waited on me but he wouldn't do anything about it this is the third time they have messed up my order and nothing is getting done. I kept what I had because I had to feed my kids but I couldn't eat because I do not eat dark meat!

I waited for my order and 4people after me got their orders so I complained and he had served 2 more people so the kind kid at the registered Steve stop taking orders and went and got mine the other guy never said nothing to me at least he could of said sorry I all ways go there on central ave but if that's how it is I'll go to another KFC I love yr chicken he could of at least gave me another meal for his rudeness

KFC manager/supervisor or lack of

I'm 66 years old. I visited your Pacific Missouri location and all I can say is shame on KFC. Drugs being done on and in the establishment, really. This is the worse case of management I've ever encountered. Also the manager her name badge said Phala doesn't have any management skills what so ever her employees were so far behind that us customers asked why she's not helping out, the answer we got from her is she doesn't know how to do these jobs. Apparently she doesn't know how to manage/supervise either. Plus she smelled like weed. Really. Wish I could be the supervisor of this location. I could just sit and text like Phala does too. This would be the easiest job for me too. I like KFC but as for me and all 200 family members that live near this location we or our friends won't be returning. Thanks for your time. Hope you do something soon. Customers are the ones suffering. Thanks again for your time and help.

KFC hot wings

Well I have a big complaint about Kfc about the hot wings I went to a Kfc here in miami and I asked for fresh hot wings like I have been doing for the past 20 years and at this Kfc where I have gone for the past 5 years where the manager was Thomas Bryant where he is no longer there u guys moved him farther away but I asked for hot wings and I waited over 25 mins and the wings I got were burnt beyond recognition it was a disgrace and the manager there Juan said that the wings changed and they all come out like that wow and even the bone was burnt really so I asked them to make me more and they came out ok so I will never go to that kfc and notice that I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years and Thomas Bryant is one of the beat managers you have and the manager u have at the Kfc on 24 st and Sw 8 st Kfc Taco Bell is a disgrace nasty dirty lobby trash over filled It's in Miami Florida 2375 Sw 8 st Miami Florida 33135

KFC drive thru window service

As customers waiting in the drive-through for at least 10 to 15 minutes no staff responded. Came inside the KFC and reported the incident to the store manager Yassica, But was told she usually doesn't work this store even when told to check her headset she stated oh it's off well it was on and how she doesn't even know how to operate it. Only two staff members working. The two staff members working Yessica and Marcel. Time arrived 1:18 we waited in drive thru then came inside order finally takin at 1:41pm. And while waiting on our order she still never exchanged her headset nor checked the driver-thru at all.

KFC drive thru service

My parents are 55 & 56. Dad is in a wheel chair, mom has a walker. The went up to KFC 3 times. They don't go that often. The last ALL 3 Times the workers said they were out of original recipe. I don't think they were out. I think they were low life loser high school kids that didn't want to work or serve and lied. Please call me at [protected].
