Property manger feel that I was speeding in the parking lot when my car was breaking down on me just wanted to get it to a parking space, so Frank (Property Manager feel that he can just come to where I live at, It's 10:30pm at night Yelling and screening in the halls of the building like he is a child. Then when I was leaving my apartment the property manager was looking threw my windows of the apartment that I pay for, so he can start problems. So as I'm outside he see me and threaten to evict me for that .However what he did was very unprofessional and need to be address that he cant take matter into his own hands just because your the property manager. So this is being written for all to see how Frank the property manger acts. Also I went to school with him and I really feels that he doesn't like African American. So if I'm evicted I will sued them for discrimination against me and my family
and threatening me after the fact that I said I was sorry to him and explain myself .But to the capital management u don't need someone like this worker for you, get someone that professional not here to start problem which is Frank the security and Frank Jr. Property manger which need some manors taught too

I sincerely apologize I was in desperate need to safety park my vehicle after it kept breaking down due to not going in gear of my transmission which require me to rev the gas harder for the vehicle to stay going. I never intend for none of this to happen and I didn't put anyone at risk not even myself in this situation .My car is loud I understand that by I was just trying to get my vehicle home.

This is 100 and [protected] % correct behavior seen and experienced by myself and my fellow friends who have been living in the Kensington Apartments for many years located in, Woodbridge, New Jersey. The general manager Frank Campisi is very disrespectful and racist individual I have even encountered in such customer service position. As you can tell from the initial complaint; what the complainant went through and how he requested to have the comment removed because the complainant was scared that he will lose the apartment and get evicted as frank likes to send out personal non authorized and non-validated (certified) as required by the law eviction letters to its tenants. Many of my friends received such letters to evict on small complaints of their kids running in hallway or making noise. No warning letter was given only direct eviction letters on weekly basis just because majority people in the premises are other race than his (white). This scared tactic works for him every time because majority people aren’t well informed about the law and their rights.
Once my friends evicted I called to find out if the complaint was real and noted in the office paper work. Upon calling I found out that no such complaint was given out by CMC nor the office worker. This proved that Frank Campisi likes to take advantage of his position and type up fraudulent eviction letters without consulting his overhead; to scare people who are working 9 to 5 jobs and have no time to fight for their rights. Many such cases have occurred and as you can already see the number of tenant’s dropped from before he ever came to the office.
When asked to speak to someone above frank we have received the one answer that there is no one above him. I guess as a general manager he probably also is owner (NOT).
If you the original land lord are reading this complaint please provide your number on your kensingtonapartment.com page where we can make complaints about such experience from GM Frank Campisi.
FYI Please have a random drug test for all the CMC workers as I’ve seen GM Frank Campisi come home / walk out of his apartment smelling like weed (Marijuana). Yes frank I made it easier for you I also live/ lived in the same building #10. I am not scared of you because I speak the truth. Send me the eviction letter now good luck.

In a residential setting of an apartment complex, which houses 800 apartments it is imperative tenants operate their vehicles in a careful and prudent manner. Now in this particular instance the tenant pulled into the parking lot and floored the gas causing extreme acceleration by the time he was equivalent with the front building's lobby. Even more troublesome was the fact that there were a number of tenants in the parking lot arriving home getting out of their cars with their children when this tenant came speeding in the entrance as witnessed by multiple tenants and staff who were present. Video surveillance is available of this incident, which will be turned over to the Woodbridge police department. This is not an isolated incident with speeding for this particular tenant and with the abundance of people that live here safety must come first. The tenant explained he was " having a bad night" but that is an unacceptable response when you put peoples' lives in jeopardy.
