We view the logo as an endorsement of the site and request its removal as a violation of the Tribe's trademark.
Only the Tribe Council has authority to permit the use of the Tribe's logo.

its just a logo, relax! i put the logo of my favorite sports team on mine sometimes, doesnt mean im affiliated with them, infringing on their name or stealing their kool-aid!
